A guy in Nevada is suing the NFL and the Seattle Seahawks for $40 million ... claiming he was illegally barred from buying tickets to the NFC playoff game ... just because he's geographically undesirable.

San Francisco 49ers superstar Aldon Smith will NOT be charged with a felony for allegedly telling TSA agents he had a bomb on his person at LAX earlier this month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells us ... the case has been kicked down to the L.A. City Attorney's Office for possible misdemeanor prosecution ...where the stakes are a lot lower.

We broke the story ... Smith was arrested on April 13th -- and cops say he was "belligerent and uncooperative" during the arrest.

The City Attorney is deciding whether to charge him with a crime of falsely reporting a bomb threat.

Novak Djokovic has beaten Nadal again ... at least in the race to have a kid -- 'cause the tennis great just announced that his Fiancee is with child.

Djokovic made the announcement on Twitter ... writing, "Jelena is pregnant!!! We will be parents soon! #blessed."

The 26-year-old superstar has been dating Jelena Ristic since 2005 ... and back in September announced their engagement. No word on how far along she is.

So much for Rob Bironas' plans to marry Terry Bradshaw's daughter on the NFL legend's ranch in Oklahoma ... there's been a last minute change of plans ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Don't worry ... Rob and Rachel are good -- and they're still planning to get married in June ... but now, they've changed the venue to a fancy Dallas hotel.

So, what happened to the plans to swap "I dos" at Terry's place?

Bironas -- who spent years kicking for Tennessee Titans -- tells us the whole family realized the ranch is a real-life working ranch ... with cattle, horses and all the other stuff that comes with it.

Translation -- they don't want any of the guests (or god forbid the bride) steppin' in cow pies on the way to the ceremony.

It's been 18 years since a young Kobe Bryant took Brandy to his high school prom ... and now, the singer tells TMZ Sports she KEPT HER CORSAGE as a souvenir!

Brandy was walkin' into the London Hotel in NYC yesterday when we took her all the way back to 1996 ... when 17-year-old Kobe (who was about to be drafted into the NBA) brought Brandy to prom ... as friends.

Brandy tells us she had an "amazing" time with Kobe -- and was especially grateful because she wasn't in a "regular" school and didn't have a prom of her own.

And while she says she no longer has her dress from that night in Pennsylvania ... Brandy tells us her mom STILL has the corsage for safekeeping.

As for Kobe's boutonniere ... it's whereabouts are unknown.

Eddie George tells TMZ Sports ... he's writing a 1-man stage show about his life ... complete with Shakespeare and hip hop ... and hopes to perform it later this year.

George has been focused on the theater ever since he hung up his cleats in 2004 -- and says he found it therapeutic to help cope with the adjustment into his post football life.

But after acting in several productions, the Heisman Trophy winner decided it's time to write his own play ... and has been hard at work for the past 2 to 3 years.

"It starts with my dream of playing football ... and I use anecdotes about my father, mother, coaches and other important people in my life to tell my story."

George notes, "I wove in some hip hop to help chronologically tell the story ... and some Shakespeare-style storytelling to go along with the hip hop."

Eddie says John Leguizamo has had a huge influence in his transformation into a thespian -- "I went to see John on Broadway and I was amazed. The way he broke the 4th wall, it was intriguing to me."

Atlanta Falcons running back Steven Jackson can't get enough of the "Real Housewives" ... at least that's what he said ... and we're pretty sure he was serious.

Jackson was out in NYC this week -- when we told him that former ATL superstar Jamal Anderson is now writing a weekly "Game of Thrones" post-episode blog for TMZ Sports!

So, we had to ask Steven ... is there a show that YOU'RE obsessed with???

6:42 AM PT -- We spoke to "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey about Jackson being such a fan ... and she told us, "I think it's cool that an NFL football player watches our show & wants to write about the Housewives!"

It's shocking enough to see Tiger Woods hanging out with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren again ... but even MORE SHOCKING to see them together with Tiger's GF Lindsey Vonn by his side.

Johnny Football went to Florida ... and left with the support of a whole bunch of NFL vets ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke to Pittsburgh Steelers superstar cornerback Ike Taylor ... who tells us he worked out with Manziel at Coach Tom Shaw's legendary performance camp at the Wide World of Sports Complex back in March.

