Richie Incognito's got a new biggest fan -- his chauffeur -- who tells TMZ Sports, the guy's a pleasure to drive around ... and he tips big big big.

The driver (who is black) dropped Incog off at LAX this morning -- following the NFL star's massive PR offensive in the wake of his n-word scandal -- and he couldn't have spoken more highly of the guy.

9:08 AM PT -- Big Baby has just issued an apology (on Twitter) ... writing, "In regards to the incident that occurred on Friday night, I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. There is no excuse for what I did."

He adds, "I was obviously wrong and I take full responsibility. I apologize to the Magic, my fans and the city of Orlando."

Orlando Magic star Glen Davis -- aka "Big Baby" -- threw a MAJOR TEMPER TANTRUM at a Florida motel ... breaking a hotel computer ... and TMZ Sports has footage of the entire meltdown.

It all went down early Saturday morning at a Travelodge in Orlando, FL -- when the 27-year-old tried to book a room with the front desk and was told the place was sold out.

Glen -- clearly frustrated -- reached over the front desk and grabbed a keyboard, which he proceeded to rip from the front desk computer and throw across the lobby. Davis then stormed out of the motel in anger.

The Travelodge employee immediately called police ... and moments later, two cops arrived on scene.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops investigated the situation but Davis was not arrested.

So why was Davis in such a crappy mood? Earlier in the night, the Magic lost to Glen's former squad ... the Boston Celtics.

Sources tell us ... the hotel has been in contact with the Magic regarding payment for hotel damages. One source tells us the team has already cut a check.

We reached out to the Magic -- and a rep told us that the team is aware of the situation and are handling it internally.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe was arrested Sunday ... after cops say the NFL superstar was speeding around Missouri with marijuana in his car.

According to the Riverside PD, officers noticed Bowe doing 48 in a 35 in his 2011 Audi R8 ... and pulled him over for speeding.

During the stop, cops say the officer noticed a strong odor of pot ... and asked Bowe, along with his two passengers, to get out of the vehicle.

Cops say a K-9 unit searched the car and turned up a black bag with 2 sacks of weed totaling 14.6 grams.

One of the guys in Bowe's car told cops the pot was his -- and he was also arrested for marijuana possession. Cops also found 2 joints on the passenger.

HUGE WIN for Los Angeles Lakers small forward Nick Young last night ... the NBA star finally got himself a date with the woman he's been crushing on for months ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Young hit up a carnival at L.A. Live Monday night with Iggy Azalea -- a 23-year-old Australian rap phenom who recently signed with T.I.'s record label.

Young has been after Iggy for a while -- back in September, he called her out as his crush on WCW (Woman Crush Wednesdays) on Twitter. Iggy tweeted him back and now it seems they're full on dating.

But here's the best part of the night -- we asked Young if NBA stars have an unfair advantage when it comes to the basketball shooting game at carnivals ... and Nick told us he GUARANTEED he would make the shot.

Maybe New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski hasn't heard what's going on with Richie Incognito -- because he openly mocked an Asian fan over the weekend, calling the guy "Leslie Chow" ... and joking about fried rice.

Gronk was hosting a Q&A with fans in Foxborough, MA Sunday night at Bar Louie Restaurant when people started dancing ... including an Asian man sporting a Gronk jersey.

The Pats star acted surprised, and said -- into a microphone for everyone to hear -- "They told me he could only cook fried rice!" Then Gronk one upped himself by calling the fan "Leslie Chow" ... Ken Jeong's character from "The Hangover."

Richie Incognito is sorely mistaken if he thinks he's an "honorary black" who can say the n-word as he pleases -- so says former Chargers badass Takeo Spikes.

Spikes -- who officially has the coolest name of all time and was a BEAST linebacker -- tells TMZ Sports, reports that Incognito was considered an "honorary black" by his teammates are BS.

Former L.A. Clippers forward Craig Smith says he was financially gutted by a couple of twisted business managers -- one of whom could easily qualify as a "clinical sociopath" -- and it cost him MILLIONS ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Smith filed the docs in L.A., claiming he hired Louis Lookofsky and his son Noah (with All Pro Sports) to manage his NBA money soon after he graduated from Boston College in 2006 -- right around the time he signed a contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Smith says he was led to believe the Lookofskys were experts in their field -- but claims the father-son duo ultimately ran his finances into the ground: forging Craig's signature on checks, diverting Craig's money to themselves, paying for personal expenses with Craig's money, withdrawing $90,000 from Craig's retirement account, running up a $150,000 AmEx bill, and more.

