TMZ broke the story, Bosh married Adrienne Nicole Williams earlier this month in Miami Beach ... only for Bosh to deny the story at an NBA news conference.

Spitz -- who famously won 7 gold medals at the '72 games -- filed the lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court against Arena USA ... a company he says he had an endorsement deal with from '77 through '82.

In the lawsuit, Spitz claims Arena has continued using his image to "create the impression that Spitz endorses defendants' products and business."

Mark's attorney tells us the Olympic legend recently saw a pic of himself sporting his 7 golds on Arena's website. We checked ... and the photo is no longer on the site.

McCourt says Commissioner Bud Selig vetoed the 17-year broadcasting mega-deal with FOX -- which McCourt claims would have immediately given the Dodgers $300 million in equity.

During a news conference in NYC, McCourt ripped Selig for shutting down the deal ... claiming, "It is fundamentally wrong for any person to stand in the way of a sound business transaction."

Selig was not present at the meeting, but McCourt says the MLB reps who were there brought up his divorce as something that bothers the league.

As for Selig appointing J. Thomas Schieffer to monitor the Dodgers ... McCourt said, "Nobody handed the Dodgers to me, and nobody is going to take it away."

Mega-attorney Gloria Allred announced the allegations moments ago in a news conference -- representing a family of four (including two 9-year-old girls) who claim they watched McDowell make the homophobic remark and then use a baseball bat to simulate gay sex.

According to Allred, the family claims they also witnessed McDowell tell the group of male fans, "Are you three giving it to each other in the a**?"

The father claims he confronted McDowell from the stands -- and McDowell responded by saying, "Kids don't f**king belong at the baseball park" ... and then approached him with a baseball bat, saying, "How much are your teeth worth?"

The family is demanding an apology from McDowell ASAP for his alleged anti-gay behavior.

Gloria and the family also want the Commissioner of Baseball Bud Selig to fine both McDowell and the Atlanta Braves -- and send McDowell to some serious sensitivity training.

UPDATE: Roger McDowell just APOLOGIZED, releasing a statement moments ago, saying, “I am deeply sorry that I responded to the heckling fans in San Francisco on Saturday. I apologize to everyone for my actions. “

A rep for the Braves released an additional statement, saying, “We are concerned by these allegations and the behavior described by a witness today. This in no way represents the Braves organization and the conduct we expect of our employees.”

Alice Ward (above) went into cardiac arrest in a Boston hospital back in January -- and was put on life support soon after.

The internet marketplace plunked down $7.2 million to stick their name on the arena for the next six years.

And get this -- since Overstock.com is trying to rebrand themselves as "O.co" -- the naming rights will allow the online shopping spot to change the name of the stadium to 'O.co Coliseum', should the new name catch on.

Allred tells TMZ ... the coach used "homophobic words and sexually suggestive vulgar behavior," simulating sex between gay men.

Allred says the comments and gestures were directed at 3 men whom the coach apparently thought were gay.

One of the fans, who brought his 9-year-old twin girls to the game, protested to the coach ... and according to Allred, the coach responded by saying, "Kids don't f**king belong at the baseball park." She also claims the coach then approached the father "with threatening words and a baseball bat."

Allred will hold a news conference with the father and his twins at her L.A. office on Wednesday at 1 PM PDT.

In a dramatic lawsuit, hairdresser David Mackey claims the McCourts put him on a $300-a-day retainer to perform home hair services for the family. The suit claims Jamie and Frank guaranteed 300 bucks a day, whether Mackey cut their hair or not.

According to the suit, Frank and Jamie stiffed him for a two month period -- running from November 25, 2008 to January 15, 2009.

Mackey's top-gun lawyer, Donald Karpel, tells TMZ, "Frank and Jamie are both pointing the finger at each other and not taking responsibility."

According to People.com, 27-year-old Cutler proposed to the 24-year-old actress (?) during their weekend getaway to Cabo San Lucas.

J. Thomas Schieffer was a big investor in the Rangers back in 1989 when George W. Bush bought the team.

Schieffer -- the younger bro of CBS newsman Bob Schieffer -- was the club prez between 1991 and 1999.

Interesting ... after Kevin Brown signed with the L.A. Dodgers in 1998 for an astronomical $100 million, Schieffer was critical, saying he couldn't imagine the Rangers paying that amount -- "If we do, we're all in trouble."

Per MLB Commissioner Bud Selig's edict, any expenditure of $5 grand or more must be approved by Schieffer.

So now it's all about whether Schieffer and McCourt are in accord. If not, we're guessin' a legal challenge is in the wings.

The 6'6", 290-pounder was lumbering through LAX this weekend when he explained that his deal fell through the cracks when the UFC bought out Strikeforce before they could schedule his first fight.

Batista told our guy he's "real disappointed" with the way things turned out ... adding, "I really had my heart set on Strikeforce."

We're told Serena hit the studio last week to lay down a few tracks ... and is working with a record label owned by Minnesota Vikings star Bryant McKinnie.

During the session, we're told Serena did some work with renowned hip-hip producer DJ Clue ... and she wasn't half-bad.
