While Indianapolis Colts stud Dwight Freeney was crushing NFL QBs ... 2 financial advisors allegedly sacked him in an embezzlement scheme involving millions of dollars, luxury hotels, and a private jet ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Federal complaint -- obtained by TMZ -- Eva D. Weinberg and Michael A. Stern were busted late last week after a lengthy investigation revealed how they "conspired to defraud victim D.F., a professional football player."

According to the docs, Weinberg is a financial advisor at Bank of America who worked with Freeney, controlled several of his accounts, and introduced him to Stern ... also a financial advisor.

The feds claim Weinberg and Stern did major damage between May 2010 and October 2011 -- making $2.2 million in fraudulent transfers from Dwight's accounts to Arms Reach Consulting -- a company controlled by Stern.

When Freeney finally noticed one of the bogus transfers in 2011, and discovered Weinberg and Stern were dating ... he called the FBI.

One FBI investigator says some of the items Weinberg and Stern purchased with Freeney's cash include expensive sunglasses, stays in luxury hotels, and -- best of all -- they planned to buy a private jet for $1.5 million!

According to the docs, agents even heard Stern brag on the phone ... "no one would be able to connect him to the [consulting] account if the wire transfers were investigated."

Clearly he was wrong ... agents arrested Weinberg in L.A. and Stern in Miami. Both were charged with wire fraud.

Tim Tebow's tour of New York City rolled on last night ... this time hitting up a modest Italian restaurant ... in a PIMPED OUT limo van.

Tebow and his entourage hit up Scarpetta in Chelsea ... and judging from the big ol' smile on his face ... he's REALLY enjoying his new city.

Atlanta Falcons superstar running back Michael Turner and his baby mama just reached the most important decision of their parenting lives -- never to let their children appear on a reality show ... on one condition.

Michael and his ex Rasheeda Walker have finally reached an agreement in their custody dispute regarding their second child -- born September 2011 -- hashing out a visitation agreement that's amenable to both parties.

According to the agreement, Michael will get to see his new son significantly during the off-season -- from January to August -- and on his bye weeks during the season. Turner also agreed to pay Rasheeda $6,000 a month.

But the best part -- according to the docs, "The parties agree that it is not in the best interest of either of the children to appear on any reality television show or program, absent mutual consent" ... meaning neither party wants the other to exploit the child on a reality show without the other's prior approval.

Looks like Kobe Bryant still has plenty of spending cash, because he just dropped a HUGE chunk of change on a sick new car. Must be nice.

According to our sources, Kobe's new ride is a Ferrari 458 Italia (see below). We're told the Black Mamba paid $329,000 yesterday for the car ... which he paid for in full with a check.

For the first time in more than two years, Tiger Woods won a PGA Tour event!!!

Woods took home the title today at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, FL. He shot a -13 and won by five strokes.

Tim Tebow enjoyed his first evening on the town in New York City as a member of the NY Jets ... hitting up Philippe Chow for dinner and catching a performance of "Wicked" on Broadway last night.

According to the NY Daily News, Tebow went backstage after the show to congratulate the cast. He told them it was his first Broadway show.

WWE superstar John Cena was TRIPLE-TEAMED by some curious kids with some hard-hitting questions recently ... who made the wrestler divulge one of his BIGGEST SECRETS EVER!!!

It all went down at an event for the Make-A-Wish foundation, which was captured by a crew for his upcoming documentary "Once In a Lifetime: Rock vs. John Cena" ... set to air Monday on USA.

Cena promised to answer any question they asked ... and of course the kids dropped the BIG ONE: "What's your favorite ice cream flavor?"

NY Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain's comeback has been crushed ... thanks to a gruesome trampoline accident at a kid's play center yesterday.

Chamberlain was jumping with his son at a center in Tampa, Florida ... when he came down wrong on his right foot ... causing severe damage to his ankle.

There are conflicting reports about the severity of the injury -- some media outlets are saying the bone was protruding through the skin and there was lots of blood. Others say Joba simply twisted the ankle.

Either way, Chamberlain had surgery last night ... and the MLB star is currently recovering.

It's just another setback for Joba ... who missed almost all of last season with an elbow injury.

Defensive back Will Blackmon just won a Super Bowl ring with the New York Giants ... but he's already planning for his life after football ... as a fashion model.

