Dwyane Wade got a SICK $230,000 sports car at his 30th birthday party in Miami this weekend -- but the most impressive part of the gift is how it was AIRLIFTED into the hotel pool without a scratch.

The car is a brand new 2012 McLaren MP4-12C -- given to him for FREE by the owner of a local luxury car dealership. Wade is the brand ambassador for that particular dealership.

The guy wanted the presentation of the car to be super-fancy -- with the McLaren waiting for Wade on a platform in the middle of the hotel pool. Problem is, you can't just drive that thing inside the hotel.

Instead, the car was loaded up onto a crane in the alley next to the pool area ... hoisted above the hotel wall ... and carefully lowered onto the waiting platform, positioned inside the pool.

Props to the crew -- because the whole thing went off without a hitch ... and D-Wade accepted his present in front of famous friends like Usher, Common, T.I., LeBron, and Chris Bosh.

D-Dub even got a shout from Vogue chief Anna Wintour ... who said, "I hope we'll see you back at NY Fashion Week in September, because you're my favorite person to sit next to at the shows."

The rich get richer.

Kobe Bryant and Vanessa are well on their way to becoming single ... because we’ve learned Kobe has already transferred title on two of his mansions over to his soon-to-be ex-wife.

TMZ has checked official records ... which show on January 5th, Kobe surrendered his interest in 2 of their estates to Vanessa ... on that same day Vanessa surrendered her interest in a 3rd home to Kobe.

As far as who got what ... the title transfers don't list addresses, but our sources say Vanessa is now the full owner of the mansion she shared with Kobe in Newport Coast. As for the second home Vanessa now owns in full ... it's the nearby mansion where her mother has been living.

We’re told the estate Vanessa fully deeded to Kobe is the one currently under construction – also in Newport Coast.

TMZ broke the story ... Vanessa filed for divorce from Kobe on Dec 16th.

Although we heard rumblings of a possible reconciliation ... the property transfers make it seem the divorce is going full throttle.

Kobe's rep, Michael Sitrick, had no comment.

Tim Tebow and the Broncos got beat so badly by Tom Brady and the New England Patriots yesterday ... even Jesus is taking shots at Timmy now!

We caught up with Jesus of West Hollywood (real name: Kevin), who did not hesitate to take a cheap shot at his number one fan. He even dropped down on one knee for a little Tebowing.

The Broncos lost 45-10 and Brady outpassed Tebow 363-136. Brady threw six touchdown passes to Tebow's none.

Chad Ochocinco may have pulled his engagement to Evelyn Lozada out of the fire, but she's still on the fence about taking his last name when they walk down the aisle.

Evelyn was out in LA this week, and fully over her cheating fears about Ocho, saying ... "*hit happens and we worked it out."

As for changing her name -- sounds like Evelyn still needs some convincing.

Someone may FINALLY be getting ready to leave Casa de Prime Time -- because a giant moving pod is currently sitting in the middle of Deion Sanders' driveway.

TMZ broke the story ... Deion and Pilar are BOTH living in the massive Texas estate, despite the fact Deion filed for divorce last month, after 12 years of marriage.

Just a few weeks ago, Deion went on the radio and claimed the living situation was "cool" -- insisting he and Pilar engage in friendly banter every morning.

But sources close to the couple tell us ... things actually aren't that cordial behind the scenes ... and it seems the awkward living situation is finally coming to an end.

Angels will DIE if Hulk Hogan shaves his mustache ... so says the leader of a powerful mustache organization.

TMZ spoke with Dr. Aaron Perlut -- Chairman of the American Mustache Institute and self-professed doctor of "nuclear mustacheology" -- who says he's particularly upset with Hulk's plan to shave ... since he is "seen as a longtime leading figure in the sexually dynamic Mustached American community."

Perlut says, "Not only would the removal of his lower nose foliage cause angels in heaven to die and fall to earth -- as is written in biblical texts -- but it would send a poor message to young people of Mustached American descent who wish to embrace the Mustached American experience."

"We do hope that Mr. Hogan, for whom we have great reverence, reconsiders shaving his upper lip shading device as millions of those he has inspired would be greatly let down, leading to mass chaos and deep bouts of depression in the Mustached American community.”

Neither Hogan nor his mustache could be reached for comment.

The Gina Carano vocal mystery is OFFICIALLY OVER -- because the rib-cracking MMA fighter has finally admitted that her voice WAS altered for her role in the movie "Haywire."

Carano appeared on a podcast for the "No Holds Barred" MMA blog yesterday ... when she explained why director Steven Soderbergh felt he needed to do some "altering and mixing" to her voice.

Long story short -- Carano says Soderbergh wanted people to believe that Gina and her character are "two completely different entities" ... and felt the vocal change would help.

Carano added, "I'm just honored to be a part of it ... there was a little joke that I was saying that even if [Soderbergh] would have shaved my head and put Bill Clinton as my voice, I would have still done it."

It's the most famous mustache in the universe, but Hulk Hogan says he's finally ready to shave off his iconic facial hair -- FOR A MOVIE!!!

Hulk announced his plans to shatter the space-time continuum yesterday in Florida -- telling TMZ, "I'm getting ready to go on some auditions. I'm getting ready to shave my head and my mustache. So that should be scary ..."

