James Harden Sued Allegedly Punched Fan for Saying 'Kobe Owns Your Ass'
Houston Rockets star James Harden doesn't take lightly to being told he's Kobe Bryant's bitch -- so says a Lakers fan in L.A., who just sued the NBA player after Harden allegedly punched him for the diss.
According to the lawsuit, Harden was on his way out of Greystone Manor nightclub in West Hollywood November 3rd -- riding in the back seat of some SUV -- when he rolled the window down to greet fans.
That's when a man named Barak Golan says he shouted at Harden, "Kobe owns your ass!" and Harden allegedly socked him in the face.
But Harden wasn't done ... Barak says the Rockets guard flipped him off as his SUV sped away.
Barak is now suing for assault and battery, demanding unspecified damages. Harden's reps had no comment.

Jameis Winston Alleged Rape Victim: Cops Warned Me to Back Off
Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston allegedly did far more than sexually assault a woman ... she says he RAPED her, and cops then warned her that she was living in Winston country and she had better back down if she knew what was good for her.
The alleged victim just went public with the alleged corrupt investigation by the Tallahassee Police Dept., in which she claims she immediately reported the incident back in December to cops, but was later told, Tallahassee was a big football town and that she would be "raked over the coals" and her life "will be made miserable" if she pursued it.
And there's more ... The victim says her lawyer repeatedly tried to obtain blood work and DNA results from the crime lab, but was told if she persisted the whole thing would become a public spectacle.
According to the statement, Winston's roommate witnessed the alleged rape but the cop refused to interview him.
TMZ broke the story about the investigation, and the curious timing ... the cops didn't forward the case to prosecutors for 10 months -- EXACTLY ONE DAY after TMZ began poking around and calling the PD.
Lamar Odom I Don't Want CRACK to Be My Legacy
Lamar Odom tells TMZ Sports ... he knows his drug issues have significantly damaged his legacy and he's determined to come back to the NBA so he can be remembered as a champion.
Odom was out in Rhode Island today -- where he's been working out with NBA training guru Rob McClanaghan -- and L.O. couldn't have been more candid about his situation.
"Basketball's a big part of my life and I guess it's all about legacy. I haven't played up to my expectations the last couple of seasons so it's just time to like ... end it right."
Odom also acknowledges "something that happened this summer" that took his focus away from basketball. He doesn't go into detail about what that "something" was, but we know Lamar was struggling with a serious crack addiction.
As for which team Odom plans to join, he says he's got options -- and says he misspoke when he recently hinted he had a deal with the Clippers in place. Odom does say the team has shown "great interest."
One thing is clear -- Lamar wants one last shot to redeem himself on the court before he hangs 'em up for good. Question is ... who's willing to take the risk?
Pacquiao's Iconic Trainer KICKED IN THE CHEST ... In Pre-Fight Fight
Freddie Roach -- perhaps the most famous trainer in boxing history -- took a boot to the chest this morning during an altercation at a boxing gym in Macau ... and it was all caught on video.
Roach had just arrived to the gym to begin a training session with his fighter Manny Pacquiao -- when he got into a verbal spat with the people training Brandon Rios ... the guy Manny is set to fight this weekend.
Roach wanted the Rios camp out of the gym so Manny could begin training -- and the Rios camp didn't want to budge (Manny was not at the gym during the incident).
You can hear Freddie call one of Brandon's trainers a "piece of s**t" -- and trainer Alex Ariza responds by planting his foot in Roach's chest.
FYI -- Roach suffers from Parkinson's Disease.
Security scrambled to get between the two ... as the expletives continued to fly. At one point, Ariza mocks Roach's disease and calls him a "f**king joke." He also hurled a gay slur.
During the melee, Roach spewed a Mexican slur aimed at one of the Rios' trainers.
Roach told security he wanted Ariza arrested -- but it's unclear if that ever happened.
What's more dramatic ... Ariza used to work for Freddie -- and it's obvious there's still bad blood from when he left Roach's camp.
Story developing ...

Georges St-Pierre TOOK HUGE HIT FROM EX-MANAGER Paid Out $737k After Nasty Split
Georges St-Pierre cut a $737k check to his former manager -- after the woman sued the UFC champ for screwing her out of her contract ... and according to court docs, she could still be in line for a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR payday.
TMZ Sports has obtained documents filed in Clark County, NV which show GSP was sued by ex-manager Shari Spencer after the two parted ways in 2011.
According to another manager who worked with GSP, Georges' relationship with Shari ended "very badly."
Shari clearly felt she helped build GSP's career and therefore deserved a cut of his fight earnings and sponsorship cash.
The court docs show ... the judge agreed with Shari and ordered GSP to cut a check for $737,066.35 -- which the fighter paid back in April.
But there's more ... the judge also ordered GSP to pay Shari's management company the following:
-- 20% of future revenue on various UFC Pay-Per-View fights
-- 20% of royalties earned under a 2008 UFC merchandising contract
-- 5% of future revenues from sponsorships she apparently helped him earn (including Affliction and RUSHFit).
A source familiar with the case tells us ... Shari's final cut could be worth several million dollars.
GSP's had a rough year -- as we first reported, the UFC champ is already stressing out over his sick father and an unplanned pregnancy.
We reached out to GSP's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.
Kevin Connolly BLASTS Robinson Cano IS HE SMOKING CRACK?
Robinson Cano must've been high on crack when he demanded the Yankees pay him $300 million … ‘cause he’s wayyy overrated and a lazy base runner … this according to "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly.
Connolly – a huge Yankees fan – vented about Cano and his agent (Jay Z) asking for the record setting contract today on Twitter … and suggested the Yanks send their former 2nd baseman packing.
Cano -- now a free agent -- is holding out for a 10-year $310 million contract … and he could be headed to the Mets if the Yankees don't pay up.
So far, NYY president Randy Levine isn't budging ... proving Connolly isn't the only New Yorker who thinks Cano might be delusional.

