Rachel Uchitel is making up some MAJOR ground on the millions she gave back to Tiger Woods -- TMZ has learned she just raked in a $330,000 profit after flipping her NYC apartment.

Uchitel bought the swanky 3-bedroom Park Avenue pad last year for $1.62 mil -- renovated the place -- and put it up for sale because she had a gut feeling the time was right.

Turns out Rachel has one helluva gut -- because she just closed a deal to sell the place for $1.95 mil ... not bad considering the real estate market isn't exactly booming at the moment.

We're told Rachel is pretty fired up about the deal -- and plans to reinvest in more real estate in the hopes of hitting the jackpot all over again.

Shaquille O'Neal indirectly won an enormous victory today ... after a judge threw out a case against 7 gang members who were accused of kidnapping a man in order to retrieve a sex tape of Shaq.

Robert Ross -- the alleged victim -- claimed he had a sex tape showing Shaq with multiple women at different times while he was still married to Shaunie O'Neal.

Ross claimed 7 gang members kidnapped him at the direction of Shaq and tried to beat him into submission so he would cough up the video.

Today in court -- in the middle of the preliminary hearing -- the D.A. shocked the courtroom, stating they no longer had confidence in Ross based on his testimony and his actions outside of court.

Lawyers for the 7 defendants asked the judge to immediately dismiss the case -- which is exactly what the judge did.

With the NFL season right around the corner, Dallas Cowboys stars Tony Romo and Miles Austin snuck in a little bonding time during a bromantic movie date in Texas ... and TMZ has the pics.

Miami Heat star Chris Bosh adamantly denies sabotaging his baby mama's career on "Basketball Wives," TMZ has learned -- months after she accused him of turning the show's producers against her.

As we previously reported, Bosh's ex Allison Mathis claims she had brokered a $250,000 deal with "BW" producers to appear on the show -- but Bosh threatened to sue if that happened, so the producers caved ... and axed Allison after she had already taped two episodes.

But Bosh claims it's all BS -- firing back with his own legal docs in Orange County, Florida ... insisting it's not his fault producers decided to cut Allison from the show.

According to Bosh, whatever he may or may not have said to producers ... his intention was never to ruin Allison's career -- he was merely "acting to protect his own economic or financial interests."

As a result, Bosh insists he shouldn't have to pay Allison squat for the entire ordeal -- and wants a judge to trash her lawsuit.

Shaquille O'Neal couldn't keep his hands and mouth off his "Flavor of Love" girlfriend Hoopz while shopping in Calabasas this weekend.

Adam Scott won the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational this afternoon with former Tiger Woods caddie Steve Williams on his bag ... while Tiger finished tied for 37th.

Afterward, Williams called it "the best win of my life."

Sean Avery has a brass set -- how else do you explain the fact he asked the police that arrested him for a favor ... right after he called them "fat little pigs"?

As TMZ first reported, the NHL star was arrested after he shoved a police officer who came to his house Thursday night after complaints of loud noise from his neighbor. During the arrest, Sean called the cops the aforementioned name ... and challenged them to a fight.

But get this ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ that when Avery was being released, he had a friend ask the officers if they would let Avery go out the back door ... so as to avoid

Law enforcement denied his request and treated him just like everyone else.

Jay Cutler has cut even more ties in Colorado -- the former Denver Broncos quarterback finally sold off the mansion he lived before he was traded to Chicago ... TMZ has learned.

According to official documents, Cutler purchased the home in Parker, CO in 2005 for $1.34 million. Cutler put his home up for sale in 2010 for $1.625 ... but nobody took the bait.

Cutler eventually lowered his asking price ... and the 5,344 square foot estate finally sold on July 19 for a cool $1,000,000.

NHL star Sean Avery challenged cops to a FIGHT when they responded to his Hollywood Hills home this morning ... calling them, "Fat little pigs" ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told cops were dispatched to the home over a complaint about loud music -- and when they arrived to Avery's pad, the hockey star was NOT happy to see them.

Sources tell us 31-year-old Avery immediately began running his mouth at the cops -- telling them he would fight all of them ... even challenging them to, "Come back without your badges."

During the incident, Avery -- who famously dated Elisha Cuthbert a while back -- allegedly shoved an officer and slammed the front door on the cops.

We're told cops began speaking with Avery through the door -- and warned him that if he didn't open the door, they would break it down. That's when Avery decided to open up and cooperate.

As TMZ first reported, Avery was hauled to a nearby station and booked for battering a peace officer. He has since been released after posting bail.

TMZ has obtained VIDEO showing NBA star Michael Beasley shoving a fan in the face during a heated altercation at a playground game in New York last night.

The footage shows the Minnesota Timberwolves star jawing back and forth with a fan at Dyckman Park in New York City ... before finally losing his cool, shoving the fan in the face, and walking back towards the court.

Beasley went on to lead his team to victory over another park team led by NBA superstar Kevin Durant.

We're told the fan had been heckling Beasley throughout the game -- screaming taunts like, "You're a f**king bum ... you ain't sh*t Beasley."

Beasley approached the fan and said, "I've never been a bitch ... I'll show you that right now."

NHL star Sean Avery was arrested early this morning after he shoved a police officer who was trying to break up a loud party at his home in the Hollywood Hills ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, a neighbor called police to complain about the noise coming from Avery's home. When police arrived at about 1:00 AM, we're told Avery answered the door ... then shoved a cop and slammed the door behind him.

Police then knocked again, and we're told the New York Rangers star came to his senses and opened up. According to law enforcement ... Avery was extremely cooperative after that, but was still booked for battery on a peace officer.

He was taken to the Hollywood police station and is being held on $20,000 bail.

UPDATE: Avery was released at 8:10 AM and is scheduled to appear in court on September 2.

Tennis great John McEnroe proved he's still a stud off the court -- belting out a SWEET, harmonized karaoke chorus of Neil Young's "Rockin' in the Free World" at Cafe Habana in Malibu Wednesday night.

Moments after Plaxico Burress signed a contract with the New York Jets this week ... the recently released prisoner signed a request to transfer his probation to New Jersey ... where he plans to move ASAP.

After the NFL star was released from prison, Burress was ordered to do his probation in Florida ... where he's been living.

But now that he's a member of Gang Green -- he wants to settle in near the New Meadowlands Stadium ... and the next step is transferring his probation to the NJ State Parole Board.

Law enforcement sources tell us the NJ Board is allowing Plax to temporarily report to them -- while his paperwork is processed and an investigation is conducted.

Manny Pacquiao wants a judge to declare him the winner in his ongoing legal war with Floyd Mayweather -- claiming the Pretty Boy has been LYING HIS FACE OFF to get out of being deposed by Manny's lawyers.

Manny filed the papers yesterday in Nevada as part of his defamation suit against Mayweather -- in which he claimed Floyd falsely accused Manny of using steroids.

According to the documents, Manny's camp offered up 24 dates for Floyd to be deposed -- but Mayweather kept coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't show up for any of them.

Manny claims Floyd often blamed his intense boxing training for the scheduling issues -- but says it's all BS ... because on many of the days Floyd said he was training, he was seen partying at various nightclubs in Vegas and Atlanta.

Point is -- Manny says he's SICK AND TIRED of waiting around for Floyd and wants the judge to issue a default judgment in his favor, making Manny the winner ... and entitling him to damages.
