Former Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams tells TMZ Sports ... the NFL's policy on marijuana is a JOKE ... saying the league has no real interest in rehabilitating weed users, it's all for P.R.

Williams -- who famously left the NFL in 2004 after testing positive for pot on several occasions -- says, "I don't think the NFL really cares about whether or not players use marijuana."

Ricky says he believes the point of the NFL's policy on weed is NOT to detour players from using -- but only to maintain the league's image as a family friendly business.

We've spoken with other NFL stars who echo Ricky's sentiments -- telling us there are a BUNCH of active players who smoke (some with prescriptions) and they feel the league should butt out when it comes to pot.

Eddie Murphy's hot young daughters have some 'splainin' to do ... because TMZ has learned they hijacked their mom and her fiancé Michael Strahan's boudoir for their recent sexy lingerie shoot.

Photographer Dimitri Ray -- who snapped the pics last Thursday -- tells us, the girls chose the master bed inside Nicole Murphy and Strahan's giant Bev Hills mansion as the shoot location ... presumably because it's big and fluffy and ... who the hell knows.

We're told the girls didn't consult with mom and Michael -- who, we're guessing, would have chosen a different location than the spot where they have sex.

FYI, Eddie and Nicole split in 2006. Nicole and Michael got engaged in 2009.

We're told it was 19-year-old Shayne's first attempt at modeling (not bad) but it's old hat for 24-year-old Bria. The photog says the girls wanted to use the shots to pitch themselves to Victoria's Secret.

Good luck with that.

Tracy McGrady has a snowball's chance in hell when it comes to making an MLB roster ... so says Superman himself, Dean Cain.

The former "Lois & Clark" star -- who played a little pro football back in the '80s -- was brutally honest about the NBA star's future the other day ... telling us the odds of McGrady getting a pro pitching gig are "very, very slim."

As we previously reported, McGrady is gunning for a spot on an independent pro team in TX ... and says he's been working out every day with a pitching coach to make his baseball dream come true.

Leon Kennedy -- who co-starred in a real life sex tape with legendary sportscaster Jayne Kennedy back in the '80s -- is suing the people behind Ebony magazine claiming they falsely ID'd him as the man who leaked the infamous XXX footage to the media.

In case you're unaware, the sex tape featuring Leon and Jayne is widely considered the grand-daddy of the celebrity sex tape ... since Leon was a big actor at the time (starring in a ton of blaxploitation flicks) and Jayne was a commentator on "NFL Today."

They divorced in the early '80s ... and years later, the sex tape mysteriously surfaced (you can still find the footage online ... it's super grainy).

Recently, Ebony magazine published an article in which Leon claims he was wrongly fingered as the source of the leak.

Leon -- now an ordained minister who preaches around the globe -- is furious claiming the mag straight up lied when it wrote that he "viciously leaked" the tape. He insists the tape was stolen by an unidentified 3rd party and distributed without consent from Leon or Jayne.

Now, Leon is now gearing up to file a lawsuit against Ebony ... and he's out for blood.

Leon says the story has damaged him both professionally and emotionally -- and now, he wants more than $1 MILLION to make things right ... including $4,546.05 for out of pocket medical expenses caused by stress and anxiety from the article.

There's no Bud for you, Sochi ... TMZ Sports has learned Budweiser has decided to NOT throw its traditional Winter Olympics party this year and it's all because the company is not comfortable with the situation in Russia.

In the past, Budweiser was known for hosting huge parties -- like the Club Bud bashes during the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and at the 2006 Olympics in Turin.

But we've learned ... the King of Beers has decided it won't be throwing a similar party at the '14 Games ... at least, that's the plan for now.

In fact, we've seen an email from a Budweiser rep which says the company does not want its U.S.-based representatives in Sochi ... and the message is clear -- the terrorist threat is simply looming too large.

A rep for Anheuser-Busch confirms to TMZ Sports ... there will be no Club Bud in Sochi -- but the rep didn't give a reason for why the company is not throwing the party.

Ex-Pacers stud Austin Croshere just pledged his support for Andew Bynum ... telling TMZ Sports, Indiana's head coach Frank Vogel will REVIVE the fallen superstar's career.

The former 1st round pick -- and current Pacers analyst -- was in Malibu ... when he told us there's no doubt the struggling 7-footer will turn things around with Vogel's help.

