Baseball won't have him back ... and now, Pete Rose's dentist is pissed at him too ... claiming the MLB legend has refused to pay for almost $3k in dental services.

Dr. Armen Terteryan is drillin' Rose for $2,915.00 for "dental services rendered and not paid for" back in 2010.

According to the lawsuit, filed in small claims court in L.A., the doc claims Rose agreed to the fees before "starting treatment" ... though it's unclear which procedures were performed on the baseball star.

A small claims showdown has been scheduled for December 14th. Calls to Rose have not been returned.

Ex-NASCAR Driver Cops Seize Roughly 40 Firearms

Former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield had enough firepower inside of his home to equip a small army ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

We spoke with Captain Joel Fish of the Catawba County Sheriff's Dept. who tells us cops seized approximately 40 firearms during a search of Mayfield's North Carolina home last night.

Captain Fish says most of the guns were rifles and shotguns ... with a few handguns.

We're told the guns were seized so officials could determine if the weapons belong to Mayfield .... and if so, if they are properly registered.

As we previously reported, cops had searched the home on a warrant after receiving a tip about stolen property inside Mayfield's pad.

Captain Fish says cops seized all sorts of items they believe to have been stolen -- including Red Bull Racing gear, commercial sound equipment and industrial machinery. Cops also claim they found 1.5 grams of methamphetamine inside the house.

Mayfield was arrested for felony possession of meth. He was released after posting $3,000 bond.

Captain Fish tells us cops are still investigating the matter.

Serena Williams Locked in Panic Room Over Drug Test Mix-Up

Published | Updated

Serena Williams went into total lockdown last week -- fleeing to a panic room inside her L.A. mansion after security cameras picked up a suspected intruder ... but it was all a case of mistaken identity.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Serena's assistant called 911 around 6AM last Wednesday, reporting a possible burglar or prowler. It was so serious, we're told Serena retreated to her panic room for safe keeping in case things got dangerous.

But we're told, it was a false alarm -- the person on Serena's security camera was a random drug tester for an unspecified tennis association, stopping by Serena's pad unannounced for some pee.

Police rushed to the scene after the 911 call, but quickly figured out the mistake. It's unclear if Serena eventually submitted to a pee test. Attempts to reach her reps were unsuccessful.

Kris Humphries' divorce could be the best thing to ever happen to his career ... cause the out-of-work NBA star's been flooded with job offers ever since Kim K. dropped the hammer.

TMZ has learned ... Chippendales in Vegas has already reached out to Humphries, hoping to fill their empty celebrity MC spot at the Rio -- previously occupied by ex-98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons.

A rep for the show tells us, " We figured since he was unemployed and, the soon-to-be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian, a gig at Chippendales might be the perfect job to help restore his faith in women."

And that's not all ... a dating website called LocalHotClassifieds.com claims it's willing to match Kris' salary on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" if he'll agree to become their new spokesman.

No word if he'll take either of the gigs, but with hope for a 2011-12 NBA season fading away, it doesn't hurt to have options.

Kim Kardashian Divorce Kris Humphries Comes Up Goose Eggs

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian will not pay Kris Humphries a red cent in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported, Kim and Kris have a prenup -- which Kim felt was "the smart thing to do."

Sources familiar with the prenup tell TMZ ... the document keeps ALL assets separate, and with such a short marriage neither walks away with money from the other -- not a single penny.

Now that leaves just one piece of business on the table -- Kim's $2 million engagement ring. Sorry Kris, but you lose on 2 counts:

1. Under California law, once you said "I do," you lost any rights to the ring
2. You didn't pay for the ring, stupid

But it's not horrible news for Kris, because he made $3.2 million from the Nets last season. Oh right, there's a lockout. Well maybe he saved ...

As for Kim, last year the family empire raked in $65 million.

Ultimate Warrior Wall Street Occupiers Are iPad-Toting Hypocrites!

Wrestling legend Ultimate Warrior just called BS on the hordes of hipsters behind Occupy Wall Street -- telling TMZ, they're a bunch of poseurs, fueling the same corporate giant they're trying to take down.

In an ultra-rare appearance in full make-up, Warrior -- real name Brian Hellwig -- tells us, "I find it a little ironic that most of these kids own iPads and iPhones and all these material things. They're a big part of the consumerism that goes on in this country."

Warrior adds, "The biggest statement you can make is not to participate in the consumerism of it all. Don't buy the stuff. Start living your own life. Practice what you preach."

We never thought we'd say this, but the man's got a point.

Kim Kardashian Divorce Kris Was 'Chasing Fame'

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian's friends are scoffing at Kris Humphries, claiming he's full of BS when he says he wanted to have a simple life with her in Minnesota, because once the marriage fell apart, he immediately began "chasing fame."

They're saying in the last week or so, when they started talking about the possibility of divorce, Kris went into full Hollywood gear, talking about "branding" the Kris Humphries name with cologne, nightclub appearances and what not.

And we're told Kris was pushing to keep their connection going, even if they ended their marriage ... and that threw up red flags.

We're told Kim was especially put off that Kris hired a Hollywood publicist over the weekend to work on his image.

As we previously reported, one of the main reasons for the divorce was that Kris wanted Kim to move to Minnesota, but once it became clear she wasn't leaving Hollywood and the marriage was over, Kris was all about the very things he despised.

Funny, they have more in common than we thought.