Taylor says Manziel showed up to the camp with Jon Gruden to film a project for ESPN -- but when it came time for Johnny to hit the field, dude performed like a champ ... excelling in a variety of passing, timing and accuracy drills. Taylor says there were a bunch of NFL players working out a the camp that day ... and they were all equally impressed.

"I like Johnny. He's like a rock star," Taylor says ... "Say what you want, the kid is good. You have to have confidence to play quarterback, and he definetly doesn't lack that."

Ike says he also worked out with Teddy Bridgewater, A.J McCarron and Blake Bortles at Coach Shaw's camp.

So, we had to ask ... which QB he would take with the #1 pick -- and Taylor said Manziel ... without a doubt.

When George Brett talks pine tar -- and cheating in baseball -- people listen ... and the Hall of Famer just gave TMZ Sports an earful about Yankees pitcher Michael Pineda's ejection for blatantly using the substance.

Pineda was tossed in the 2nd inning of Wednesday night's Yankees-Red Sox game when the umpire said he had pine tar on his neck. The allegation is Pineda was using the substance to get a better grip on the ball.

Brett was totally shocked, telling us ... "Wow. I've known guys to put it on their glove, shin guards, on their bats ... but I never heard of that. It's mind-boggling."

Sneaking pine tar is fairly common, but considering Pineda nearly got ejected for the same thing last week ... Brett added, "It's not the smartest thing in the world."

Of course, George was at the center of baseball's most famous pine tar incident -- back in 1983, he had a game winning homer nullified when Yankees manager Billy Martin accused the Royals star of having too much PT on his bat. (MLB eventually overturned the call and the Royals won)

To be clear though -- Brett doesn't seem to have an issue with Pineda cheating ... in fact, he told us the pitcher just needs some tips from his manager Joe Girardi.

"He's a bright guy -- [Pineda] should ask him ... where do you think I should hide it?"

And now -- because it's so awesome -- Brett's reaction to his '83 incident. Epic.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is filing for divorce from his wife Ashton ... after 2 years of marriage -- and less than 3 months after earning his first Super Bowl victory.

Wilson just made the announcement, saying ... "I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce. Clearly, decisions like these don't come easy."

He's fast ... they were faster.

Terrell Owens broke out his track cleats today for a 40-yard sprint against two former NFL players -- Justin Tryon (29) and Paul Pratt (28) ... but in the end, he just couldn't keep up.

It all went down in Calabasas, CA -- where the 40-year-old wide receiver got off to a slow start and just couldn't make up the gap.

T.O. ran two different races -- Pratt won the first race ... Tryon won the second. We're told Owens was right in the thick of things in both races.

Sources at the race tell us ... it appeared Owens beat Tryon in the first race. But clearly came in 3rd in the 2nd race.

Even though he didn't win, we're told everyone at the track was blown away by Terrell's speed.

Teyana Taylor -- a singer on Kanye West's label -- finally met her idol Michael Jordan the other day ... and immediately hit him up for custom Air Jordans ... on video.

It's pretty funny -- Taylor had just finished singing the National Anthem at the Jordan Brand Classic basketball game ... when she came face-to-face with the NBA legend.

Taylor says she immediately began to cry ... because she was so overcome with emotion ... but pulled her self together and asked MJ to hook her up with a custom pair of "all red" Air Jordan 3s.

Jordan didn't exactly say no ... and called for his guy who runs the Jordan Brand to hook her up.

Taylor didn't get the shoes on the spot ... but she's confident they'll be in the mail soon enough.

Moral of the Story -- you never know until you ask.

Of course, Roman made the comment because she felt Eric terrorized his ex-wife Jennifer Williams on the VH1 reality show ... and the fact his life has since fallen apart is his just desserts.

But Delk tells TMZ Sports ... the Eric he knew is a "great guy with a good heart" ... adding, "He's as generous a guy as I've ever met."

"He was always smiling and happy about life."

There could be another Liddell in the Octagon one day ... Chuck's DAUGHTER ... and the Iceman tells TMZ Sports it's all thanks to Ronda Rousey.

Chuck was out at LAX yesterday when we asked how he felt about UFC honcho Dana White calling Ronda the "new Chuck Liddell."

FYI -- Dana made the comparison because Ronda will "fight anybody, anywhere at any time" ... just like Chuck used to do.

Clearly, Chuck was flattered by Dana's comments -- and told us she's not only a great athlete, but "paving the way for my daughter."

Though, it could be a while before you see a Rousey vs. Liddell battle ... Chuck's daughter is only 2-years-old.
