Sources close to Rockfeller Sorel tell us ... R.S. has taken an extended leave of absence from his gig ... and has been telling people he's "very depressed" ever since Gloria James clocked him in the face early Thursday morning.

As we previously reported, James was arrested over the incident ... and according to cops, she was a real pain in the ass with police.

A rep for Hall tells TMZ he is currently in the hospital being treated for cardiac issues. The rep says Hall will be in the hospital for at least three more days while doctors check him out.

The rep says doctors are looking into the various meds Hall is taking -- 10 in all, for various ailments.

Hall's appearance at a Top Rope Promotions event last night was sketchy to say the least -- he looked clearly out of it the entire time and it took him 10 minutes, with the help of a few police officer, just to leave the ring.

Connolly was out yesterday in L.A., where he admitted he's "involved with a group of guys" who are trying to buy a piece of the MLB franchise.

Connolly's investment team reportedly includes two heavy hitters from "Entourage" -- the show's executive producer Doug Ellin and his co-star Kevin Dillon -- along with a few other deep-pocketed baseball fans.

TMZ broke the story--Iverson's Lambo was impounded in Atlanta last week after cops noticed the expired plates.

Now the police report is out ... in which cops say Iverson shouted at the officer, "Take the vehicle, I have 10 more." He allegedly continued, "Police don't have anything else f**king to do except f**k with me."

According to the report, Iverson even dropped the line, "Do you know who I am? ... I make more money than you will in 10 years."

Amanda tells MMAFighting.com, "The main reasons I didn't fight was first, I got married and I assured everyone that I wouldn't walk down the aisle looking like a battered woman."

But she didn't waste time during her hiatus -- Amanda added, she also "wanted to focus on getting technically better in all areas of MMA."

George's daughter is set to face off against badass Muay Thai fighter Heather Martin this Saturday ... at Freestyle Cage Fighting 46 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

LeBron told reporters, “You have to move forward ... It is my life and there’s certain things you have to deal with. You try not to let it be a distraction. I have a job to do, still.”

He continued, “It’s very sensitive because it’s your mother. Of course to have an incident, it’s very sensitive. But the people around me are helping me."

The valet parker -- Rockfeller Sorel -- told cops Gloria smacked him with an open hand on the right side of his face ... and after the incident, he sought medical attention -- though he doesn't seem to have any visible injuries in the photo.

As we previously reported, the man has already met with a lawyer to discuss his legal options.

The arresting officer says he tried to question 43-year-old Gloria James about the alleged incident at the scene early this morning ... but he got "no response just a stare." After a while, she eventually admitted to having a "minor verbal altercation" with the valet.

The cop says the valet explained that he retrieved James' car and put it on the valet ramp in front of the hotel while Gloria and a female driver stood around talking to people for 30 minutes. Finally, the valet says he turned the car off.

The valet says Gloria then approached him and stated, "Where are my f**king keys and continued yelling profanities at the victim."

The report explains, "Then for no apparent reason the arrestee struck the victim with an open had [sic] across the right side of his face and in the process causing herself to lose her balance and falling to the ground."

After Gloria was transported to a nearby police station, the report continues, a shift commander -- Lt. Acosta -- tried to speak with James who responded, "I'm trying to trust you but I don't trust your kind ... I don't trust that officer who arrested me."

Gloria then told police she "was not going to cooperate because she did nothing wrong."

UPDATE: Police have released a photo of Gloria being taken into custody.

As we previously reported -- LeBron James' mom was arrested for allegedly assaulting a valet at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami around 4:45 AM after a verbal altercation over the keys.

We're told the valet went straight to the hospital last night after the alleged incident occurred -- but it's unclear if he suffered any injuries.

The Miami Beach PD released a statement ... explaining, "Mr. Sorel Rockfeller, a hotel valet worker, claimed he was assaulted by Ms. James, who was angered because her car was taking too long to be delivered. Several witnesses supported Mr. Rockfeller’s account of what occurred."

The statement continues. "Both Ms. James and the driver of the vehicle were initially uncooperative with the investigating officer. Ms. James was apparently intoxicated as she had bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath."

"Ms. James was arrested and taken to the Miami Beach Police Department where she was processed, issued a Promise to Appear and subsequently released."

James was charged with simple battery and disorderly intoxication.

Hotel sources tell us ... Gloria was partying at LIV nightclub with some of her girlfriends earlier in the evening ... but when she tried to leave the hotel, she got into an altercation with one of the valet parking attendants.

We're told Gloria allegedly assaulted the valet. Cops received a call about the incident at 4:47 AM. Gloria was eventually arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor assault. The valet was not arrested.

We're told Gloria has been released from custody.

Gloria has been in trouble with the law before ... having been arrested in 2006 for DUI in Ohio.

LeBron was in Miami last night -- where the Heat played the Bucks ... and lost.

A rep for the hotel confirmed the incident ... but had no further comment.

TMZ spoke with employees at "Somewhere in Augusta" -- a sports bar in Georgia right next to The Masters golf tournament -- which is featuring a monster hot dog called the "Tiger Homewrecker" ... a name we're guessing he didn't approve.

The Tiger dog features a 12" all beef Nathan's hot dog stuffed with cheese, wrapped with bacon, and deep fried. And if your heart hasn't stopped yet ... it's also topped off with a generous helping of chili, onions, and more cheese.

We're told the $14.99 artery clogger recently debuted, and this week -- leading up to The Masters -- sales are up almost 30 dogs per day.

Crawford has filed a lawsuit against the landlord -- claiming she won't return his $20,000 deposit on an Atlanta mansion he rented ... insisting he only caused $1,700 in damage during his stay.

But according to MyFoxAtlanta.com -- the landlord says she's going EASY on the guy -- because his massive doggies -- 2 bull mastiffs and a rottweiler -- relieved themselves all over the home ... we're talking #1s AND #2s.

In fact, the landlord claims the designer blinds are stained with dog pee ... and she has to replace the carpets because the smell is unbearable. She claims the dogs also chewed up several banisters and doors ... and the plumbing needs to be replaced because the sinks were clogged up with dog food.

In total, the landlord claims Crawford caused more than $28k in damages.

FYI -- Crawford pulled in $10.1 million with the Hawks this year ... but he's suing for $60k plus attorney fees.

Austin was cruising through LAX yesterday when we asked him about The Rock's appearance at WrestleMania -- and dude had nothing but good things to say about it.

Among the complements ... Austin said The Rock is one of his "favorite opponents of all time."

The former UFC champ sped his car into a wall—and then smashed into the rear bumper of another car driven by “Blood Diamond” star Djimon Hounsou. Fortunately, nobody seemed to be injured.

Ortiz will clearly need a new car for the actual race, set to go down in Long Beach on April 16.

It's no accident either -- sources close to Kim tell TMZ, Kim and LaLa are apartment shopping in Alpine, New Jersey together ... so when their men are out playing basketball, they have each other to hang out with.

As we previously reported, Carmelo and LaLa have been scoping out Jersey for a while -- to escape Manhattan ... and have enough breathing room to raise their 3-year-old son.