Smith says the pair even cost him roughly $1,000,000 in penalties and fees after failing to file accurate tax returns on his behalf.

Craig eventually fired All Pro Sports, and he says Noah went nuts, ruthlessly harassing him and his family -- behavior that Craig claims "strongly suggests Noah is a clinical sociopath."

Russell Westbrook doesn't want your penis to suffocate ... and that's why the Oklahoma City Thunder star just signed a deal to model a high end underwear line that prides itself on "wiggle room," TMZ Sports has learned.

Our well-placed underwear sources tell us ... Russell inked a huge deal with Kings and Jaxs that will require him to not only model the undies, but will also give him creative and design input.

The footage surfaced online over the weekend -- showing the #1 overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft being held down by UK teammates during his one season in college ... while laughing players took turns spanking him. Davis was also laughing in the clip.

But the NCAA will not be taking any sort of action -- not because it wasn't a serious incident -- but because the org. has a policy of NOT investigating hazing.

A rep tells TMZ Sports, "Hazing incidents at member schools are not reportable to the NCAA and therefore are not tracked by the NCAA national office."

The rep adds, "If we receive a complaint about hazing, the NCAA informs the school to address it according to institutional policy."

Translation -- it's UK's problem, not ours.

Richie Incognito is on a mission in Beverly Hills -- he's desperate to show he's not ASHAMED of himself ... but he seems to be afraid of saying the wrong thing.

The embattled NFL lineman decided to wander the famous streets near Rodeo Drive today -- where photogs are CONSTANTLY on the lookout for famous people -- and sure enough, our TMZ guy found him.

DEER JUSTICE can be brutal ... just ask hockey stud Alex Ovechkin who wants to literally DEVOUR the antlered menace that wrecked a fence at his Virginia home.

It all started on Friday -- Ovi posted a photo of the banged up gate with the caption, "For all the other deer that want in my yard, use the gate please.! hahaha"

Then came the death threat -- Ovi posted a picture of a slab of venison (deer steak) with the broken-English warning ... "Find the deer who destroy my property!!! hahaha."

Translation -- you mess with my property and I WILL EAT YOU!!!!!!!

So, this is interesting -- turns out NFL legend Jim Brown is really good friends with former "In Living Color" star Tommy Davidson ... and last night, the two went out partying together.

We could barely believe our eyes when we saw the 77-year-old Hall of Famer leaving H.O.M.E. late Sunday night ... where Tommy was having his 50th birthday party. Jim arrived to the party with his wife Monique, looking fantastic.

Turns out, Jim and Tommy are pretty tight -- and have been pals for a long time. It's unclear how they met, but we know they consider each other great friends.

Fun Fact -- back in 1998, Jim made a cameo on Tommy's old sitcom "Between Brothers."

Fresh off his "I'm not a bully" interview, Richie Incognito sat by himself for a lonely breakfast in Beverly Hills this morning ... and TMZ Sports has the photo.

Incognito took a solo seat at The Farm of Beverly Hills ... and ordered a chicken, goat cheese and spinach scramble ... with a cup of coffee to wash it down.

Restaurant sources tell us Richie was pretty quiet during the meal -- but was very polite to staffers and left a pretty solid tip.

Incognito flew in to L.A. on Friday for a sit-down with Jay Glazer -- and claimed he was "best friends" with Jonathan Martin ... and that they frequently joked with each other using vulgar language.

‘Sugar’ Shane Mosley chalked up 47 wins during his incredible boxing career (knocking out 39 fighters) but none of it mattered this weekend when his GF made him her bitch -- right in the middle of a Hollywood street.

Mosley -- who held 6 world titles -- was talking shop with our photog outside Katsuya in Hollywood ... when his girlfriend Bella Gonzalez decided it was time to go -- and shut the whole thing down.

Mosley – who went toe-to-toe in the ring with the likes of De La Hoya and Floyd Mayweather Jr. – TRIED to stand his ground and continue the convo with TMZ ... but Bella wasn't havin' it.

Jenna Jameson is now riding Rampage Jackson's bandwagon, hard ... and wants to see her ex Tito Ortiz go down -- because apparently she doesn't know he's already down.

Jenna was partying in Huntington Beach, CA this weekend when we asked if she still roots for Tito ... and she quickly responded, "I'm rooting for Rampage. He's hot, he's sweet, and he's really good at what he does."

Then she smacked Tito in the jaw ... adding, "And he doesn't cry all the time."
