It all went down at Spring Training in Tampa ... Cam and A-Rod's first born, 6-year-old Natasha Alexander, checked each other's makeup and had some girl talk -- we're guessing stuff like hair, clothes, dad's $275 million contract.

A-Rod and Cam rode the SheiKra rollercoaster -- which gets up to 70 miles per hour -- and then checked out pics of their adventure afterward.

Based on the giddy school boy clapping A-Rod seems to be doing in the last photo, he enjoyed the ride very much -- either that or Cameron said they could go for ice cream after.

As we previously reported, Lozada has already threatened to leave the show -- after, we're told. she became upset because she believes the producers of the show leaked sensitive information about her to another cast member in hopes of inciting a violent confrontation between the two women.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Lozada and the other girls currently pull in around $7,500 an episode -- which means Lozada's latest demand would mean a SERIOUS raise.

No word yet on the show's next move.

In announcing the move, White says it will be "business as usual" for both organizations. White said there will not be "superfights" between fighters of both groups and all contracts and business deals (including Strikeforce's deal with Showtime) will remain unaffected.

According to Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman, Yogi -- who works as an "instructor" for the Yanks -- caught his foot on a carpet at Bright House Field in Florida. Though he didn't hit his head, Yogi was taken to a nearby hospital was for precautionary reasons.

In fact, Cashman claims Yogi was smiling and joking after the accident ... and didn't even want medical attention.

Sources connected with the party tell TMZ, Pierre wasn't just celebrating Fat Tuesday -- the guy just signed a 4-year $12,000,000 contract extension last week ... and wanted to let loose with his teammates.

We're told the party -- which went down at Metropolitan nightclub in The Big Easy -- featured 8 DJs, 2 dance floors, a dessert bar, and 15 go-go dancers ... not too shabby.

We thought it was bad luck to wear your Championship ring all the time -- but clearly, that theory doesn't hold water.

TMZ obtained footage of the awesome performance shot last week on a Carnival Cruise in the Caribbean, hosted by 311. In the clip, Venus and two friends are singing "You Wouldn't Believe" -- and they even threw in some dance moves.

Turns out Venus' group was randomly chosen to be in the karaoke contest -- which was judged by 311's lead singer.

A company called Lebron Jordan, Inc. claims that James' and Jordan's reps at Nike and Live Nation torpedoed a multimillion dollar deal by threatening to sue LJI unless it stopped selling a line of basketball shoes under the "Lebron Jordan" name.

LJI insists in the lawsuit, filed yesterday in federal court in New York, that it had every right to market its shoes under the "Lebron Jordan" name. LJI points out that no one has trademarked the words "Lebron" and "Jordan" together, and "you could not even find that name combination on Google."

So pretty.

We're just sayin'.

Sources close to the VH1 reality show tell TMZ, Chris was pissed when he heard "Wives" producers were in talks with his baby mama Allison Mathis -- the front runner to replace Royce next season -- and the NBA star quickly put the ki-Bosh on the whole operation.

According to sources, Chris was determined to prevent his baby mama from blabbing about him and their daughter on TV -- and "Wives" producers decided Allison just wasn't worth the headache.

As TMZ previously reported, Gaspard was popped by Columbus PD for allegedly jaywalking and the video of his arrest shows three officers pinning him down while he, and several onlookers, tried to tell them he did nothing wrong.

Sgt. Rich Weiner, a rep for the Columbus PD, tells TMZ the police report says Gaspard was observed by an officer walking in the roadway and obstructing traffic. He says Gaspard ignored an officer's request to get out of the street and refused to provide the officer with ID when asked several times.

Sgt. Weiner says, according to the report, the officer then tried to arrest Gaspard, but he "broke free from the officers as they attempted to take him into custody."

TMZ obtained the footage -- which begins moments after the 6'8", 300 pound wrestler was taken down to the ground by Columbus PD officers who accused him of jaywalking ... an accusation Shad vehemently denied.

At one point during the incident, Shad can be heard saying, "Why am I being arrested? Because I'm big and I'm black?"

One of the officers approaches the camera man and explains, "[Shad] was resisting."

At least 3 people who witnessed the arrest shouted at the officers -- insisting Shad was being treated unfairly. The man operating the camera is Strikeforce fighter Josh Barnett.

Shad tells TMZ he feels he's the victim of racial profiling -- and claims during his ride to the police station, he heard the arresting officer saying, "He's just one more ..."

Shad adds, "I don't know exactly what to do yet, but I will fight this as much as possible."

He continues, "I'm not doing it for the money, I have the means, I'm doing this so cops don't think they can do this to someone else ... it's not right."

So far, it's unclear if the "Jersey Shore" star will actually FIGHT during the live event from St. Louis, MO ... but we already know she can take a punch.
