Reggie Bush's New GF -- The Intercontinental Hook-Up

Published | Updated

Reggie Bush has only been dating his new Kim Kardashian-alike girlfriend for a few months ... but TMZ has learned he's already traveled half-way around the world to prove his commitment.

Bush's new chick is actress and singer Melissa Molinaro -- who was famously compared to Kim K for the way she looked in an Old Navy commercial earlier this year.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the two met roughly two years ago through mutual friends ... but stayed platonic because they were both seeing other people at the time.

We're told the pair reconnected last summer -- after Reggie and the "real" Kim parted ways -- and became "official" by Christmas.

Things have been heating up fast -- the two have been spotted at the movies, at church ... and Reggie even hopped a flight to London earlier this month to watch Melissa perform at a London nightclub.

Dedication.

Mark Cuban Files MOST BADASS Legal Doc EVER

Published | Updated

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban just dropped the ultimate "IN YOUR FACE" statement to a minority owner of the team ... who tried to take control away from Mark last year.

Long story short -- the minority owner, a company owned by Ross Perot Jr. -- filed legal papers in May 2010 calling Cuban a "careless and reckless" owner who was running the team into the ground.

Perot begged a judge to remove Cuban from operational control of the squad before it was too late.

Now, Cuban has responded in legal docs with the greatest statement ever ... a photo of the Mavs hoisting the NBA championship trophy.

In the docs, Cuban adds, "Under Cuban's stewardship, the Mavericks have become one of the league's most successful teams and are now NBA champions."

He adds, "Accordingly, there can be no genuine question that [Perot's] claims of mismanagement lack merit and .... should be disposed of."

Hail to the champ.

McCourts Screwed After MLB Nixes $3 Billion Deal

Published | Updated

MLB commish Bud Selig just rejected a proposed $3 billion dollar TV deal between the Los Angeles Dodgers and FOX Sports ... a deal that was the basis for the divorce settlement between Frank and Jamie McCourt.

As TMZ previously reported, the McCourts reached a settlement to their divorce on Friday that was predicated on MLB signing off on the FOX deal.

Now, with the demise of the deal, the McCourts are back to square one -- PLUS it now seems unlikely the Dodgers will be able to pay its players and employees this month.

If the team misses payroll, Selig could seize operational control of the team and eventually force a sale of the team.

UPDATE: A rep for the Dodgers, on behalf of Frank McCourt, released a statement saying, in part, “Commissioner Selig’s letter of rejection is not only a disappointment, but worse, is potentially destructive to the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Major League Baseball."

The rep continued, "Accordingly, we plan to explore vigorously our options and remedies with respect to Commissioner Selig’s rejection of the proposed FOX transaction and our commitment to protect the long-term best interests of the Los Angeles Dodgers.”

Rodman Accused in Bar Assault Over LeBron James

Published | Updated

Dennis Rodman got real physical at a bar in Akron, Ohio earlier this week, TMZ has learned -- allegedly shoving a local patron after the man uttered two unforgivable words ... "LeBron James."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the man in question -- named Michael Douglas (NOT the actor) -- stopped by a local bar after he heard Rodman was drinking there.

According to the report, Douglas walked up to Rodman and joked with him -- asking if he was in town to check up on LeBron ... and for some reason, Rodman flipped and shoved him back.

Douglas wasn't injured -- and as of now, police aren't pursuing an investigation due to lack of evidence.

But it all must be news to the Worm -- because Rodman's rep tells us, "Dennis has no clue what this is about."

Shaunie O'Neal: I Was Offered a 'Shaq Sex Tape'

Published | Updated

Shaquille O'Neal's ex-wife says a former friend of the NBA star tried selling her a copy of what he claims is a sex tape featuring Shaq with various other women.

A rep for Shaunie O'Neal tells TMZ ... the man making the sex tape claims, Robert Ross, set up a meeting with Shaunie back when she had split from Shaq ... and offered to sell her the tape. Ross claims the tape shows Shaq with other women while he was still with Shaunie.

Ross claims Shaq would bring women to Ross' home and a security camera captured the action.

Shaunie says she never saw any footage -- and can't confirm if it actually exists -- but says she turned Ross down flat because she "wanted nothing to do with it."

TMZ broke the story ... Ross claims he was later kidnapped and attacked by 7 gang members -- including the leader who was friends with Shaq -- who were after the tape. The 7 men are currently on trial for kidnapping and various other charges. Ross testified in the ongoing preliminary hearing that the men threatened to kill him if he didn't fork over the tape. He claims the tape was erased.

Shaunie says she doesn't believe Ross's story ... because he's a "liar" who falsely claimed he and Shaunie had a romantic relationship after she separated from Shaq.

A rep for Shaq had no comment.

But Riley's lawyers went before a judge earlier this month and argued that police had no probable cause for a traffic stop. The judge agreed, rendering the field sobriety test and the officer's observations (detecting the odor of alcohol) inadmissible.
