Lawrence Taylor Prostitute Files Lawsuit -- Assault and Battery

Published | Updated

The former child prostitute who claims she was raped by Lawrence Taylor is suing the former NFL star for assault and battery ... claiming she "repeatedly tried to push Taylor off of her" during their 2010 encounter .... but he forced himself inside of her anyway.

Gloria Allred and her client Cristina Fierro -- now 18 years old -- spoke today during a news conference in NYC, announcing Fierro had filed the lawsuit ... in which she is demanding unspecified damages.

Fierro claims Taylor had sex with her -- despite several visible wounds left behind by her pimp, who allegedly beat her into a bloody pulp before ordering her to have sex with the NFL star.

Taylor was sentenced to 6 months probation this year after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute.

Attempts to reach Taylor were unsuccessful.

OLD GUY FIGHT!!! Two 73-Year-Olds BRAWL at Canadian Football League Event

Published | Updated

The wrinkled, arthritic fists were flying at an event for the Canadian Football League this weekend -- when two 73-year-old former players ATTACKED each other ... and it was all caught on tape.

Long story short -- former NFL quarterback Joe Kapp (who also played in the CFL) came face to face with former CFL enemy Angelo Mosca during a luncheon for the Grey Cup (the Canadian version of the Super Bowl).

Kapp shoved a flower in Angelo's face ... Angelo swung his cane ... and then Kapp fired off a NASTY right cross. Boom. Old man goes down.

According to reports, these two have hated each other since 1963 ... when Mosca threw a cheap shot at one of Kapp's teammates.

Revenge is a dish best served cold .... really cold ... with a side of prunes.

Lawrence Taylor Ex-Child Prostitute Sues -- Pay Me For Being a Scumbag!

The former child prostitute who claimed she was forced to engage in sexual activity with Lawrence Taylor wants payback -- and now she's teaming up with Gloria Allred to sue the pants off the NFL Hall of Famer.

18-year-old Cristina Fierro was 16 at the time she met up with Taylor in a Holiday Inn outside NYC back in 2010. Fierro claims she was forced into the encounter by a violent pimp.

Taylor insisted he never raped Fierro -- claiming he simply masturbated into a condom. Taylor was eventually convicted of one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct.

Fierro and Allred are all set to hold a news conference before the lawsuit is filed (surprise, surprise) ... and TMZ will livestream the whole thing when it begins at 11:00 AM PST.

Jason Taylor Investment Broker Ran Off With $275,000 of My Money!

Published | Updated

Jason Taylor has made a living out of chasing down quarterbacks -- now the NFL star is trying to chase down the man he says bilked him out of more than a quarter of a million dollars!

According to a lawsuit filed back in August, Taylor claims he gave $500,000 to a man named Eric Kim, who told Taylor he was an experienced securities investor. Taylor alleges Kim promised to invest the money on Taylor's behalf, and would do so without charging any fees ... except for 10% of whatever profits he made.

But alas ... Taylor says from August 2009 until March 2011, Kim "misappropriated" $275,269.10 of the money Taylor gave him. According to Taylor, Kim wrote 37 checks from the account he set up with Taylor's money ... 32 of which were either made out to Kim himself or to his good friend "cash."

Taylor is suing for fraud, among other things, and is looking for his money back, plus costs.

Kim's lawyer denies all of Taylor's claims, and tells TMZ, "Jason's lawsuit is another example of a celebrity who is unable to handle his money and a friend who attempts to assist him at his request, who now gets blamed for poor results ... We look forward to all of the facts of this matter coming out in the courts or an arbitration tribunal."

T.O. I Tweet to Pay My Bills!

Published | Updated

T.O. filed legal docs in one of his child support cases, claiming he doesn't have nearly enough jack to pay his baby mama's attorney's fees, but in making his argument he revealed he's making a bloody fortune by tweeting.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mr. O says he makes between $2,800 - $6,400 per tweet. In one instance, he pulled in $2,800 to tweet for Cutters -- a football glove company. He raked in $4,800 for tweeting on behalf of Old Navy. And he got $6,400 for tweeting about Fantapper -- a sports social networking site.

T.O. also discloses he's earned residual money for an episode of "Punk'd" and for his appearances on "Any Given Sunday" and "Necessary Roughness."

And get this ... T.O. scored $10 grand for promoting Yahoo Fantasy Football and $20 grand for promoting a Super Bowl party.

So why is T.O. trying to get out from under paying his baby mama's attorney's fees? It's because he spends like a mutha. His average monthly expenses are $82,178.30, plus $44,602 in child support.

T.O. says he has no new sources of income and is basically broke.

Turns out ... size, strength and talent can't be sold in stores.

3:10 PM: Power Balance officially filed for bankruptcy this morning ... but afterward, the company posted a tweet stating, "Power Balance is not going out of business."