Blackmon, who is currently a free agent, recently set up a photo shoot so he can build a portfolio as a model. It's clear being in football shape has the 27-year-old ready for his new profession.

And he's off to a good start ... TMZ has learned Blackmon just signed a deal to become a spokesman for an athletic protective cup company called Nutty Buddy -- which has been featured on ESPN's "Sports Science" series and was recently parodied by "Saturday Night Live."

Being in the modeling world takes cojones ... Blackmon's making sure his are protected.

Tim Tebow is still a wanted man in Denver ... TMZ has learned the Broncos official team shop and online store has been RAIDED by Tebowmaniacs who've snatched up just about every single Tebow item the Broncos have left.

TMZ has spoken with reps for both the Broncos team shop and online store ... who tell us there has been a "huge surge" in Tebow item sales in the past 24 hours.

We're told the team shop at the stadium only has a few items remaining ... including a few jerseys and a few shirts ... "only mens stuff ... and it'll probably be gone in a little bit."

As for the online store ... the rep tells us, "I've had tons of calls for Tebow gear ... everything we had was online and we don't have any more."

Both reps tell us they have no plans to restock the Tebow goods ... 'cause he's no longer with the team.

Somewhere ... the head of the NY Jets merchandising department is smiling.

If you owned a Nintendo ... then you know Bo Jackson was the single GREATEST player in the history of "Tecmo Bowl" ... but BJ wouldn't know ... 'cause he's NEVER played the game.

Bo just appeared on SportsCenter to discuss his Bo Bikes Bama charity event ... when anchor Robert Flores brought up Jackson's UNSTOPPABLE digital alter-ego from the NES classic.

TMZ just spotted NY Jets head coach Rex Ryan at Newark Airport in NJ ... and we asked the million dollar question -- who will be the next starting QB for the NY Jets ... Tebow or Mark Sanchez!?!?

And BTW ... Rex actually answered.

At first, it sounded like he said, "BOTH" ... which made sense because there are rumors that the team would run a wildcat offense ... which usually features 2 QBs.

Upon further review ... we realized Rex was saying, "Bo" ... but not Te-Bow ... Bo ... as in NY Jets starting nose tackle Sione "Bo" Pouha ... a 6'3", 325-pound beast.

Question is ...

Tim Tebow's impending arrival to the NY Jets came as a complete shock to several members of the organization ... and TMZ has learned the news has already created a rift between the players.

Sources connected to the Jets tell TMZ ... a bunch of players were working out in the gym at the Jets training facility when the news broke that Tebow had been traded.

We're told several players got into a pretty heated conversation about the move ... with multiple Jets complaining he's "overrated."

But Tebow DOES have supporters ... we're told multiple players argued that he's a good guy with real potential ... and will be a good backup for Mark Sanchez.

The Lord works in mysterious ways ... 'cause Tim Tebow has just been traded from the Denver Broncos to the New York Jets ... this according to FOX NFL insider Jay Glazer.

According to Jay ... the Jets had to give up a 4th round draft pick and a 6th-round pick in exchange for the former Heisman Trophy winner ... and got an additional 7th round pick in return.

Story developing ...

The truth hurts ... at least according to Deion Sanders -- who insists his daughter wasn't lying when she called Pilar a "gold diggin' h*e" on the Internet ... so Pilar has no right to sue for defamation.

TMZ broke the story ... Deion's estranged wife filed a $200 million lawsuit last month against Deion and his daughter Deiondra -- after Deiondra went on a Twitter rant, in which she trashed Pilar as a "gold diggin' h*e" ... and publicly accused her of cheating on Deion.

Pilar sued for defamation, plus a laundry list of other things like fraud, slander, libel, civil conspiracy and emotional distress -- claiming Deiondra and Deion have been out for her for years ... and the Twitter outburst was just the latest example.

But now, Deion's firing back ... filing a response to the lawsuit -- insisting Pilar has no grounds to sue for defamation ... because Deiondra wasn't lying when she called Pilar a "gold diggin' h*e."

In fact, Deion insists, his daughter's Twitter insult is TRUE -- claiming, “Any statements made by any defendants were true, did not create a false impression ... and were not malicious.” The last part is less believable.

Deion also claims the "h*e" insult didn't actually hurt Pilar's reputation -- especially not to the tune of $200 million.
