Lightening just struck twice ... a guy who won $50K on the 2012 Superbowl just did it again ... by placing the same exact bet.

Jona Rechnitz -- a successful NYC real estate mogul -- plunked down $500 ... betting the first scoring play in Super Bowl XLVIII would be a Seattle safety. The $500 turned into $25,000 -- we'll do the math for you ... 50/1 odds.

It's all the more impressive because 2 years ago Jona made the same type of bet -- and when the Giants scored a safety Jona walked away with $50K ... and gave it ALL to charity.

Jona tells us ... he's donating this year's winnings to the Simon Wiesenthal Center and to the Stewart J. Rahr Foundation.

Jona's chose the Wisenthal because it promotes tolerance and Rahr because its reach goes way beyond athletes and celebs, saying "[he] changes the lives of millions of people everyday."

You might want to fly on the plane Jona takes.

Let the backpedaling begin ... 'cause Warren Sapp is now saying he NEVER made a $100,000 bet with rap mogul Rick Ross ... despite strong video evidence to the contrary.

Sapp just went on Twitter and pleaded his case ... saying "just FYI for you clowns, Rick Ross don't even know my Phone # lets alone made a bet of 100k! Sounded Good #Not."

He continued, "I only bet on two things, sure things & my abilities, because the only thing I was ever sure of was my abilities #1stBallot."

Here's the problem ... the two made the bet ON STAGE at a nightclub in NYC ... and then Rick clarified the terms of the wager ON CAMERA (TMZ Sports has the footage).

Plus, they TWEETED about the bet ... with Warren seemingly acknowledging that it was on.

But, as you know, Sapp -- who filed for bankruptcy in 2012 -- took the Denver Broncos ... and they LOST.

As Aaron Rodgers now knows, you shouldn't make bets you don't expect to keep.

WWE Superstar Ryback took his catchphrase "Feed Me More" to the next level during the halftime of the Super Bowl ... by devouring the competition in a local wing eating contest.

Ryback posted video of the competition during yesterday's game ... and based on the footage, "The Big Guy" was clearly hungry -- 'cause he annihilated poultry like the Chinese in a Bird Flu scare.

The best part ... ya gotta watch Ryback's celebration in the restaurant after his commanding victory.

The Seattle Seahawks are celebrating their big win after destroying the Denver Broncos during last nights Superbowl XLVIII... but there is still one winner waiting to come out victorious.

Joe Namath's show-stopping fur coat was a last-minute purchase that he decided he "HAD" to have after seeing it at a fur store just days before the Super Bowl ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Turns out, Namath picked up the coat on Wednesday from Marc Kaufman Furs in NYC.

We spoke with Kaufman himself, who told us Joe came into the store with his daughter and was on a mission to find the perfect fancy coat for the Super Bowl coin flip.

That's when Joe noticed a white stunner on one of the racks -- which was comprised of a coyote-base mixed with some white fox.

We're told Joe said, "This is perfect for me" ... and decided he had to have it.

Kaufman says the coat ran Joe a cool $3,000.

And get this ... Kaufman says Namath's fashion statement has been huge for business -- "My phone hasn't stopped ringing."

Oklahoma State University basketball star Stevie Clark is in trouble again ... this time the 19-year-old freshman was arrested for allegedly peeing out of the window of a moving vehicle, TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... Clark was arrested at 12:46 AM on Sunday in Stillwater, OK after cops observed a man busting a #1 outside of a car window.

The Stillwater PD tells TMZ Sports ... Clark appeared to be "extremely intoxicated" at the time of the arrest.

Clark was arrested for "outraging public decency" and was hauled to a nearby jail. He was released a short time later after posting bond.

FYI -- if convicted, Clark will NOT be forced to register as a sex offender.

Drake was like Moses last night after the Super Bowl in NYC -- walking into Marquee nightclub like the parting of the Red Sea.

The rapper walked in effortlessly as members of the Seahawks partied inside. As TMZ Sports reported ... Broncos star Von Miller was not as lucky, being unceremoniously turned away.

Denver Broncos superstar Von Miller learned the hard way ... no one wants to party with the losers ... 'cause after the game, he was REJCTED from a nightclub where the Seahawks celebrated their big win ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

It all went down at Marquee in NYC ... where stars like James Carpenter, Sidney Rice and a bunch of other Seattle players were welcomed inside with open arms.

But when Von got to the front door ... suddenly, the bouncer explained the club had reached capacity ... and the Broncos linebacker was turned away.

It was sad ... but hey ... as Kurtis Blow would say ... "these are the breaks."

Of course, Oakley was likely referring to his '92-'93 Knicks squad ... which was packed with superstars like Patrick Ewing, John Starks and Anthony Mason.

The Knicks went 60-22 that year but lost in the Eastern Conference Finals to Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

Fun Fact -- the coach of the Knicks was Pat Riley ... who's now the President of the Heat.

WWE Diva Nikki Bella is about to become the hottest real estate agent ever ... but don't worry wrestling fans, she's not quitting her day job.

Nikki's been taking prep classes at a San Diego real estate school to get prepared for the licensing exam -- and her classmates say she was super down to earth.

We're told Nikki has no intention of leaving wrestling anytime soon ... she's just trying to make some extra dough on the side during breaks.

He didn't like the way Philip Seymour Hoffman portrayed him in "Moneyball," but former Oakland A's manager Art Howe tells TMZ Sports he never held a grudge against the actor ... saying, "He was just playing the part he was given."

Howe says he was "in shock" when he learned PSH had passed away Sunday ... explaining, "We never got to meet. I remember reading an article where he said he wanted to meet me and apologize for how he portrayed me. Now we're never going to have that chance."

Howe says he was very unhappy with the way he was portrayed in the flick -- but says he points the finger at the producers and the writers ... not PSH.

"Even though I didn't agree with the way I was portrayed, I didn't blame him -- he was just playing the part he was given," Howe says.

Russell Wilson could make HISTORY if he wins the Super Bowl tonight ... not because he'd be the 2nd black QB to do it, but because he'd be the FIRST short QB to do it ... so says Michael Irvin.

The NFL Hall of Famer was out partying in NYC last night when he broke it down ... saying Doug Williams already took care of the color issue -- so Russell needs to stand up for the vertically challenged.

For the record, Wilson's 5'11" ... so he's not exactly tiny -- but he would be the first starting QB under 6-feet in NFL history to win the big game.

And according to Irvin, that's a BIG deal (terrible pun very much intended).

Dez Bryant tells TMZ Sports ... he would NEVER consider playing for another team in the NFC East -- because he wants to spend the rest of his NFL career on the Dallas Cowboys!!!

The wide receiver was ballin' it up at the Gridiron Celebrity Hoops charity event in Harlem yesterday when he told us straight up ... he doesn't even WANNA THINK about playing for another squad.

"I don't even think about leaving Dallas ... I'm Dallas forever. It's gonna stay that way."
