According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops observed Grace in his 2009 Jaguar weaving in and out of his lane around 1 AM on May 30. Once officers pulled him over, cops say Grace -- who had a female passenger in the car -- admitted to "having a few drinks."

According to the report, Grace said he had consumed two glasses of Macallan scotch earlier that evening -- one of which he finished "5 minutes before the stop."

TMZ broke the story, Kim threatened to sue Lockett and In Touch Weekly for defamation -- over a story in which Lockett claimed Kim's been cheating on her fiance Kris Humphries ... with him.

The Warrior went crazy on a 7-minute video tirade, saying, among other things, that Hulk is a cocaine user who had an open marriage and encouraged ex-wife Linda Hogan to have sex with other wrestlers.

For starters, Hulk says the allegation of drug use is "a blatant lie."

As for claims about Linda, Hulk says, "None of that ever happened. This guy is out of his mind."

TMZ has obtained a demand letter, written by Kim's lawyer, threatening "In Touch" that if it ran the cheating story Kim would take legal action. The letter put "In Touch" on notice ... the cheating allegations "are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of her privacy."

Kim's reps tell TMZ ... Kim has never even met or spoken with Lockett.

Nevertheless, "In Touch" is publishing the story in its new issue. In the story, Lockett is quoted, saying, "I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does." Lockett adds, "She pursued me."

Warrior released the rant yesterday to tease a 55 minute anti-Hogan video he plans to release later this month ... the latest attack in a bitter personal feud that's been going on between the wrestlers for years.

Warrior offers no hard evidence to back his claims -- but gives specific details about Hulk's alleged drug use and sex life.

When Hulk was asked if he's seen the new video, Hogan posted on his Twitter page, "I have no interest to even lower myself to communicate with [Warrior]."

Bosh and his ex-girlfriend, Allison Mathis, are locked in a bitter custody war -- and while they hash out a permanent solution, they are currently abiding by a temporary court-ordered arrangement in which they share custody ... and right now, their daughter is with Mathis.

TMZ obtained an emergency motion Bosh filed with a Maryland court last week -- asking the judge to temporarily alter their agreement so "[Bosh's daughter] is able to share in what, to date, is the pinnacle of Bosh's professional career, and possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity."

In the docs, Bosh also includes an email he sent to Mathis last month in the hopes of striking a deal outside the courtroom.

Woods just tweeted, "Not playing in US Open. Very disappointed. Short-term frustration for long-term gain."

According to a statement he released on his website -- "I was hopeful that I could play, but if I did, I risk further damage to my left leg. My knee and Achilles tendon are not fully healed. I hope to be ready for AT&T National, the next two majors and the rest of the year."

X-Pac -- a.k.a. Sean Waltman -- took to his blog Monday to praise wrestling legend Mick Foley for the work he's been doing with the Rape Abuse & Incest Network ... especially because Sean himself is a "survivor of repeated sexual abuse/molestation from about age 5 to around the age of 12."

Plaxico checked in with the Florida Department of Corrections in Broward County this morning at 9 AM -- one day after he was released from prison in New York.

Among the terms -- he can't leave Florida without permission, he can't hang out with criminals, he can't break the law (duh) ... and good news for his leg, he can't possess a gun or any other deadly weapon.

According to sources, the 6'6" 290-pounder is in the process of opening an MMA training facility in Tampa called Gracie Fighter Jiu Jitsu -- and if the name Gracie sounds familiar ... it's because the Gracie family is credited with establishing modern day MMA.

Hall tells TMZ he's hoping to sell the iconic N.W.O. leather vest he wore during his epic Wrestlemania 18 battle with Stone Cold Steve Austin back in 2002.

The wrestler tells us he's not just getting rid of the item for the money -- because the vest was just "collecting dust" in his Florida home and he wants it to go to someone who will appreciate it.

Dykstra was taken into custody in L.A. County Superior Court at the end of his bail hearing. He did not enter a plea -- and is scheduled to be back in court Friday for bail review.

As we previously reported, the D.A. charged the former baseball star with 23 felony counts and 2 misdemeanors including auto theft, identity theft, and possession of coke and ecstasy.

The Bowl Championship Series just announced the organization has stripped the University of Southern California of the title after an investigation proved Reggie Bush and his family received improper benefits while he was playing for the Trojans.

The NCAA had already stripped USC of its wins in which Bush participated -- including the 2005 Orange Bowl -- but the BCS was waiting to make a decision on the national championship title because USC had appealed the NCAA ruling.

But the NCAA rejected the appeal -- and today the BCS went ahead with their plans to strip USC of the title ... which means USC's 55-19 victory over Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl was all for naught.

Bush won the Heisman Trophy for his 2005 season -- but forfeited the award last year amidst rumors that the NCAA was going to take that away from him too.

The L.A. County District Attorney is accusing Dykstra of committing 23 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. As TMZ first reported the alleged crimes include auto theft, identity theft, filing false financial statements ... and possession of controlled substances.

The D.A. says police found coke, Ecstasy, as well as Somatropin -- a synthetic human growth hormone -- in the former major leaguer's home while executing a search warrant on April 14.

Law enforcement sources tell us it was a small amount of coke and Ecstasy for "personal use" ... not distribution.

Dykstra's accountant and a friend were also charged -- and all three are scheduled to be arraigned later today. The D.A. will ask that bail be set at $500,000 for each party.

If found guilty of all charges ... Dykstra faces up to 12 years in state prison.
