Terrell Owens Child Support Documents Reveal Financial Ruin

Published | Updated

Terrell Owens' financial situation is so dire, he filed papers in three separate child support cases to have his payments lowered ... because he makes ZERO DOLLARS ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, a bench warrant was issued for T.O.'s arrest after he missed a court date with one baby mama ... to whom he's trying to lower child support payments.

Turns out ... T.O. has three OTHER baby mamas and over the past few months he's filed to have his payments reduced with two of them (and, according to his rep, he plans to file for a modification of support for the third).

For those of you counting at home, here's the scorecard ...

Baby Mama #1, Monique Reynolds
T.O. and Monique have an 11-year-old son together. According to the papers, he paid $20,000/month in support until last year, when it was reduced to $11,202. He also gave her $100,000 to buy a house.

Baby Mama #2, Kimberly Floyd
They share a 7-year-old daughter, for whom TO was ordered to pay $20,000/month for back in 2005. In 2008, they agreed to drop that to $15,000.

Baby Mama #3, Samelia Miller
Miller gave birth to a son back in 2006. He was ordered to pay $13,400/month in support.

Baby Mama #4, Melanie Paige Smith
T.O. was ordered to pay $5,000/month for their daughter back in 2007. This is the only case where T.O. has not yet requested a reduction ... though his rep says he plans to ask for a modification.

In each of the cases where T.O. is requesting a reduction in child support payments, he says in his declaration, "My currently monthly income is zero ($0)."

In the papers, T.O. also claims to pay $62,366/month for various properties and says his home in Georgia is in foreclosure. He says he put all but two of his homes up for sale.

A rep for T.O. tells TMZ, "He has tried to keep paying all of these mothers what they were used to year after year, basically putting himself into a financial crisis. He has always paid his child support payments and loves his kids."

The rep says each modification case is still ongoing.

JaMarcus Russell Closes House Deal Escapes Loss to Foreclosure

Published | Updated

JaMarcus Russell has finally completed something -- the sale of his mansion ... and just in time to avoid losing it at auction! Not exactly a TD pass, but it's a start.

JaMarcus sold the Bay area home at the end of September, and the guy who bought it says he paid just over a million bucks. Back in 2007, when JaMarcus was a hot shot rookie -- with a $60 million contract -- he paid $2.4 million for the pad.

As TMZ first reported, the home was in foreclosure and JM nearly lost it at auction because he allegedly failed to pay $195,512.05 in mortgage payments.

We're told JaMarcus -- almost unquestionably the biggest NFL bust -- cleared out all his memorabilia before he moved out.

Probably high school and college stuff.

Stevie Williams -- who was Tiger Woods' caddie for 12 years -- accepted an award in Shanghai last night ... where he described the feeling of beating Woods during an event in August by saying, "It was my aim to shove it right up that black a------."

Williams quickly apologized for the remarks on his web site, saying, "I now realize how my comments could be construed as racist. However I assure you that was not my intent. I sincerely apologize to Tiger and anyone else I have offended."

Woods' agent reacted to the comments, saying, "It's sad it's come down to this."

The back story ... Williams was unceremoniously dumped by Woods in July and then worked the bag for Adam Scott at an event in August. Scott won the event and Williams stuck it to Woods after, calling it "the best win of his life."

NFL Star Chris Johnson Threatens Lawsuit Over 'Dreads on a Stick'

Published | Updated

Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson ain't just takin' on the Bengals this weekend -- he's also going after two guys allegedly trying to profit off the NFL star's dreadlocks without his permission.

Johnson is furious ... after learning about a product called, "Dreads on a Stick" -- which were being marketed as fun wig-type thing fans can wear to support CJ.

The guys behind the product launched a website to sell the "Dreads"-- which featured Chris' name and image.

But CJ tells TMZ ... he NEVER approved the product and doesn't want his fans to be duped into thinking he had anything to do with it ... so he's unleashed his lawyers to make things right.

Johnson tells us, "My lawyers on are on it ... the site has already been shut down ... and I'm investigating to see if these guys made any money off of this deceptive scheme."

TMZ spoke to one of the guys behind "Dreads," who tell us, "This is bulls**t ... we're going to put this site back up and still promote dreads on a stick."

He adds, "We've been involved with Chris Johnson and his business team for the last 6 months."

Terrell Owens I Missed Court to Audition for the NFL

Published | Updated

Terrell Owens claims he wasn't trying to duck his baby's mother by not appearing at a child support hearing last month ... instead, he claims he had an obligation to attend a public workout session in the hopes of securing an NFL contract.

TMZ broke the story ... a California judge issued a bench warrant for the football player's arrest for not appearing at a scheduled hearing on October 24.

But T.O.'s rep tells us he tried like hell to reschedule because he had a massively publicized workout at Calabasas High School that day (below) ... but his baby's mother wouldn't cut him a break.

As far as the child support payments are concerned, T.O's rep says ... "Mr. Owens pays child support payments for his 4 children. The amounts are based on his 2007 Cowboys income of $11-$12 million a year."

T.O. claims the payments are unfair because he was making 1/5 of the money when he was playing for the Bengals after he left Dallas ... and currently has "no income."

The rep concludes, "Mr. Owens is working to resolve all of these matters and appreciates his fans' support. We are confident that Mr. Owens will be signed this season to the NFL and all of his child support payments will be modified fairly according to his true income."

Terrell Owens BENCH WARRANT ISSUED

Published | Updated

Terrell Owens is a wanted man -- TMZ has learned a California judge has issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear at a hearing regarding past-due child support.

Court sources confirm ... the warrant was issued on Nov. 1 after T.O. was a no-show in family court ... where Monique Reynolds was trying to force the football star to finally cough up thousands of dollars in unpaid child support.

Owens -- who's gone public about his dire financial situation -- had previously petitioned the court to lower his payments to Monique ... but the judge denied his request because he was M.I.A. during the court hearing.

T.O.'s rep tells us ... the football star tried to reschedule the court date when he knew he wouldn't be able to make it ... but Monique refused to budge.

The rep also insists, "The warrant is currently being taken care of."