The former All-Star center signed with the Pacers earlier this week ... after bouncing around the league amidst rumors he had lost his interest in basketball.

But Croshere says the Pacers 40-year-old coach Vogel will succeed in getting through to Bynum ... where veteran guys like Mike Brown and Tom Thibodeau failed.

Lebron James' cuticles are going to look FABULOUS when he squares off against the Clippers tonight ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned, LBJ and teammates dropped $500 at a Beverly Hills nail salon yesterday.

LeBron -- along with at least 3 other teammates including Ray Allen, Roger Mason Jr. and Udonis Haslem -- hit up Bella Nails and treated themselves to manis, pedis, and massages.

King James proudly posted the photo evidence online right after the outing ... with the explanatory caption "Have to take care of your dogs Men! It's part of our life blood!"

Pampering -- it's not just for chicks anymore.

Nate Dogg's high school football star son Naijiel Hale is gonna be a Husky ... 'cause he officially accepted a full-scholarship to the University of Washington, TMZ Sports has learned.

Naijiel -- one of the top prep cornerbacks in the country -- tells us, "I'm very excited. I can't wait for this experience."

Hale tells us he's been working out in the gym twice a day and focusing on his speed -- while he currently runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds, Naijiel says he's working to bring it down to a 4.5 in the next 2 weeks.

As far as academics go, Hale says he's not sure what subject he wants to major in ... but tells us he's interested in studying music and business.

Sex is rampant in Olympic Village ... everyone knows this ... and officials have taken steps to make sure the athletes stay safe in the bedroom by passing out 100,000 condoms, TMZ Sports has learned.

A rep for the International Olympic Committee tells us ... "The distribution of condoms in the village is part of the IOC’s involvement in the HIV and AIDS prevention."

The 100,000 condoms will cover roughly 7,650 athletes who are competing (and banging each other) over a 16-day span.

Just a few years ago, former Olympic competitor Ronda Rousey told us the village is pure "debauchery" ... with hot people fueled on adrenaline and free booze having the time of their lives.

Makes ya wanna book a trip to Sochi, right?

Boxing legend Bernard Hopkins says hip hop star Cam'ron must be CRAZY for calling him out in a rap song -- telling TMZ Sports, he'd run a CLINIC all over Cam'ron's face.

Cam'ron -- the guy behind the hits "Oh Boy," "Hey Ma" and "Horse & Carriage" -- put out a new song called "Humphrey" ... in which he says he wants to fight B-Hop and would "f**k him up."

So, when we ran into The Executioner in D.C. yesterday, we had to ask if he thought Cam'ron could take him in a fight.

Ya gotta watch the clip -- B-Hop makes it clear, if the two ever stepped into a ring, Cam'ron would be more humiliated than En'ron.

David Beckham says he's stealing a play from the Miami Heat when it comes to building his new MLS franchise -- because he wants to BUY UP all the best players in the league.

Becks just announced his plans to buy a brand new Major League Soccer franchise based out of Miami -- and also said he might get his friend LeBron James to invest in the team.

And at the news conference in Miami on Wednesday, Beckham made it clear he wants to find a Wade, Bosh, James combo in the soccer world and bring all of their talents to South Beach ... no matter the cost.

"I've seen what happens to teams when you bring great players in, "Beckham said ... "I'm talking about the Heat."

"We will wanna bring some of the best players in football, in soccer, to Miami to play on this team."

Beckham says he doesn't even need a strong sales pitch -- 'cause Miami sells itself.

Here's Team USA downhill skier Julia Mancuso trying to get America hooked on crack ... and it's working.

The 29-year-old Olympian -- who chalked up a gold medal at the 2006 Olympics in Turin -- threw on one of the lowest plunging catsuits ever for a sexy photo shoot for February edition of GQ.

In what could be some hardcore lobbying for a Super Bowl in Foxboro, Patriots owner Robert Craft spent some quality 1-on-1 time with NFL commish Roger Goodell yesterday ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The two were casually walking down the streets of NYC together when our camera guy took notice. R&R even got into the same SUV to continue their conversation.

It's unclear why they were hanging out, or where they were going, but we do know Craft has been very vocal about praising Goodell for having the SB in a cold-weather city like New York ... and some people believe he's angling to get the big game in his neck of the woods in the near future.

... or maybe they were just discussing their penchant for expensive black overcoats.

Either way, we gotta ask ...