New York Giants Player Accused of Smashing Ex-GF's Window
New York Giants cornerback Terrell Thomas has been accused of smashing a window in a fit of rage at his baby mama's home during the team's bye week earlier this month ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Sources directly involved with the situation tell us .. Thomas' baby mama -- a former USC track star who lives in L.A. -- claims Terrell came to her home on November 3rd and the two got into a heated argument.
During the altercation, the baby mama claims Terrell broke a window in the home.
We're told the woman left the home and went to a nearby police station to file a vandalism report -- and told cops Thomas never laid a hand on her and that she didn't want to press charges.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... "This seems to be more of a civil matter and he will not be prosecuted."
28-year-old Thomas -- who also attended USC -- is having a pretty decent season this year and has already logged 41 tackles, 1 interception and 1 sack.
We reached out to Thomas for comment -- so far, no word back.
Miami Dolphins Speedo Fans NOT Booted from Stadium ... But They Were Scolded
The two Miami Dolphins fans who were confronted by stadium security for wearing Speedos in the stands this past weekend were NOT kicked out of the stadium, despite reports to the contrary ... but they did get a stern tongue lashing.
TMZ Sports spoke with the grape smugglers -- Kyle Ramey and Brendan Riley -- who tell us Sun Life Stadium security approached them during the game and asked them to put pants on because the Speedo is not stadium-friendly attire.
The guys say they obliged at first ... but then decided their little guys needed to breath -- so they stripped back down and exposed their junk to show their team spirit.
But once again, security came back to wreck their no-pants party ... and again asked them to put their pants back on. They promised to keep their man parts under wraps, but when the guard walked away ... they dropped trou again.
The guys say they went pants-free for the rest of the game -- which turned out to be good luck 'cause the Fins beat the Chargers 20-16.
The Dolphins state on the team website that "obscene" clothing will not be tolerated in the stadium -- and clearly officials felt these guys crossed the line.
What a couple of nuts.
Tyson to Holyfield: Another Ear-pology Please Take Your Lobe Back!
Guess Evander Holyfield's over that whole "Mike Tyson bit my ear off" thing ... 'cause the two men just came together to mock the incident for a brand new commercial ...and it's hilarious.
The two boxers are featured in a new Foot Locker ad -- in which a shopper daydreams that "all is right with the world."
Cut to ... Holyfield forgiving Tyson (after a peace offering of human flesh), Brett Favre finally learning when to walk away, Dennis Rodman leaving the country for good, and Craig Sager realizing that his suits should be burned in a fire. It's pretty great.
Of course, it's 16 years since the original ear-biting incident. Guess time (and a bunch of money) heals all flesh wounds.
Charles Barkley Black People Don't Play Beer Pong!!!!
Michael Jordan's blackness should have prevented him from playing beer bong at a hotel in Florida earlier this month ... so says Charles Barkley.
First off, Barkley rules -- this guy is awesome.
Sir Charles was leaving La Vecchia Cucina in Santa Monica last night -- where he spent his Monday evening watching basketball -- when we brought up MJ's beer pong match at the Ritz in Florida. Check out the exchange:
Charles: "Black people don't play beer pong."
Pap: "Jordan did!"
Charles: "That don't make it right!"
Charles goes on to explain why black people don't play beer pong ... it's hilarious.
There's more -- we also asked Barkley about Blake Griffin ... and while Sir Charles admits he's usually pretty critical of the guy, it's only because he thinks BG can be a better player than he was.
But when we asked if he would've dominated Blake Griffin back in his prime, you gotta hear how Charles responds. Classic.
Grizzlies Star Zach Randolph Screw Memphis I'm Reppin THE BULLS
Zach Randolph has some serious 'splainin' to do ... 'cause the Memphis Grizzlies star hit up the L.A. club scene this weekend wearing a CHICAGO BULLS HAT ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.
Randolph and his crew rolled into Greystone Manor in Hollywood on Sunday night ... and even though he didn't feel like talking, he definitely made a huge statement with his choice of headgear.
Of course, San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick took a TON of heat for a similar situation earlier this year ... when he was seen out with a Miami Dolphins hat on.
So, the question is ...

Georges St. Pierre has major baby mama trouble -- plus a father in failing health -- and TMZ Sports found out that's why he's leaving the Octagon. All the drama makes you look at UFC 167 differently, right? Is this why GSP got so bloodied?
Plus, Lamar Odom playing in the NBA is one HUGE step closer to happening. Are the Clippers taking too big of a chance on LO after his battles with drug addiction?
Also, Sprint Cup champion Jimmie Johnson fires back at Donovan McNabb for claiming NASCAR drivers aren't athletes, and -- not that JJ needs it -- Charles backs him up! Take that, NASCAR haters.