Hulk also said he's all better after his dental surgery Tuesday night -- when doctors operated to remove a metal tack from his mouth ... and clean up the surrounding infection. Long story.

Hulk added, "Theme for the day is ... kids, take care of your teeth."

Manny Pacquiao could decide today or tomorrow whether he will fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 5th -- this according to Manny's trainer.

Freddie Roach just told TMZ Manny and promoter Bob Arum are in the Philippines, figuring out if they can put off several deals to fight other boxers ... to clear the decks for a Mayweather fight in May.

Roach is scoffing at Mayweather's tweet, in which he calls Pacquiao a "punk," saying, "He should look in the mirror. He's been ducking us for 2 years."

As for what weight class Pacquiao will fight Mayweather ... Roach said 147 lbs -- that's the upper limit of welterweight.

Hulk Hogan's mouth is seriously messed up, after a dentist accidentally ripped out 50 stitches from his mouth.

Hulk tells TMZ ... in October he went in for dental surgery to get implants. The doctor performed a sinus graft -- placing a donor bone in the mouth to support the implant. Hulk then went to a cosmetic surgeon to begin the implant process. When the doc removed the mold in Hulk's mouth, it ripped out around 50 stitches from the donor bone procedure.

Hulk says he's been dealing with the problem ever since ... his mouth became infected and the antibiotics just weren't doing the trick.

So recently Hulk had a CAT scan, which revealed -- get this -- that one of the doctors left a metal tack in his mouth.

Last night, Hulk went to the hospital for surgery -- to remove the tack and clean out the mess.

Hulk tells us ... "They had to drill a f**king hole in my face!"

And, Hulk says, he's already home and, "I have to have a meeting with my lawyers now." But it's not to sue the dentists. He still has legal issues with his ex-wife.

The LAPD is on the hunt for a cyber-douchebag who threatened to attack the people at FoxSports.com ... all because they blocked the idiot from posting on their message board.

The drama began on November 1, 2011 ... when Fox Sports banned a user who posted an "inappropriate comment" on a FoxSports.com team page.

According to official police documents, Fox Sports later received a threatening message which the user sent to the "report abuse" tab ... which read, "All you moderators are c**ksuckers and one day you are going to get your faces caved in to your brain."

The message continued, "You think just because you do this over the Internet you cannot be located. You are wrong .... Watch your ass you f**king b*tches. I am coming for you ..."

FoxSports.com security officials told police they were "extremely concerned for the safety" of the staff ... and insisted they are "not taking this threat lightly."

Now, detectives from the LAPD Threat Management Unit are on the case .. hoping to track down the suspect.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. just issued the challenge the world has been waiting for -- demanding Manny Pacquiao fight him once and for all ... May 5th in Vegas.

As we reported, Floyd's jail sentence was postponed to June so he could fight at the MGM Grand on May 5th -- but so far, his opponent hasn't been determined.

Fight fans have been clamoring for Mayweather-Pacquiao for years -- and now Floyd himself is calling out Manny with the message, "Manny Pacquiao I'm calling you out let's fight May 5th and give the world what they want to see."

Floyd sounded off in the tough and hardcore forums of Twitter and Facebook -- and punctuated his challenge with, "Step up Punk."

Gina Carano is the REAL DEAL in the world of MMA ... but there are allegations she's not totally the real deal on the big screen ... because her voice in the new movie, "Haywire" ... may NOT be her voice at all.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... the folks behind the movie didn't like the way Carano sounded when they filmed the flick ... so they changed it in post. It's unclear if they used fancy electronics to alter Gina's vocal quality, or whether they dubbed in another female voice.

Monday night, Carano was at The Grove in L.A. ... where she totally spoke with us ... and sounded great ... at least that's our opinion.

We placed multiple calls to the production company ... so far, no comment.

Before there was Tebow 3:16 in the NFL ... there was Austin 3:16 in the WWE ... and now the wrestling legend says he's willing to surrender his iconic numbers to the NFL star, pending one GIANT condition.

TMZ spoke with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin -- who tells us he watched Tebow's Mile High Miracle this weekend and was blown away when he learned Tim threw for exactly 316 yards in the playoff victory.

FYI -- the numbers have a special meaning with Stone Cold, who created the famous faux bible verse back in the '90s to humiliate his enemies -- "Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass!!!"

Now, Austin tells us, "Austin 3:16 still rules" ... but adds, "If Tebow can throw for 316 yards again this weekend then hell, he can have the numbers and I'll have no problem with it."

Austin continues, "A guy named John was using it before me ... so if Tebow can do it again, more power to him!"

"I wish him all the luck in the world," Austin says ... adding, "I'm not a Denver fan but Tim's a great role model for kids."

Baltimore Ravens star Anquan Boldin claims his agent -- the man he trusted with his career -- swindled him out of $220,000 ... and now, it looks like he'll never get his money back.

Boldin filed a lawsuit against Darrell Eugene Wills in Florida bankruptcy court, claiming Darrell asked to borrow $170,000 to start a sports management agency in 2004 ... and never paid him back.

Anquan claims he supplied the loan on the condition that Darrell repay him with interest -- and reduce his agency fee -- but the venture failed ... and Darrell filed for bankruptcy.

Boldin sued Wills soon after to get his money back -- but a bankruptcy judge ruled that Darrell was such a financial wreck, he didn't have to repay his debts ... meaning Boldin is SOL.
