Sorry shameless fame-whorish ladies ... Tim Tebow will not be the next rich stud hunting for love on "The Bachelor."

Tim just set the record straight on Twitter ... saying, "Haha rumors can be crazy! Even though I've watched the show before, I'm definitely not gonna be on the Bachelor. #JessePalmer."

But the most shocking part -- TMZ has learned who's to blame for the rumor ... and it's "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison. Though he swears it wasn't intentional.

Former college football star Marcus Vick -- younger brother of Michael Vick -- refused to smile for his newest mug shot this weekend after he was arrested for contempt of court in Virginia.

Marcus turned himself in to authorities in Newport News, Va on Sunday ... after a warrant was issued for his arrest for failing to appear for 2 court dates to face a driving on a suspended license charge.

Vick will spend 10 days behind bars ... and will then be transferred to officials in Montgomery County, Va to face separate charges stemming from an unrelated incident.

According to reports, Vick's a wanted man in Montgomery County because he failed to show up to hearings involving his failure to pay a $40k settlement of a civil case in which he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl in 2008 ... when Vick was 19.

Tim Tebow just got a metaphoric slap in the face from the Colorado Rockies mascot ... who struck the QB's famous pose even though he's -- a DINOSAUR!!

TMZ obtained the ironic pic that flies in the face of all Tebow holds dear -- Dinger the Triceratops ... Tebowing with several Rockies players in a Phoenix, AZ park Saturday.

The Elias Sports Bureau is getting back to us, but we're fairly confident this is the first time a dinosaur's been spotted Tebowing in the wild.

Baseball legend Lenny Dykstra has been sentenced to three years in California state prison in his grand theft auto case.

The former New York Mets outfielder had asked the judge to allow him to change his plea last week -- from "no contest" to "not guilty" -- but the judge refused to allow it today.

Lenny entered the "no contest" plea back in October as part of a plea deal -- copping to three counts of felony grand theft auto and one count of submitting false statements to a financial institution. 21 other charges against him were dismissed.

Lenny wanted to change his "no contest" plea because he felt it was "not knowing and intelligent" -- meaning Lenny wasn't provided with all the available information in the case before he made his plea decision.

Lenny was accused of leasing luxury cars from an L.A. dealership with fraudulent paperwork. Drug charges were also filed in the case.

Kris Humphries believes ... Kim Kardashian has NO RIGHT to keep the gifts from their doomed wedding ... insisting every single item should be returned to the guests.

Sources close to the NBA star tell us ... Kris is adamant that gifts from a fraudulent wedding should be returned.

We're told Kris gives Kim props for cutting a check for twice the value of the gifts and giving it to charity ... but he feels Kim should have made the contribution IN ADDITION to returning the gifts.

Kris has told friends he feels the guests were duped into spending their hard-earned cash on wedding gifts ... claiming Kim never intended to give their marriage a real chance.

Kim insists she truly loved Kris and was legitimately heartbroken when their relationship fell apart.

LeBron James' mother is finally facing the music for slapping a valet at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach last year ... but she will NOT spend any time behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Gloria James struck a deal with prosecutors for the incident in which she slapped Rockfeller Sorel after allegedly berating him at the valet stand last April.

Under the terms of the deal, the court has agreed to dismiss the public intoxication charge against Gloria ... if she completes 20 hours of community service, stays away from Sorel and donates $1,000 to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. FYI -- Sorel is Haitian and personally agreed to the deal.

In case you haven't seen the video ... Gloria was a hot mess ... slapping, wildly swinging her purse ... and falling on her ass during the late-night altercation.

Former NFL stud Keyshawn Johnson knows what it's like to get jerked around by a coach ... and that's why he believes Lamar Odom should tell the Dallas Mavericks to EFF THEMSELVES for threatening to kick him down to the NBA Development League.

Johnson was out in L.A. this weekend when we asked how HE would handle the situation if a coach dropped him to the D-League in the middle of the season.

For the record, the Mavs reversed course and pulled Odom back on to the team this weekend after making the D-League announcement ... and he played pretty well.

Pilar Sanders wants to have a little sit-down with Deion's alleged mistresses -- to PROVE he was an unfaithful husband -- but according to Pilar, Deion is trying to thwart her efforts ... by attempting to bribe one of his jumpoffs to keep quiet.

