A rep for Etnies tells us that owner Pierre-André Senizergues is really into the environment -- so much so his goal is to "take the house completely off the grid" and give it self-sustaining energy.

Not only that, but we're told the entire house will be built to slope down a little bit ... in an effort to help guests gain more speed while skating into and around the house.

And get this, all the furniture is completely skateable as well -- including the bed in the master bedroom.

We're guessing the groom rounded first that night, no problem.

Odom was in NY on Thursday to attend a funeral for his cousin -- and had hired a car service to drive him around town during his visit. But while Odom was in the car, the vehicle was involved in an accident with a motorcycle ... which was propelled into a 15-year-old pedestrian.

The boy's family tells us ... the boy sustained major head injuries in the collision.

The boy was rushed to a nearby hospital ... and emergency surgery was performed in an effort to save his life ... but the injuries proved to be too severe ... and the boy died the following day.

A funeral for the boy took place earlier today.

TMZ spoke with Wendell "The Truth" Tyler (pictured left) -- a former NFL running back who played college ball at UCLA.

Wendell tells us, "Marc is accepting the punishment because he knows as a Christian he shouldn't have allowed himself to get in that position ... saying what he said."

Wendell insists that "Marc was clearly joking" ... telling us the USC player still relies on his parents to cover his expenses outside of his scholarship.

"Marc is DEFINITELY not getting paid ... so I don't know what he was thinking when he said it."

Tyler insists he was "joking" outside of Voyeur nightclub in Hollywood Thursday night when he told our cameras, "USC ... they breakin' bread!"

Kiffin just released a statement saying, "I was very disappointed when I learned of Marc Tyler's inappropriate comments that were captured by the media last week. That is not the way that we expect our players to represent USC and our team."

He added, "I have consulted with athletic director Pat Haden and I am suspending Marc for our upcoming season opener and potentially further, and in the meantime I am also suspending him from all team activities.

"

"Although Marc may find this punishment severe, it is imperative we continue to have a high standard for player behavior. Marc needs to work hard to show us that he can meet the standards of being a USC football player."

We spoke to Lane Kiffin last night in L.A. -- but he had no comment.

Tyler has also issued an apology ... saying, "I am disappointed that I let down all the people who have supported me as I have been working through some personal issues."

He continued, "I realize how my behavior and my statements, even though I was joking, can reflect poorly on so many people ... I accept my punishment and I regret that I will miss the opening game of my senior year. "

As TMZ first reported, Bosh dropped a TON of cash for a VERY lavish and VERY expensive wedding ceremony at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach this weekend.

Bosh said "I do" to his bride Adrienne Williams ... even though he was already officially married to her a few weeks ago.

64-year-old Ryan -- who currently serves as President of the Texas Rangers -- was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning, after experiencing discomfort in his chest.

The roommate, Clavens Charles, told police he was standing on a street corner in Austin, Texas yesterday ... when "he was approached by a hostile and aggressive Benson who told Clavens they needed to talk about their problems."

According to the docs, Clavens claimed he and Benson "began to talk and argue about their living arrangements when all of the sudden Clavens was struck on the left side of his face with a closed fist thrown by Benson."

"Clavens went on to say that Benson continued to strike him with several more closed fists all over Clavens face resulting in severe injury to his face."

According to our sources, Lamar was being driven by a car service yesterday in Queens when the car struck a motorcyclist and a 15-year-old boy. Lamar was not injured -- but we're told he was particularly upset by the accident (and even crying afterward) since he was already in town for his cousin's funeral.

We were originally told Khloe was in the car with Lamar, but that was not the case. According to our sources, Khloe is in NYC with Lamar but was not with him at the time.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, which first reported the story, the motorcyclist and the 15-year-old boy were both seriously injured.

Benson was booked by Austin PD at 6:42 AM. The charge is a Class A misdemeanor.

We told you yesterday ... Tiger Woods ex-wife is dating marketing exec Jamie Dingman, whose dad is a billionaire tycoon. But before Elin, sources tell TMZ Jamie and Rachel were an item -- and there was a little bit of an overlap with Jamie and Tiger, but Jamie bowed out to the golfer.

In fact, when Rachael got serious with Tiger, Jamie joked with her, "That ok. I'll date his wife, Elin."

And get this ... at the time the Tiger Woods scandal broke, Jamie was living with Rachel in a MIami home.

And there's more. Remember the name, Jen Madden? She's the one who sold the Tiger Woods story in the first place, and she got the info because she stayed at the Miami home and overheard Rachel tell Jamie about her affair with Tiger.
