Busch -- who goes by the nickname "Wild Thing" -- was cited for careless and reckless driving and speeding. Busch was caught tearing through a street near Troutman, N.C. in a yellow Lexus LFA sports car.

According to cops, Busch was targeted by a special unit called the "Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team" of the Iredell County Sheriff's Dept.

If convicted, Busch can lose his license for up to a year and face $1,000 in fines.

The family of Bryan Stow claims the Dodgers were forced to cut services because of McCourt's alleged "mismanagement and family woes." One of the casualties, according to the suit, was "a major downscaling of security forces at the stadium and surrounding parking lot."

The suit also claims McCourt, the Dodgers and the other defendants "had reason to know of gang and other criminal activity on its premises" and to "take reasonable security precautions." The family claims the Dodgers "could have prevented the attack."

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stow's family also claims there was "inadequate lighting" in the parking lot which "presented a perfect opportunity to commit a variety of crimes."

In the docs, the Stow family claims alcohol may have played a factor in the attack -- and points out the Dodgers have "ceased the 'half-off' beer promotion due to the criminal activity at Dodger Stadium."

According to reports, Stow's family will claim in the lawsuit that it took stadium personnel 15 minutes to respond once they were notified about the attack.

Of course, Stow suffered brain damage at the hands of two attackers -- and is currently listed in critical condition.

Stow's family is not asking for a specific dollar amount in the lawsuit ... but they claim it will take between $45 and $50 MILLION to provide the level of medical care necessary to ensure Stow has a good quality of life.

Giovanni Ramirez -- who was arrested Sunday for allegedly beating Bryan Stow so badly he suffered brain damage -- claims he was at home with the girl and, as we previously reported, has 3 alibi witnesses to prove it ... so says his lawyer, Chip Matthews.

The 3 alibi witnesses are his ex-girlfriend, who left Ramirez at the apartment to go to the game, along with 2 friends. Interestingly, the ex-girlfriend is a suspect in the case -- cops believe she may have been the getaway driver.

Matthews tells TMZ ... there are several pictures of the group at Dodger Stadium and Ramirez is not in any of the photos.

And, a source familiar with the case tells TMZ, Ramirez had a highly-visible tattoo removed from his neck after the incident, and cops believe it shows a guilty state of mind so he couldn't be ID'd. But Ramirez says he removed the tattoo of his ex-girlfriend's lips because his new girlfriend didn't like it.

Chicago White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski -- who failed to catch the foul ball -- later admitted, "Just 'cause he was the president doesn't mean I wouldn't jump on top of him."

Tiger wrote, "Almost press conference time. I'll donate one million dollars to [The Tiger Woods Foundation] if no one asks me about the leg."

Of course, it's almost an impossible challenge because Woods withdrew from the Players Championship tournament earlier this month -- citing an injury to his left leg.

Giovanni Ramirez was arrested Sunday for allegedly beating Giants' fan Bryan Stow so badly on opening day, he suffered brain damage.

Ramirez' lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ ... he has three witnesses who will testify that Ramirez was not even at the game that day but rather at his L.A. apartment.

Warrior -- who famously forced Savage into "retirement" by defeating him at a "Career Ending Match" at Wrestlemania VII -- said he and Randy used to get so jacked up on java before getting into the ring, they would often compete to see who could down more Joe.

In fact, Warrior says, one time they sucked down 5 GALLONS of the black stuff before an event.

During the emotional video, Warrior said Savage "inspired a generation" ... adding, "I was so fortunate to be in so many great events with him."

We broke the story ... Oscar voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility in California for substance abuse issues a few weeks ago.

Oscar has told friends he does not believe he hit bottom, but checked himself into rehab before things got totally out of control.

As one source put it ... Oscar has had fidelity issues and it seems to correlate with substance abuse ... and that's a matter he's dealing with in rehab.

GLAAD's reaction comes hours after Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah targeted a fan in the stands, calling him a f**got. Kobe Bryant hurled the same slur during a playoff game last month.

GLAAD President Jarrett Barrios tells us, "Last month the NBA sent an important message about how such slurs fuel a climate of intolerance and are unacceptable. These anti-gay remarks, coming so soon after, demonstrate how much needs to be done.”

Barrios adds, “Noah's apology is a start. We are confident that the NBA will now take disciplinary measures and hasten its work with us to tell all players that there is no place for anti-gay words and attitudes in the game.”

It's unclear why Barrios is so confident the NBA will take action, because some of the players seem more than comfortable spewing anti-gay slurs on the court. There's a sentiment in the NBA -- the term f**got is not really a gay slur, but just smack talk among athletes.

As TMZ first reported, Savage died soon after the crash.

Randy's brother tells us the wrestler suffered a heart attack behind the wheel and lost control of the vehicle.

Speaking to reporters in the locker room, Noah said, "I apologize. The fan said something to me that I thought was disrespectful, and I got caught up in the moment, and I said some things that I shouldn't have said. I was frustrated and I don't mean no disrespect to anybody. I just got caught up."

Noah said he expects to be fined for the comment (Kobe Bryant was fined $100,000 for a similar incident) but so far no word from the NBA.

Noah was caught on camera screaming at a fan by the bench and capped it off by yelling, "F**k you, f**got."

Savage's brother, Lanny Poffo, tells TMZ ... the dog's ashes were spread around Randy's favorite tree several years ago, and after Randy is cremated his ashes will be strewn there as well.

Lanny tells us Randy would always say, "If it's good enough for Herc, it's good enough for me!"

Noah went to the bench early in the game with his second foul. After a replay, the camera cut back to Noah ... who screamed a few colorful words in the direction of a fan behind the bench.

He ended his screaming appearing to say, "F**k you, f**got."

Sources tell us the autopsy was completed yesterday and the cause of death is still "pending." We're told the ME did not notice any "extensive trauma" to his body.

According to our sources, it might take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for toxicology results to be completed.

As TMZ first reported, Savage (real name Randy Poffo) died in a car accident on Friday when his car veered across a concrete median, through oncoming traffic, and "collided head-on with a tree."
