UFC face pummeler Rampage Jackson got one crazy request from a ballsy fan last night -- dude wanted to get SLAPPED IN THE FACE ... and Rampage obliged.

Rampage was leaving Greystone Manor nightclub in L.A. ... when a fan with a pain fetish approached Jackson and asked to be cracked in the mouth.

Never one to deny a fan ... Jackson bestowed the 5-finger honor across the fan's jaw -- and the fan couldn't have been HAPPIER!

Ryan Sheckler -- a world-class skateboarder who has also ventured into reality TV -- had nearly $100k worth of jewelry stolen from his Las Vegas hotel room while he was snoozing, and the woman he planned on spending the night with has been arrested.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, on February 27, Ryan was staying at the Palms Hotel and at 3:45 AM he took Stacy Salazar back to his room -- a woman he says he's known for 4 years.

Ryan claims he fell asleep but was awakened by the sound of his door closing. He then noticed Stacy was no longer in his room. A few hours later he noticed his jewelry was missing -- a Rolex watch valued at $12,500, a gold/diamond bracelet worth $14,975, a diamond and white gold ring ($63,275) and a diamond necklace of unknown value.

Ryan called the cops, who took a report.

The security camera shows Ryan and Stacy taking the elevator up to the room, and cops observed the Rolex on Ryan's wrist.

As for Stacy, the security camera shows her leaving Ryan's room at 5:05 AM. According to the police report, "As she is walking she is fumbling with her purse that she carries over her shoulder." She got to the elevator, wedged the door open at the last minute, got out, went to Ryan's room where they spoke at the door for one minute, and then she left.

NFL bad ass Jeremy Shockey is a horrible teammate and an even worse person ... this according to a guy who would know ... former NY Giants wide receiver Amani Toomer.

Toomer -- who played with Shockey for 6 years in NY -- CRUSHED the tight end on his Twitter page this morning ... after Jeremy said he'd be open to returning to the Giants.

As our friends at ProFootballTalk.com pointed out ... Shockey left the Giants on really bad terms in 2008 ... insisting he would NEVER play for the team again.

Now, Toomer wants to make sure Shockey's kept to his word ... tweeting, "No!! Shockey ‘I will never play4 you again!’ he yelled at jerry Reese in 08. Let him keep his word. Bad teammate, worse person."

It's unclear why Toomer has so much anger towards his former teammate.

Shockey -- who played for the Carolina Panthers last season -- has yet to respond.

10:00 AM PST -- Well, Shockey responded ... tweeting, "Yes remember when [Toomer's] ex divorced him and he urinated on a her cloths [sic] I guess he’s the good person.”

Shockey is referring to Amani's divorce ... when back in 2007, Toomer's ex-wife alleged he once peed on her clothes.

Hours after horse #3 keeled over ... the cast and crew of "Luck" received a sensitive memo urging them to remember one very important thing -- place your bets for the NCAA Basketball Tournament!!

TMZ obtained the "Luck" call sheet for Wednesday -- featuring shoot times for Dustin Hoffman, Dennis Farina, Nick Nolte and others -- and while it makes no mention of Tuesday's on-set tragedy ... it does state in bold type: "Don't forget to turn in your NCAA brackets ... by 7PM tonight"

That turned out to be the last call sheet -- "Luck" was cancelled late Wednesday ... and HBO's statement noted their "heartbreak" over the situation. Clearly, nothing soothes the soul faster than nailing the Final Four.

With her unborn baby girl due next month, a very pregnant Rachel Uchitel and her hubby Matt Hahn walked the streets of San Francisco on Tuesday.

NFL superstar wide receiver Brandon Marshall -- who was JUST traded to the Chicago Bears -- has denied punching a woman in the face at a NY nightclub ... despite detailed reports to the contrary.

According to reports, Marshall was outside of a club in Chelsea, NY around 4AM Sunday morning ... when he got into an argument with a group of people ... and allegedly threw a punch that connected with 24-year-old Christin Myles. It's unclear if Marshall intended to strike the woman ... or if she was collateral damage as Brandon was trying to hit someone else .

Either way, Myles says she suffered a black eye ... and filed a police report the next day. According to the NY Post, Myles was nervous about filing because of Brandon's high profile status.

But Marshall's lawyer says the 6'4", 230-pounder did NOT strike Myles ... however, he claims Brandon's wife was injured in a DIFFERENT brawl that went down at the club.

Attorney Harvey Steinberg explains, “While attempting to leave to avoid the melee, [Marshall’s wife] was struck in the face by a thrown bottle. She suffered serious injury." He continued, "The mayhem continued outside.’’

With his future on the Patriots in question, Chad Ochocinco is trying to do good by anyone he can -- in this case NYC -- dropping nearly $8,000 on a massive fried chicken dinner last night ... for 200 local fans.

In case you don't follow him on Twitter -- the football stud sent an open invite to anyone in the New York area ... offering a free dinner to the first 200 people to show up at the famous Sylvia's soul food restaurant in Harlem.

Needless to say, hordes of people came -- just check our video for proof -- and sources tell us, Ocho treated the hungry mob to a full array of Southern-style deliciousness ... including BBQ ribs, fried chicken, mac & cheese, and red velvet cupcakes.

Sources at the restaurant tell TMZ, Ocho spent $7,914 on grub altogether -- but they wouldn't specify how much he tipped.

