During the search of his cell back in October, one of the guards described Plax's cell as a total hell hole.

"Inmate Burress's room was filthy. I found opened bags of food on the floor, under the bed and under dirty clothes, books and paperwork, mail scattered throughout the room. "

The report continues, "Burress was told to clean his room."

The NFL star left the Oneida Correctional Facility in central New York, hugging sports agent/guru Drew Rosenhaus on his way out.

Burress pled guilty in August, 2009 to attempted criminal possession of a weapon after accidentally shooting himself in an NYC nightclub.

Burress -- who played for the New York Giants --- wants to play again if an NFL team is willing to roll the dice.

Artest -- who is no stranger to getting second chances -- will mentor a group of parolees for a show called, "Last Second Shot."

Ron Ron will work with a team of mental health experts and life coaches to help the parolees take control of their lives while teaching them life lessons through basketball.

"We're gonna put them through an intensive experience," Ron says ... adding, "Give them hope and confidence to change their lives."

Sources connected with the criminal probe tell TMZ ... Dykstra got a heads up this weekend, informing him the Los Angeles County District Attorney will press multiple charges ... including auto theft, identity theft, and drug allegations. Dykstra was told he'll be arraigned later today.

Our sources also say Dykstra won't be alone -- his accountant will be a co-defendant.

Sources say the D.A. plans to recommend bail be set at $500,000 for Dykstra ... but we're told that amount could change.

The trail leading up the Koko Crater -- located on the island of Oahu -- was originally a railway used by the military, but it's long since been abandoned ... and now attracts hordes of nature-loving tourists every year.

Kim Kardashian and her fiancé Kris Humphries are hedging their bets -- they're hammering out a prenup before they tie the knot ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us … both Kim and her NBA star hubby-to-be are telling friends, “It’s the smart thing to do." And, by the way, they're right.

We’re told the move isn’t one-sided. Both Kim and Kris have tons of loot. Kim is worth a reported $35 mil.

As for Kris ... he's not only making $3.2 mil a year with the Nets, his family also owns a couple of burger joints in Minnesota. Kris' net worth is estimated at $8 million.

And that's not it ... we're told Plaxico will also chow down on toast, milk, coffee, and apple juice the morning of June 6 -- when he's scheduled to be released from state prison in New York.

As we previously reported, Plaxico was sentenced to two years in prison back in 2009 for criminal possession of a weapon -- after the ex-NFL star shot himself in the leg at a nightclub.

Ramirez was thrown back in the pokey on May 22 for allegedly violating his parole by being a felon in possession of a firearm or ammo.

Today Ramirez had a hearing before the parole commissioner, who ruled there was not only ample evidence to keep him behind bars, but that he should accept an 11-month sentence for having a gun. Ramirez rejected the offer, so now he'll stay in prison until he gets a full hearing.

Interestingly, the commissioner had information about the Dodger Stadium attack but dismissed that part of the case. At first blush, it looks like the commissioner may have felt there wasn't enough evidence to pin the beating on Ramirez. But we're told authorities presented virtually no evidence about the beating of Giants' fan Bryan Stow because the firearms violation was clear.

Ramirez claims he wasn't at Dodger Stadium on the day of the attack.

Warrior just uploaded a couple of new bizarre, ranting videos to YouTube ... trashing Hogan -- aka Terry Bollea -- for allegedly being rude to Warrior fans on various social networking sites recently ... we think.

One of the videos features Warrior in his gym -- all fired up -- telling Hogan he was hoping Hulk would welcome Warrior back into his life with a hug or "one of those womanly handshakes" ... but he seems upset that Hulk continues to ignore him.

For the record, Hulk and Warrior haven't faced off in the ring since 1998 ... and Hogan won. Bitter?

But Warrior still has heart -- in fact, last we heard from him, he was all choked up over Macho Man's death.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 21-year-old Nathaniel was arrested shortly before 4 AM -- and released soon after on $685 bond.

We're told Nathaniel was originally stopped for speeding -- with several other people in the vehicle -- and after cops pulled him over, he flunked a field sobriety test.

Nathaniel -- who transferred from Notre Dame in February to vie for the starting QB position at U. Montana -- is due back in court this afternoon.

Rice -- who's the nicest guy ever BTW -- was on his way into a charity event in NYC yesterday ... when he described the feeling of being crushed by a 300 pound lineman.

Not only did Sanchez assure us he and Hayden were just friends, he also said he had head coach Rex Ryan's full support for hitting up the fast food chain In-N-Out Burger with the actress last week.

In a cryptic tease ... Sanchez hinted that he would explain the REAL reason he was out with Hayden in the very near future.

It's a big deal for Chyna -- because she had recently been in talks with the wrestling organization about working out a long term deal ... and before the XXX tape came into the picture, things were looking optimistic.

But now, with the hardcore tape set to be released later this month, Chyna tells us she got a call from TNA honchos warning her that if she lets the tape hit shelves ... the deal is off for good.

Chyna tells us, "The whole thing has been constant drama ... it's all good in the end ... [TNA Wrestling] is missing the boat."

She adds, "FREEDOOOM!"

So far, no word from TNA.
