1:00 PM PT -- Keyshawn just issued a statement saying ... "I am pleased that law enforcement acted quickly and that this matter has been fairly resolved."

"The quick decision results from the fact that I should not have been arrested because no crime was committed. I did not and would not touch, grab or strike a woman -- any woman."

"Though Jennifer and I are both pleased that this matter is over, we very much resent the fact that I was ever arrested in the first place. I apologize to my friends, family, fans and colleagues for this matter."

Keyshawn Johnson will NOT be prosecuted for domestic violence ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the case ... after cops determined the arrest was an overreaction by someone who was speaking on the phone with Keyshawn's baby mama.

The victim in the Aaron Hernandez jailhouse fight tells TMZ Sports ... "Hernandez hits like a bitch."

We broke the story ... ex-inmate Andrew Booker was attacked by the former Pro Bowl tight end in Bristol County Jail back in February, while he was still wearing handcuffs.

Booker -- who's now out of jail -- says Hernandez blindsided him ... and struck him repeatedly but suffered no serious injuries in the attack.

Sources tell us ... Hernandez and Booker had been talking smack to each other for weeks leading up to the attack.

Booker's attorney Mike Maloney has previously told us, "Booker doesn't want to go after Hernandez. He doesn't want to be a rat."

Arsenio Hall says he's trying to raise $1 BILLION to buy the L.A. Clippers ... and last night he got his first REAL donation ... a wad of cash from Katt Williams.

While Arsenio's campaign might be a joke, the wad of cash Katt gave to Arsenio was not -- sources tell us he gave Hall $1,100 in $100 bills ... and did NOT ask for it back when the cameras turned off.

Aaron Hernandez was finally hit with charges stemming from a jailhouse attack in February ... AND for allegedly threatening a guard back in November, officials say.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Hernandez laid a beatdown on another inmate at Bristol County Jail on February 25. The victim was in handcuffs when Aaron allegedly rushed him and struck.

As for the threats, TMZ Sports broke that story too ... Hernandez allegedly threatened to kill a guard and shoot his family after the guy blew the whistle on a food scheme Aaron was pulling inside the jail.

Oh, and he's still facing a murder charge in the death of Odin Lloyd.

Disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has been battling cancer for several years, TMZ has confirmed.

Sterling's cancer medication, believed to be for prostate cancer, is what has caused his face to look puffy in recent years, says the New York Post. One source told the paper, "They thought he would die two years ago."

Clippers players were unaware of Sterling's alleged condition. Blake Griffin told reporters after last night's loss to the Golden State Warriors, "If that is true, my thoughts and prayers are with him. Nobody deserves to go through something like that."

This is like that Ronald McDonald commercial for Taco Bell ... if Ronald McDonald hated black people.

TMZ has tracked down Donald Sterling ... not the racist Los Angeles Clippers owner ... but a 29-year-old guy who runs a production company in Forest Hills, Texas. He's a Miami Heat fan, so there's no conflict of interest there.

Donald tells TMZ ... he's been going by DJ lately, because so many people have been giving him a hard time. He says most of the teasing has come from friends and family, but he's being super careful about using his full name in public.

DJ (we got your back, man) tells TMZ he thinks Sterling's views are unacceptable and pitiful in this day and age ... and Sterling should be forced to change his name so DJ can have his good name back.

This would be fun ... V. Stiviano should take a pic with DJ and post it on her Instagram.

V. Stiviano can now loosely take Donald Sterling up on his offer ... allowing her to have sex with black guys.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch has sent V. a letter ... offering her a starring role in a sex tape with, as he put it, "the most well-endowed black men in the porn industry" -- which as you know is really saying something.

But Hirsch understands one thing for sure -- 15 minutes of fame. He's given V. 24 hours to make her decision.

Floyd Mayweather's calling on his entire Money Team to walk him into the ring at his fight this weekend -- including Justin Bieber ... again ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources close to both Justin and Floyd tell us ... Bieber will be heading out to Sin City to be part of Mayweather's entourage Saturday night when he takes on Marcos Maidana at the MGM Grand.

Bieber's been by Mayweather's side at least twice before -- starting back in 2012. For the record, Floyd has dominated both fights Justin has attended.

Mayweather has joked in the past that he wanted Miley Cyrus to twerk beside him on the way into the ring -- no word if he's gonna make that happen for this fight.

Would be funny though.

7:30 AM PT -- Mayweather and Bieber are already gettin' some pre-fight pampering ... hanging out at a spa in Vegas.

Donald Sterling's almost-lifetime achievement award from the NAACP just forced the president of the group's L.A. chapter to quit -- and TMZ Sports has learned he basically got outta Dodge before he was kicked out.

Floyd Mayweather is a man with a broken heart ... this according to sources close to the boxer who tell us he was devastated when he learned his ex-fiancee is rebounding with his old friend Nelly.

Floyd Mayweather's ex just hit him where it really hurts -- his financial bottom line -- saying he just blew his chances to become an NBA owner by ripping her for allegedly aborting their twins.

Shantel Jackson just posted this on Instagram: "with that type of behavior I guess you just gave up on owning that NBA team huh? Lol"

Floyd has said he'd be interested in purchasing the Los Angeles Clippers when and if Donald Sterling sells.

Shantel's jab comes hours after Floyd posted what looks like an ultrasound of twins on his FB and IG accounts with a caption claiming he and Shantel broke up because she aborted the babies.

Shantel still hasn't addressed whether Floyd's claim is true -- but she ended her response to him with "#childish #growup."

The Comedy Central star was at the airport in Los Angeles yesterday and told us she's a HUGE Mets fan -- even though they're super painful to watch every single year.

Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Andre Roberson was BURGLARIZED during Game 3 of the NBA playoffs ... but the story has a happy ending, because cops found the suspect ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Roberson's Oklahoma City home was broken into on April 24th ... the same night OKC played Memphis on their home court (OKC lost btw).

Cops say the bad guys jacked official Oklahoma City Thunder backpacks and an XBox (NOT THE XBOX!).

Cops note there was a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood this month ... and a suspect was captured on a neighbor's surveillance camera. He was ID'd as Taron Stevenson.

The next day, April 25th, Stevenson was arrested for DUI -- and after cops impounded the car, investigators discovered an OKC Thunder backpack with a baggage claim check containing Roberson's name.

Stevenson faces multiple counts of burglary charges.

Don't let one moment of SHELLFISH STUPIDITY ruin your opinion of Jameis Winston ... so says NFL legend Phil Simms who tells us everyone does dumb stuff in college.

Simms was out in NYC this morning ... when he told us Winston deserves forgiveness for jacking crabs and crawfish from a Florida supermarket this week.

"He's a young kid ... we all did stuff in college that we always regret."

As for whether crab-gate will affect Winston's NFL draft stock next year, Phil says he's 100% certain about the answer.