Pittsburgh Steelers legend Hines Ward had ONE concern during his DUI arrest last summer ... the media finding out about it -- this according to police dash cam footage obtained by TMZ.

During the tape, Ward asks one of the arresting officers, "This going to be all on the newspaper though?" The officer replies, "Only if you tell somebody."

DUI is no laughing matter -- but there is one funny moment, when Hines was sitting in the back of the squad car and the officer slammed on the brakes ... sending Ward's forehead into the plastic divider.

TMZ broke the story -- Ward was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia last July after a police officer observed the football star failing to maintain lane in his Aston Martin ... and hitting a curb.

Michael Vick is conquering his economic demons with a VENGEANCE -- tackling creditors in his bankruptcy case left and right ... and TMZ has learned, he's just a paycheck away from total financial freedom.

You'll recall ... Vick filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2008 after the infamous dog-fighting scandal -- when he lost his NFL salary and several lucrative endorsement deals. According to court docs, Vick owed approximately $20 MILLION to dozens of creditors.

But Vick's been busting his ass to pay off his debts ever since he was reinstated with the Eagles in 2009 -- in fact, according to a new filing in his bankruptcy case, he's already reduced his outstanding debt to less than $400,000.

According to the docs, the outstanding debt is owed to Bank of America (related to one of his properties), BMW financial services, and his friendly neighborhood tax collector.

Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada have signed their deal to do a "Basketball Wives" spinoff show with VH1 ... and they each have 300,000 reasons to celebrate ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, filming on the new show will begin in the next few weeks, right after taping for "Wives" ends. We're told the show will focus on the couple as they get ready to exchange vows this summer.

Our sources say negotiations finally wrapped last week and the two will each take home $300,000 for about two months of work.

As TMZ first reported, when Evelyn re-upped her contract with "Basketball Wives" last year, part of the deal called for VH1 to give her and Chad their own show.

LA Dodgers star Matt Kemp (and his $160 million contract) wants to unload a fancy-schmancy LA condo -- in the same building where Larry King also owns a place -- and it can be allllllll yours for a cool $2.5 MILLION.

EMTs came to the aid of Hall of Fame baseball player Frank Robinson during today's Los Angeles Lakers games against the Boston Celtics ... TMZ has learned.

According to a witness, Robinson was attended to during the fourth quarter of the game. He appeared to be in stable condition after medical workers checked him out, which included taking his blood pressure.

Robinson left before the game ended, walking under his own power while being escorted out by a few EMTs.

Robinson, 76, had 586 career home runs during his playing days and is the only player to win league MVP honors in both the National and American Leagues.

Sources close to Kris Humphries say he has no beef with the story we posted yesterday -- that he made a bundle off of his wedding to Kim Kardashian -- but according to Kris' camp ... the bballer hasn't seen a penny and Kim has it all.

We're told before they were hitched ... Kim and Kris opened a joint account in which they deposited all the money they made from the wedding and other ventures. Our sources say Kris did indeed get money for selling wedding photos and appearing on the Kardashian reality show ... but they say all that money went into the joint account and Kris never got any of it.

Here's what's perplexing. Since it was a joint account, Kris would have as much access to the money as Kim. But sources connected to Kris say he's never attempted to withdraw any of it.

As we reported yesterday ... Kris wants millions from Kim as part of the divorce settlement, even though they were together in marriage for only 72 days.

Sources close to Kris tell us ... he doesn't even care about the money -- all he wants is an annulment.

Problem for Kris is .... in order to get an annulment, he has to prove the marriage was fraudulent, and that's going to be tough.

Kris' lawyer had no comment.

More bad news for former baseball player Lenny Dykstra -- not only was he just sentenced to three years behind bars for felony grand theft auto, but he's currently in debt to the state of California for nearly 30 grand.

According to docs filed last month at the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office, Lenny is delinquent on taxes from 2008 and 2009 to the tune of $29,571.12.

Lenny has gotten some good news lately ... he probably won't serve most of his three years in prison and he was given permission to attend the funeral of former teammate Gary Carter.

Four years after his team left Seattle for the Midwest, NBA superstar Kevin Durant is finally severing his last tie with Emerald City -- he's putting his house up for sale.

Durant was a member of the Seattle SuperSonics for just one season before the team moved to Oklahoma City in 2008. Kevin has kept a home in Mercer Island ever since, but has now listed the 5,910 sq. foot home for $2.799 million.

The home -- which is listed by The Campins Company, owned by former "Apprentice" contestant Katrina Campins -- features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home theater, and a state of the art security system.

Touchdown-machine Santonio Holmes better not get too attached to his giant new paycheck from the Jets -- because TMZ has learned, a woman he knocked up back in 2002 wants a fat raise ... in child support.

Just months after Holmes signed a 5-year deal with the Jets worth nearly $50 million, a woman named Nicole King has filed a petition in Florida for child support modification ... demanding way more money from the star wide receiver.

King cites Holmes' new contract in the docs -- claiming, "There has been a substantial change in circumstances in that [Holmes'] income has substantially increased since the entry of the final judgment and the needs to the child have increased."

King doesn't specify how much extra cash she wants now that Holmes is rolling in more dough than ever -- but according to the current child support order, Holmes is already required to pay the woman $4,000 a month ... and even buy her a house.
