Marvin's mom Diana Page tells us, "He’s a good son and not capable of this type of behavior. He was a good worker. He takes care of his family."

Diana adds, "He’s a good father, he’s compassionate, and he has a healthy relationship with Dorene" -- Marvin's girlfriend -- who was also arrested in connection with the brutal attack of Stow.

According to Diana, "[Marvin] and his father used to have opposing views regarding sports teams, and they used to tease each other, but it never, ever got heated."

McKinnie -- who's listed at 6'8" and 335 lbs -- tells us his friends Venus and Serena have been putting him through some high-intensity tennis drills at a private facility in Florida to help his balance and footwork.

Bryant -- a Pro Bowl offensive lineman -- says the sisters focused on quick lateral movement ... as well as improving acceleration backwards and forwards from a dead stop.

McKinnie says the workouts were difficult ... but the Williams' were very patient with him and he feels it'll all pay off on the field.

The firestorm unfolded on Twitter this weekend -- where, Francis unloaded on the woman behind the groping allegations ... a singer named Shauna Simien who was signed to Francis' record label at the time of the alleged assault.

Francis wrote, "Well since it's a lockout. I got a new job responding to people askin me about grouping [sic]a broke ass dwarf. Who can't sing. What can a G do??"

Steve's rep tells TMZ .. Francis adamantly denies the allegations.

It's unclear if Francis dropped her from the label, but the former Knicks star insinuates Shauna's accusations are sour grapes -- writing, "If you can't sing, you can't sing. Keep it moving."

TMZ broke the story ... Simien filed a police report over a year ago -- claiming Francis assaulted her outside his office, grabbing her between the legs.

It all went down near a Denny's restaurant Sunday afternoon. It's unclear who was at fault, but Tito was seen shaking hands with one of the people involved in the wreck moments after the collision.

A short time later, Tito tweeted about the crash -- and when asked if insurance would cover the damages, he replied, "Nope, it will come out of my pocket. Sucks."

He added, "I cried a little because it's my favorite car but it will be new in no time."

We found out Ron quietly got divorced from Kimsha on June 30, 2009. The couple shares joint custody of their 3 kids and their relationship is extremely amicable -- we're told they get along better than when they were married.

The couple married in 2003.

Marvin Norwood and Louie Sanchez were charged in connection with the attack on Friday ... and in the charging documents, officials claim the men "did cut and disable the tongue, and put out an eye and slit the nose, ear and lip."

In the docs, Prosecutors also claim the men "caused Bryan Stow to become comatose due to brain injury and to suffer paralysis."

And that's not it -- according to the docs, Sanchez also attacked two other people in addition to Stow the day of the infamous beating ... but the extent of their injuries, if any, aren't known. He faces two additional charges for the other alleged attacks.

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler will be about 110 pounds lighter when he enters training camp this year ... because he just dropped his fiancee, ex-MTV star Kristin Cavallari.

10 months after they began dating ... and just 3 months after they got engaged ... People.com is reporting the couple has split ... and suggest it was Jay who did the dumping.

Pretty shocking news considering they just hit Miami together earlier this month.

Don't be shocked if Kristin begins rooting for the Packers.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Francis allegedly "groped" a 20-year-old woman through her clothing in May 2010 ... and the woman immediately went to the cops to file a complaint.

The alleged victim tells TMZ ... she is a singer who was signed to Steve's record label and on the day of the alleged incident, she had met Steve at an office to discuss her contract.

The woman, Shauna Simien, tells us the "groping" while the two were talking outside, when Francis reached down and grabbed her between the legs.

Simien claims she screamed for him to stop -- and that's when a few of her friends, whom she brought along for protection, rushed over to break things up.

Despite the fact Simien filed her police report more than a YEAR ago, law enforcement sources tell TMZ the case is still open and no charges have been filed. Simien says she is frustrated the case has not progressed and is considering a lawsuit against the District Attorney's office.

Khloe Kardashian originally debuted a picture of her hubby's new do on her Twitter last week -- showing stars shaved into his typically smooth head.

