The New York Giants CELEBRATED THEIR FACES OFF on the plane ride home from the Super Bowl ... singing and dancing like crazy ... and it was all captured on tape.

Linebacker Mark Herzlich posted a video on his Twitter page ... featuring running back Andre Brown leading a chant in which he screamed, "I GOT A RING!" ... and the guys would respond, "WE GOT ONE TOO!"

Herzlich tweeted a note with the video that read, "I'd say we are pretty excited."

It's safe to say the New England Patriots flight was quite different.

We interrupt our usual TMZ coverage for a SPECIAL MESSAGE from the tightrope guy in the Super Bowl halftime show -- "My nuts are fine."

TMZ spoke with Andy Lewis ... the slackline trickster who repeatedly bounced HARD on his crotch during his show-stealing routine -- and he tells us he totally understands why people would be concerned for his man parts.

Lewis -- who has a sponsorship deal with Gibbon Slacklines -- told us, "I've been doing it for years ... and over time your nuts harden to steel."

The daredevil says he doesn't wear a cup ... but notes he's very careful about testicle placement ... "You just try to not squish and pop them ... so you put them to one side."

Gisele is saying what EVERY Patriots fan was thinking last night ... Tom Brady needed some "f*cking" help from his teammates during the Super Bowl.

On her way out of the stadium last night, the supermodel was heckled by New York Giants fans ... one who screamed, "Eli owns your husband."

Gisele didn't shout back ... but turned to a friend and said, "My husband can not f****ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times."

Clearly, G was taking a shot at Wes Welker, Aaron Hernandez ... and every other Pats player who CHOKED during the big game.

The comment was captured on tape and has already hit the Internet.

A short time later, Gisele could be seen comforting her hubby in the bowels of the stadium.

A powerful parents TV watchdog claims NBC failed the American public by "enabling" M.I.A. to flip off the camera during the Super Bowl halftime show yesterday ... and now the group is demanding punishment.

The Parents Television Council has released a statement on the incident ... saying, "It is unfortunate that a spectacular sporting event was overshadowed once again by broadcasting the selfish acts of a desperate performer."

The PTC claims NBC and the NFL knew full well what could happen ... especially because they chose a lineup filled with "performers who have based their careers on shock profanity and titillation."

The PTC also rips NBC for failing to block the image from broadcast ... especially since Janet Jackson's nipplegate incident on CBS 8 years ago.

The group is NOT asking for an apology -- insisting one would simply "[ring] hollow after yet another slap in the face to families."

Instead, the group wants ACTION -- saying, "Either the NFL and NBC will take immediate steps to hold those accountable for this offensive material in front of a hundred million Americans, or they will feebly sit back and do nothing."

Kim Kardashian isn't secretly dating Mark Sanchez ... she's not interested in Tim Tebow -- in fact, sources tell TMZ, the reality star is completely DONE with football players in general ... all thanks to Reggie Bush.

In case you haven't heard -- there were reports Kim and Mark were seeing each other on the DL whenever she was in New York. There were other rumors Kim came on to Tim Tebow because of his old-fashioned values. But we're told ... it's all BS.

Sources close to Kim tell us, her break-up with Bush in 2010 was so rough ... she has lost her taste for NFL players entirely -- and has no plans to play the field in the near future.

Hazell Stoudemire, the older brother of NBA star Amar'e Stoudemire, died early this morning in a car accident in Florida ... TMZ has learned.

The accident happened on Route 27 in Lake Wales. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Stoudemire was driving at a "high rate of speed" when he collided with the rear of a tractor trailer.

He died on the scene.

The Florida Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Stoudemire was not wearing a seat belt when he smashed into the big rig ... and they are unsure if alcohol was a factor.

NFL legend Warren Sapp has filed documents to try and lower his alimony and child support payments to his ex-wife -- and it's no wonder ... she claims he's fallen behind in his payments to the tune of $728,100!!!

According to court documents filed in Florida, as part of his divorce judgment back in 2007, Sapp was ordered to pay $15,000/month in support for his two kids and another $45,000/month in alimony.

But Sapp's ex, Jamiko, claims that since March 2010, he hasn't been following the terms of the judgment. She claims he's been paying random amounts each month and NOTHING at all for two of the months.

Jamiko claims Warren's missed payments amount to $728,100 and filed a motion asking a judge to enforce their divorce agreement.

In October 2011, Sapp filed documents of his own ... asking a judge to lower his monthly payments.

A judge has yet to rule on either request.

It wasn't Janet Jackson's nipple, but M.I.A. flashed a body part of her own during the Super Bowl halftime show just now -- her middle finger!

It went down as she and Nicki Minaj joined Madonna on stage for their song, "Give Me All Your Luvin."

It's been eight years since JJ changed the face of television forever after revealing her breast at the end of her SB performance with Justin Timberlake. The Patriots were playing on that day as well and came away victorious.

Although rumors of his dating escapades have swirled since he split from Kim Kardashian, sources close to Kris Humphries tell TMZ ... he has no plans to date anytime soon.

According to our sources, Kris has not dated anyone since his breakup from KK. We're told Kris has not gone out on a single date and right now his only focus ... is on basketball.

And it's working so far -- Kris is averaging career highs in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals.

Brad Penny heard something go bump in the night and called cops to his Los Angeles area home at 4:00 AM, but they found nothing ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Penny heard a noise in the wee hours of Saturday morning and thought it was a burglar. We're told Penny called 911, but then headed downstairs to investigate further. According to our sources, by the time Penny got downstairs ... if there was an intruder, he or she was gone.

The L.A. County Sheriff responded and took a report and are currently investigating.

He says he doesn't do it anymore, but New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott says he used to have a pretty dainty pre-game ritual.

Scott revealed his secret last night outside Sensu nightclub in Indianapolis.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant needed someone to jump over during a dunk contest in Indianapolis yesterday ... so of course our camera guy volunteered for the job ... but the dunk didn't go as planned.

It went down as part of the Gridiron Celebrity Hoops game on the campus of Butler University. The dunk was supposed to be an alley oop where Dez jumped over our guy Jake.

But the pass was a little off and the dunk was a failure.

The New England Patriots are one of the most disciplined team in football -- and that has even carried over to their eating regimen leading up to the Super Bowl ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, the team has been on serious lockdown this week when it came to meals. We're told in Indianapolis ... the players HAD to eat what was put on the table.

Our sources say team cooks came to the hotel and prepared the grub. Dinner last night was a choice of chicken, steak or fish ... with a side of vegetables.

Cee Lo Green reunited with his boys from Goodie Mob this week ... inside an Indianapolis strip club ... and TMZ has learned the crew treated the stripper ladies to a five-figure thunderstorm.

Cee Lo and his boys met up in Indy for some pre-Super Bowl partying Wednesday night ... and decided to take the festivities over to a local gentlemen's establishment around 1:00 AM Thursday morning.

Sources inside the club tell us ... Cee Lo requested lap dances from "the baddest b*tches in the club" ... and the group rewarded their good behavior by making it rain with roughly $10,000 in cash.

We're told there were other famous people in the club at the time -- including some NFL players -- but they were no competition for Team Cee Lo, who easily commanded the girls' attention.

On Sunday, the Giants and Patriots will battle it out in Indianapolis to be crowned the #1 team in the NFL.

But just because the Giants are completely deprived of their bouncy-cheery-spirit-fingers-hotness, doesn't mean you eyeballs have to be punished.