Pilar has filed a motion in court -- obtained by TMZ -- demanding sanctions against Deion in their ongoing divorce proceedings, claiming the former NFL star has been tampering with witnesses ... in this case, a 20-year-old model Deion allegedly slept with last summer named Aleea Stanton.

According to Pilar, Deion attempted to bribe Aleea to keep her mouth shut about their tryst -- so now, Pilar wants the court to punish him for his unsavory tactics.

Pilar also claims Deion orchestrated that infamous standoff between her and Deion's aunt Laura last month -- to steal an audio recording device that contained damning evidence against the NFL star.

As a result, Pilar is also asking the court for sanctions against Deion for intentional destruction of evidence and corruption.

In addition to the sanctions, Pilar filed documents requesting to take depositions of several other people -- including another alleged mistress by the name of Tracey Edmonds, coincidentally an ex of Eddie Murphy.

Tracey tells TMZ, "I am shocked to learn that Pilar Sanders is trying to drag me and my employees through her pre-nuptual dispute. I cannot understand why she continues to create public issues out of her private life issues and feel very sorry for their children."

Tracey adds, "For the record, Deion Sanders and I first met at the top of this year, after he filed for divorce, when he and his partner reached out to me to produce a project of his."

NFL Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk is on the verge of losing a SWEET beachfront apartment in Florida -- because his bank claims the Rams legend hasn't been paying the bills ... and now, it's foreclosing on the property.

PNC Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Faulk in Broward County Florida late last month -- claiming Faulk defaulted on a $112,300 loan for the Pompano Beach apartment in September 2011 ... and hasn't paid a cent since.

According to the lawsuit, PNC has made repeated attempts to get its money ... to no avail -- so it's going after Faulk's home in court.

Faulk has a few weeks to respond -- and if he doesn't ... or if the court finds in favor of the bank ... he'll lose his apartment for good.

Calls to Marshall's rep have not been returned.

You would think a pastor knows how to get down on one knee and pray, but nevertheless ... last night Tim Tebow taught a pastor in Las Vegas how to Tebow.

Tebow was a guest at Canyon Ridge Christian Church where he spent about 45 minutes on stage with Senior Pastor Kevin Odor.

As he demonstrated the art of Tebowing, Tim was still humble enough to admit, "I’m pretty sure I’m not the first athlete to get on a knee and pray."

Clemons' wife Veranetta filed for divorce in 2010 on grounds of adultery -- claiming Chris admitted to having casual sex with several women in 2009 ... and would often disappear to Atlantic City at all hours of the night, returning home the next afternoon.

Veranetta also claims Chris -- who led the Seahawks in sacks in 2010 and 2011 -- was "physically, emotionally, and financially abusive" toward her during their relationship.

Clemons shot back, denying the allegations -- but insisting he wanted a divorce too.

As part of the divorce, Veranetta demanded exclusive use of the couple's Georgia mansion -- as well as one of their cars ... the Land Rover or the Bentley. On top of that, Veranetta wanted $10,000 a month in alimony for 5 years.

TMZ has learned ... the L.A. City Attorney has decided to hit Chavez with 3 misdemeanor charges ... 2 for drunk driving and 1 for driving without a valid license.

If convicted on all counts, JCC could face up to a year in county jail and a $1,000 fine.

He's due back in court to face the judge later this month.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban tells TMZ ... Lamar Odom WILL rejoin the team after a brief stint down in the D-League ... claiming L.O. simply needs to get his timing back.

Cuban explains, "[Lamar] is doing great. D-League is rehab. [He] needs to get in great shape and then rejoin the Mavs."

He continues, "Know how baseball teams send a guy down to the minor leagues to get some games in and get timing back? Same thing."

Lamar Odom has been dropped from the Dallas Mavericks roster and sent down to the NBA Developmental League... in the midst of his worst season as an NBA player.

The Mavs have assigned Odom to play for the Texas Legends ... which means he's officially off the Mavericks roster ... but will still receive his $8.9 million annual salary.

According to ESPN, Odom was dropped to the D-League to "get his legs back under him."

Odom had missed a few games to deal with family issues back in L.A. Odom's father said the NBA star took care of him during a recent stomach illness.