We're told Lamar had his barber, "G", give him the stars in honor of his cousin -- who used to call him "LaStar" while he played for the Clippers.

The L.A. County D.A. filed the charges against the suspects moments ago.

As we previously reported, the two suspects were arrested yesterday. They are both still in custody on $500,000 bail.

UPDATE: Both men were each charged with 3 felonies -- one count of mayhem, one count of assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury, AND one count of battery with serious bodily injury.

The complaint alleges both men "personally inflicted great bodily injury on Stow." The men are set to be arraigned first thing Monday morning.

If convicted, Sanchez faces up to 9 years in prison and Norwood faces up to 8 years in prison.

As for the woman who was also arrested in connection with the case -- 31-year-old Doreen Sanchez -- charges are still pending.

Our sources say Louie Sanchez and Marvin Norwood were not sitting near Bryan Stow during the game. We're told the men had been "drinking heavily" during the game, and once it was over they -- along with their group -- were harassing everyone they saw wearing San Francisco Giants clothing and gear.

Our law enforcement sources say Stow and his group were mouthing off before the attack, but Sanchez and Norwood were "the primary aggressors."

There was not one particular comment that triggered the fight. We're told both sides were "talking s**t"" on the opposing teams.

The two men, we're told have both made "some incriminating statements" while in custody, although they have not confessed.

We're told there are no other suspects and the LAPD believes they now truly have the right guys.

As for how cops caught the suspects, we're told there were over 800 CLUES the LAPD sifted through, and they led to their capture.

And one final thing ... We're told some of Stow's injuries may not have been caused by fists, but rather by hitting the hard surface on the ground.

The men currently in custody -- 29-year-old Louie Sanchez and 30-year-old Marvin Norwood.

Both men are being held on $500,000 bail for the beating of Bryan Stow (above) on opening day.

TMZ has learned ... Norwood has been arrested in San Bernardino County 5 times, including one for spousal abuse. He was convicted for spousal abuse and various DUI and drug charges.

Sanchez has been arrested 9 times in San Bernardino County, and he has an arrest for spousal abuse. Sanchez was convicted on spousal abuse and firearms violations, including carrying a LOADED gun in a public place.

All told, Sanchez has been arrested by THREE different police departments in THREE different cities.

McCourt was trying to strike a deal with Highbridge Capital to keep the team afloat, but today a judge in Delaware rejected that bid.

MLB has offered the Dodgers a lower interest loan with no liens attached -- an alternative the team seemed more open to after today's ruling.

An attorney for the Dodgers released a statement today saying, "A short form unsecured credit agreement with MLB, when combined with other sources of revenues, should provide the Dodgers with ample liquidity to meet team payroll and other expenses."

As TMZ first reported ... the two suspects who are currently in custody are male Hispanics ... one is in his mid-20's ... we don't know the age of the other.

We're told the police sketches do not match the suspect in his mid-20's and one law enforcement source tells us both sketches are off. The sketch on the left has a striking similarity to Giovanni Ramirez, the man who was named the "prime suspect" until yesterday.

As we reported ... cops have exonerated Ramirez, the prime suspect for weeks. Our sources say the detectives who initially handled the case went down the wrong path, and the whole case unraveled when the Robbery Homicide unit took a fresh look at the case.

As we previously reported, Cedric and his now ex-roommate -- a guy named Clavens Charles -- got into an argument last weekend in Texas over their living arrangements, when all of the sudden Benson allegedly rocked Charles in the face.

According to the police report, Benson allegedly continued to strike Charles "with several more closed fists all over Clavens face resulting in severe injury to his face."

Cedric's attorney released a statement, claiming the NFL star was provoked in the attack -- and Charles was exploiting the incident as an opportunity to extort the running back.

Charles' attorney shot back with his own statement, calling the alleged attack "an unprovoked, violent assault" ... DENYING the extortion claims -- insisting Charles hasn't made a single request for money since the incident.
