Floyd Mayweather says he broke off his engagement with Shantel Jackson because she got an ABORTION without his blessing ... this according to the boxer's social media pages.

Donald Sterling has NO shame over his racist rant ... he hit the town Wednesday night at a high-profile, celebrity-packed Beverly Hills restaurant.

Sterling didn't want to talk to our photog about the Clipper fallout and his lifetime ban ... but he seemed more than happy to mingle inside The Grill -- one of the most popular entertainment industry hangouts in all of Hollywood.

Here's what's breathtaking ... Hollywood is liberal. Liberals are indignant over what Sterling said. And, the tables are all close together, so smack talk can be easily heard. Yet there was Sterling, right in the thick of things.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has plead NOT GUILTY to attacking his then-fiance at an Atlantic City casino back in February.

Rice appeared in court in New Jersey moments ago -- with his lawyer and his wife Janay Palmer by his side -- stemming from an incident at the Revel Casino.

TMZ Sports posted footage showing Rice dragging an unconscious Palmer out of an elevator that night before he was arrested for aggravated assault.

Prosecutors reportedly offered Rice a plea deal -- which includes probation and NO jail time if he completes an anger management class. Rice has not officially accepted the deal.

Rice is due back in court on May 29th.

When you're Donald Sterling's sugar baby, you can have your cake and eat it too -- V. Stiviano celebrated her birthday last October with a giant cake that said "HAPPY 21st!" ... even though she was actually turning 31 ... and TMZ has the photos.

The party took place at a restaurant inside the Staples Center -- and you can tell from the pics, these were happier times for Sterling ... possibly happier because he thought he was dating a woman 10 years younger than she actually was.

The cake says 21, but we know from court docs ... Stiviano's actually 31.

Sources close to V. Stiviano tell us, she has notoriously lied about her age for years -- so it's not a stretch to think Sterling believed his sidepiece was barely legal.

Not like Sterling would be able to tell the difference anyway.

The L.A. Clippers aren't for sale -- yet -- but Donald Sterling's already getting offers, including a serious proposal from a group of investors who claim they're SECOND best ... behind Magic.

TMZ obtained a letter from a Florida law firm claiming to represent a consortium of foreign investors -- including several African-Americans -- who are prepared to offer a "substantial" sum for the team.

BUT ... the proposal is contingent ... first and foremost, the investors say they will NOT negotiate if Magic becomes a serious bidder ... that's because they hold him in such high esteem.

The letter -- written by attorney Bradford M. Cohen -- says, "We will not engage in a bidding war with Mr. Johnson out of respect for his character and his ability to wipe the tarnish off of the LA Clippers from your most recent comments."

The group's other stipulations --

1) A lifetime ban on Sterling from ALL Clippers games (which is already done, done and done).

2) A waiver from all lawsuits stemming from Sterling's conduct, "including alleged statements such as, you wanting to fill your team with 'poor black boys from the South and a white head coach.'"

Yokohama Tire Corporation has reinstated their sponsorship with the Los Angeles Clippers ... but only after an agreement that half of the Clip's money would be given to charity.

Earlier this week -- Yokohama suspended their deal with the Clippers while they waited to see which way the wind would blow.

One day after Donald Sterling's banishment from the NBA, a rep for Yokohama tells TMZ Sports they are ready to resume their sponsorship -- but ONLY if half of the 2014 NBA playoff sponsorship funds are "earmarked to a charity instead of the organization."

It's unclear which charities will benefit from the tire funds -- but we're told they will be organizations focusing on anti-discrimination and tolerance efforts.

Two South Carolina football stars -- both expected to be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft -- have been cleared of all wrongdoing in a NYC nightclub fight ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Victor Hampton (cornerback) and Kelcy Quarles (defensive tackle) have been informed they will NOT be charged with a crime stemming from an April 11th altercation at Greenhouse nightclub..

Both players were interviewed by investigators and were cooperative ... says Victor's lawyer Joe Tacopina, who tells us the the players did NOT strike any sort of settlement with the accuser.

We're told law enforcement concluded ... the accuser is the one who threw the first punch and the 2 football players reacted in self defense.

He's 86-years-old ... but Tommy Lasorda's still down to PARTY!!!

TMZ Sports shot footage of the Los Angeles Dodgers legend leaving Boa Steakhouse last night with two women on his arm ... and walking over to the famous Bootsy Bellows nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

We're told Tommy hit the club for his niece's birthday party ... no word on how long he stayed inside the place.

Fun Fact: Lasorda is currently an executive with the Dodgers ... and has been with the team one season LONGER than legendary announcer Vin Scully.

The men who allegedly broke into Paul George's home and stole more than $15k in jewelry and other items were CAUGHT ON TAPE ... and now cops are on the hunt to bring them to justice.

The two suspects are accused of breaking into the Indiana Pacers star's Indianapolis home on April 28th (during the Pacers playoff game) ... and taking his $15k NBA All-Star ring, 15 Flux watches, a pair of Air Jordan 4 Toro shoes and some cash.

Cops say the suspects appear to be two black males in their late 20s to 30s ... wearing caps, jackets and backpacks.

L.A. Dodgers star Matt Kemp -- one of the black guys Donald Sterling wouldn't allow on V. Stiviano's Instagram -- has responded to the disgraced Clippers owner ... with a pic of his own.

Kemp went to Instagram moments ago and posted an old photo of himself with Magic Johnson -- along with the following message:

Eyebrows and sushi don't sound like an appealing combination, but they came together splendidly when Anthony Davis (aka The Brow) shot a commercial for Boost Mobile ... as a sushi chef.

The three-hour shoot went down Monday in Santa Clarita, CA ... and sources on the set tell TMZ Sports he more than held his own. We're told Davis nailed all his lines ... even the ones in Japanese.

As for the wardrobe, our sources say the 6'10" Pelicans star is so big, they had to have the chef's outfit custom made for him.

12:40 PM PT -- Jameis just released a statement, saying, "I went to the supermarket with the intent to purchase dinner but made a terrible mistake."

11:07 AM PT -- Officials say Jameis Winston stole $32.72 worth of food from Publix grocery store -- crab legs and crawfish ... and they have the VIDEO to prove it.

Former MMA fighter Tito Ortiz copped a plea in his DUI case -- from when he drunkenly crashed his Porsche earlier this year -- and lucky for him, he won't be spending any more time behind bars.

Ortiz -- who initially plead NOT GUILTY to DUI -- agreed to change his plea to no contest, and in exchange he was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program. He was also hit with fines.

As we previously reported, Ortiz was popped in L.A. back in January when he crashed his 2012 Porsche Panamera on the 405 Freeway around 4am.

Shaquille O'Neal has called and apologized to a Michigan man with a rare genetic disorder ... who claimed Shaq was mocking him in an Instagram photo.

Shaq tweeted ... "Made a new friend today when I called and apologized to Jahmel Binion. Great dude. #alwayslearning #MYBADCUZ."

Jahmel -- who has a disorder called ectodermal dysplasia -- had said he felt hurt and bullied when Shaq posted a side-by-side picture on Instagram earlier this week.

FYI -- ectodermal dysplasia is a condition that causes abnormalities in the teeth, hair, skin and more.

"I was kinda hurt cause I look up to him," Jahmel told reporters ... "I watched Shaq play basketball the whole season and so I'm like why he making fun of me when he supposed to be this role model?"
