'Basketball Wives' Star Sued for Helping Blow NBA Star's Fortune

Published | Updated

Evelyn Lozada -- one of the stars of "Basketball Wives" who was once engaged to former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker -- is being sued for allegedly receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally.

The story is shocking. Walker raked in a whopping $110 million during his NBA career, in addition to untold millions in endorsements and other deals ... and he blew ALL OF IT and a lot more.

Walker filed for bankruptcy last year, and now the bankruptcy trustee smells a rat. It seems Walker gave Lozada $560,000 when he already knew he was going belly up. The trustee has sued Lozada, claiming the transfer was fraudulent -- an attempt to hide money from legitimate creditors.

The trustee says Lozada used the money to start a Miami shoe store called Dulce, and now the trustee wants the $560k back.

We're told Lozada and Walker insist there was no funny business. He gave her the money to help pay her bills. Sources say Lozada funded Dulce NOT with the $560k, but by selling her engagement ring. And, our sources say, Lozada had no idea Walker was so deep in debt.

NBA Baller Jarron Collins My HOA Left Me SOL

Published | Updated

NBA journeyman Jarron Collins claims he saved his entire condo complex from a possible TOXIC MOLD invasion ... only to get the shaft in a big time settlement ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Long story short -- Collins claims he noticed all sorts of damage to his L.A. condo back in 2004 ... including the mold ... and warned his homeowner's association about the situation.

Collins claims the HOA hired a lawyer -- Steven Roseman -- who led him to believe that if a settlement was reached with the building developers, some of the money would be used to fix his place.

Turns out, the HOA got its money -- but Collins alleges he never got his repairs. Finally, in July 2011, Collins says the HOA informed him that it never agreed to fix his unit, and he must have been misled by Roseman.

Now, Collins is suing Roseman ... claiming he would have gone after the builders HIMSELF had he known he wasn't going to be properly represented in the HOA case in the first place.

Collins wants Roseman to pay for the cost of the repairs, plus damages and court costs.

Calls to Roseman were not returned.

TMZ spoke with several people at the Bev Center who have been waiting in line for hours ... and some for days ... and they all seem to say the same thing -- it's been cold, but everyone has been extremely cordial.

It seems to be a sharp contrast from other shoe lines across the country -- so far, there have been reports of pepper spraying at a mall in Washington, a brawl in Kentucky and girl fights in North Carolina.

Leigh Steinberg Bench Warrant Issued for Sports Super Agent

Published | Updated

Leigh Steinberg -- the sports agent who's repped Ben Roethlisberger, Troy Aikman and Steve Young -- is a wanted man for skipping a court hearing involving an alleged $1.4 million in unpaid rent.

The bench warrant was issued today in Orange County because Steinberg missed his court date last week. According to documents, the super agent inspiration for "Jerry Maguire" owes a real estate company more than a mil for office space in Newport Beach, CA.

The company claims Steinberg stopped paying his lease back in 2009 -- and says it has been next to impossible to serve him with a subpoena because he's constantly surrounded by bodyguards.

Adidas Accused of Trying to Screw Church Servicing the Poor

Published | Updated

A church near Chicago that caters to struggling members of its community claims Adidas is on a vicious campaign to torpedo the congregation, and a Chicago Bulls star is caught in the middle.

The Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Zion, IL trademarked the name, Add A Zero -- and church reps tell us it's using the trademark to sell clothing and other items to raise money for a new building, a food pantry and a day care program.

In 2009 -- 3 years after the Church got its trademark -- Adidas tried to register the name ADIZERO, for a sub-brand of its athletic clothing. Adidas is marking the line, using Bulls point guard Derrick Rose as its spokesperson. But here's the rub ... The U.S. Trademark Office rejected its application because the Church beat it to the punch.

Adidas then offered the Church $5,000 to give up its trademark, but the Church said hell no.

And get this ... In November, 2010, Adidas petitioned the U.S. Trademark Office to cancel the Church's trademark, on ground the Church hadn't used the name enough. The petition is pending.

Three weeks ago, Pastor E. James Logan from the Church sent letters to Adidas, begging them to back down. The Pastor wrote, "I have long been an admirer of Adidas and would not expect a company of your stature, with celebrity endorsers like Mr. Rose, to try to use its wealth and power to bully a working class church."

The Pastor also wrote to Rose, pleading for him to knock some sense into Adidas.

We contacted the lawyer for Adidas but so far ... no comment. We also contacted Rose, but have not heard back yet.

Floyd Mayweather 90 Days in Pokey for Beating Up Baby Mama

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather Jr. got hammered by a judge, who just sentenced him to serve 90 days in jail for beating up his baby mama in front of their kids.

Floyd was sentenced to 6 months in jail, but 3 months of that sentence was suspended. He also gets 3 days credit for time he has already served.

TMZ broke the story ... the boxer was arrested in September 2010 -- after his ex-girlfriend accused him of striking her "multiple times in the head with his fist" and then threatening to kill her.

Floyd struck a plea deal with prosecutors in the case -- in which he pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence ... in exchange for getting a pass on the felony battery charge.

Floyd also pled no contest to two misdemeanor harassment charges -- after allegedly threatening to beat his kids too during the incident.

The judge was especially pissed that Mayweather struck his baby mama in front of their kids.

The judge also ordered Mayweather to complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. He was fined $2,500 ... which to Floyd is like a poker hand.

The boxer must turn himself in on January 6, to begin serving his sentence.

Khloe and Lamar Dallas Realtors at War!!!

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have already wreaked havoc in Dallas, by setting off a war among a number of high-end realtors who are vying for their business.

The displaced couple has been looking for a place to live, and rather than using just one realtor, they decided 6 would be 6 times better. Here's the problem ... the realtors claim Khloe and Lamar made each of them feel as if they were the only ones, and they're now fighting over who can lay claim to a commission.

And it gets even better, because cameras for their reality show have been following Khloe and Lamar around during their house hunt, with different realtors in tow. So the realtors not only think they'll score a commission, they're also dreaming of fame.

Apparently Khloe and Lamar have recognized their lapse of etiquette, and they've settled on just one realtor. What's more, we're told they just found a condo in the W Hotel. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1800 square-foot pad. It's listed for lease at $7,500 a month.

Robert Griffin III Dad tells Agents: Don't Talk to My Son!

Published | Updated

Robert Griffin III is getting some serious protection off the field from his father -- who's demanding potential sports agents back off his Heisman Trophy winning son while he decides if he's jumping to the NFL.

Sources close to RG3's family tell TMZ, RG2 (aka Dad) has decided any agents who contact his son directly will be out of the running to sign him ... and thereby, screwed out of a future multi-million dollar commission.

We're told Dad wants all the agents to contact him -- leaving RG3 alone to focus on next week's Alamo Bowl, and his Master's degree. Believe it or not, some reps are playing ball -- we're told Dad's talking to 5 big-time agents ... just in case RG3 goes pro.

As for that big decision -- our source says Griffin is stressed about it, and far from a lock to go pro ... partially because he doesn't want to "let people down" at Baylor.

Is this kid perfect, or what?

Detroit Pistons billionaire owner Tom Gores was harassed at his house Sunday night ... when two unidentified men showed up at his doorstep, demanding over a MILLION bucks for the Mormon Church -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
