We're told after TMZ posted the video Monday morning -- showing Banda taunting beating victim Bryan Stow -- people from Banda's office told him to call the LAPD.

Liddell has been going toe-to-toe with his ex Lori Geyer for months -- in an effort to gain custody of their 12-year-old son.

But today in L.A. County Superior Court, the judge came down hard on Liddell -- because in addition to the child support, Liddell was also FINED $2,500 for failing to produce financial documentation requested by the court.

TMZ contacted Liddell's lawyer, who told us Chuck didn't show because "[Lori's] attorney failed to provide notice in an attempt to obtain favorable decision."

TMZ has learned ... Tyson and his wife Lakiha invited hundreds of friends to a joint birthday party they threw for each other at the M Resort ... but the b-day party was merely a cover for a secret vow renewal.

After the guests arrived to the party, the couple disappeared ... only to re-emerge behind a massive curtain ... which dropped to reveal both Mike and Lahika dressed in wedding outfits.

With the crowd completely surprised, the couple proceeded to renew their vows in a traditional Muslim ceremony.

We're told the two decided to do the big "wedding" party this time around because they skipped out on a celebration when they were secretly married at a small Vegas chapel back in 2009 ... two weeks after Mike's 4-year-old daughter passed away.

Sources tell us the party was AWESOME -- guests had their choice of a steak or chicken entree ... and then they partied it up in the hotel's ballroom with a live band.

It's a huge development in the saga of the troubled team. Frank McCourt has been struggling to make the payroll. Interestingly, the creditors include 23 current team members and former Dodger Manny Ramirez, who is owed $20,992,086. Andrew Jones, also a former member, is owed $11,075,000 and current slugger Matt Kemp is owed $216,944.

And legendary announcer Vince Scully is a creditor who is owed $152,778.

The top 40 creditors are owed a total of $74,121,433.

Sources tell TMZ ... the decision to file was made by Frank McCourt ... NOT MLB Commissioner Bud Selig or trustee Tom Schieffer.

The trigger for the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing was Selig's decision to kill the $3 billion Fox deal to broadcast Dodger games.

McCourt was bitter, saying Selig has "turned his back on the Dodgers, treated us differently, and forced us to the point we find ourselves in today."

The documents list Dodger assets between $500 million and 1 billion dollars.

The team will continue playing and all salaries will be paid, according to McCourt.

The short clip shows Bryan Stow in the bleachers at the Dodgers/Giants game on opening day, waving his arms in what appears to be the tail end of a verbal confrontation with a man wearing a Dodgers jersey. The Dodger fan has his finger right up in Stow's face.

The man in the Jersey is not Giovanni Ramirez -- the suspect in the beating who is currently being held on a probation violation. Ramirez insists he wasn't even at Dodger Stadium at the time of the attack.

Williams finally pulled the trigger Friday, filing papers in Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey. Williams, who tied the knot with Eric in the Bahamas back in 2007, cites irreconcilable differences.

Williams wants alimony, plus an "equitable" distribution of the couple's assets.

Shaq butchered such classic songs as "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough," "Off the Wall," "Thriller," and the classic Jackson 5 song, "I Want You Back."

According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, the owners of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ won a default judgment against Gold for $52,279.47 back in 2010 -- after the casino claimed Gold bounced a check there.

The casino won the judgment against Gold in New Jersey, but he lives in California -- so the casino has now filed papers in California to get the judgment enforced there. A judge has yet to rule.

A rep for the team tell us changing Ron's jersey from "Artest" to "World Peace" by next season shouldn't be a problem ... because there is still plenty of time to get that done.

Of course, the team also claims they had no idea about Ron's plan -- which comes as no shock since Ron himself went on TMZ Live and admitted he didn't even tell his wife about the name change ... until TMZ broke the story.

Kemba -- along with fellow draftees Marcus and Markieff Morris, and Milwaukee Bucks star Brandon Jennings -- hit up Greenhouse in New York City on Thursday night, where Cardiac Kemba enjoyed the affections of the lovely blonde while drinking massive bottles of champagne, and someone -- didn't appear to be Kemba -- made it rain.

Metta claims he's been toying with the idea of changing his name for a while ... and was thiiiiiiiis close to settling on Mr. One Love ... but ultimately went with Metta World Peace because it would have a bigger global impact.

Of course, with the NBA lockout looming ... that might be a while.

Artest filed the official change of name documents with L.A. County Superior Court yesterday -- in which the NBA star chalks up the name swap to "personal reasons."

Artest has a hearing scheduled for August 26 to make it legal ... but there's a catch. According to the docs, anyone who wishes to challenge Artest's name selection can object in writing up until two days before the hearing.

But c'mon -- is anyone really gonna challenge World Peace?

Yes, Ron is going the way of Cassius Clay, Lew Alcindor and Chad Johnson. Ron's filed a petition in L.A. County Superior Court to change his name to -- World Peace.

FYI, metta means loving, kindness, happiness and all that jazz.

We're told Ron wants to put the new last name -- Peace -- on the back of his L.A. Lakers' jersey.

These name changes are typically granted by a judge unless it would result in confusion or fraud.

Hey, give Peace a chance.

TMZ has learned ... the guy who made the winning bid is actor/model Adam Sabbagh ... a former "Mr. Arab 2008" who just finished shooting the horror flick "Mansion of Blood" with Gary Busey.

Sabbagh's rep tells TMZ the actor "found love" when he first laid eyes on the car and is "loving the smooth ride around his new home in Beverly Hills."

Beckham famously put the car up for sale earlier this year ... after reportedly spending $100k to personalize it with cool things like his #23 emblazoned on the hood and on the seats ... as well as custom deck lid, rims and steering wheel.

It's unclear if Sabbagh bought the car directly from Beckham ... or if it changed hands before the actor snatched it off the market.
