Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte has been forced into a break from his swim training ... after tearing up his knee in a bizarre accident -- on dry land.

Lochte's rep tells us ... The 11-time medalist tore his MCL and sprained the ACL in his left knee ... when he greeted an overly excited fan in Florida who ran and plowed into him.

The teenage girl knocked Lochte to the ground ... and smacked his knee on a curb causing the severe injuries.

Team Lochte says Ryan will take an immediate break from training and competition. But we're told his medical team expects a full recovery.

All is not lost, Team USA.

Kordell Stewart is adamant ... he's NOT GAY ... despite his ex-wife going on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" this week and suggesting otherwise.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers QB just appeared on V-103 ... just two days after Porsha Stewart said on her Bravo reality show she had questioned K's sexuality.

"There were definitely times in the marriage that Kordell didn't necessarily want me physically," she said.

She also explained that when she questioned if K was gay, it was based on "things that I had experienced or seen."

Now, Kordell is lashing back ... claiming he's not gay, bisexual -- "I'm 100% man."

Of course, the issue with Kordell's denial is the insinuation that gays are not 100% men.

Still, Kordell continued, "I don't do no homophobic. I don't do no none of that. There's nothing about no dude that I see."

Richie Incognito had a brand new black Ferrari delivered to his Miami home this morning ... but he didn't drive it away, like he did to his teammate Jonathan Martin.

Incognito appeared cool, calm and collected when the car was delivered to his home early Tuesday morning -- not even cracking a smile as the exotic whip arrived at his doorstep.

Interesting that Richie was sporting a Miami Heat hat on his head -- instead of Dolphins gear -- considering the team has stopped selling R.I. gear in the team shop and appears to be cutting all ties.

When you chug a $100,000 bottle of champagne, you don't just discard the bottle, you carry it around with you ... or if you're David Ortiz, you get a woman to lug it around for you.

The Red Sox hero was strolling into "David Letterman" yesterday ... followed by a champagne handler who carried the 15 litre bottle of Armand de Brignac Nebuchadnezzar Champagne (also known as "Ace of Spades") Ortiz pounded after the World Series.

Can't give the guy too hard of a time though -- 'cause after the show, he was his typical friendly self ... and even posed for pics with some NYPD officers.

What rivalry?

The Miami Dolphins official online team shop has STOPPED selling all things Richie Incognito ... in the wake of reports the lineman is about to be cut from the team for good, TMZ Sports has learned.

It's unclear when the Dolphins pulled the Incognito gear from the online team shop, but as of 6AM Tuesday morning, it appears fans can no longer buy jerseys, shirts or any other merch containing traces of Incognito.

We tried to call the team shop's customer service hotline for help -- but we couldn't get a live person on the phone.

Richie Incognito does NOT have the right to drop the N-bomb, even if some of his teammates were cool with it ... this according to NFL great LaDainian Tomlinson.

LT was out at BJ's in Century City last night (try the pizookie), when we asked about the video TMZ Sports posted showing Incognito raging out in a pool hall while screaming the n-word.

"There's no place for that ... that type of word being used," Tomlinson said.

"Heck, our own community don't want our young kids using it ... so we definitely don't want someone of another race using it in a negative way."

The Miami Dolphins locker room is DIVIDED ... at least when it comes to how the team is handling the Richie Incognito situation, team sources tell TMZ Sports.

We're told ... there are several players who are upset about the team's decision to suspend Richie in the wake of allegations he bullied and hurled the n-word at teammate Jonathan Martin.

Our sources say ... the information that has been leaked to the media may "look bad," but it doesn't tell the whole story or paint Richie in a fair light. We're told there are several players who felt Richie may have given Martin a hard time, but he never crossed the line.

Other players feel the opposite -- we're told there are several players who are happy Incognito is gone and believe the Dolphins are doing the right thing by keeping him out of the locker room. They believe it sends the right message to the team, to the league and beyond.

The video was shot Sunday night at the W Hollywood's weekly jazz night. Rodman takes the mic and performs maybe the worst rendition of "Shake Your Booty" we've ever heard, but still manages to make it fun.

As for the hot chick, she's some singer named Nikki Leonti.

After Otton left SC, he opened a chain of restaurants called Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana (the pizza's actually pretty damn good).

But back in 2011, a woman named Belinda Fischer says she was badly injured at his Pasadena location -- and she's pointing the finger at a "drop, a deceptive and hidden step" that caused her to fall.

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Belinda says ... "as [her] foot encountered this sudden drop she lost her balance as her body was forced down to the ground."

Translation -- she ate s**t, hard.

Fischer says Otton and the restaurant knew about the dangerous step and should have fixed it before she went down.

Fischer is suing for unspecified damages -- but it's clear she's looking for a big payday, claiming she's got some serious medical bills to pay.

Richie Sambora was NOT allowed to play a hardcore guitar riff during the Breeder's Cup because officials were afraid it would cause the horses to FREAK OUT ... and TMZ has the rendition that was too hot for the race track.

We've learned ... after Sambora was tapped to play the traditional Call to Post at the race, he whipped up two versions to submit to the race officials -- a heavy metal riff and a more toned down version.

Race officials tell TMZ ... they loved both versions, but were afraid the heavier riff could spook the horses -- so they nixed that version and made Richie go with the more mellow rendition.

Fortunately, things went off without a hitch -- Sambora rocked his performance (none of the horses went crazy) and race officials tell us they want Richie back next year.

In fact, race officials tell us ... NBC has already expressed interest in using Richie's version in horse racing promos in the future.

Miami Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito shouted the N-word ... in a shirtless rage ... during a crazy outing with teammates at a bar earlier this year -- and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The video was shot several months ago ... showing Richie running around Dirty Blondes -- a pool hall in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

As the video begins, Richie shouts, "Mike Pouncey, N**GA!!"

FYI -- Mike Pouncey is a member of the Dolphins and it looks like he's in the video. When Richie drops the N-bomb, it seems like he's announcing that Pouncey is in the bar.

In the footage, Incognito proceeds to stomp around the bar with his shirt off while patrons watch the lineman go berserk.

Incognito is under fire for allegedly harassing his teammate Jonathan Martin -- and calling him a "half-n**ger" in a voice mail.

Incognito has since been suspended by the team.

Three incredible things happened recently -- 1) a soldier approached UFC legend Chuck Liddell and actually ASKED Chuck to kick him in the chest ... 2) Chuck actually did it ... 3) It was caught on tape.

We're not sure what the kick registered on the Richter scale (probably around a 6.0) but you'll still feel it after watching this video. It's devastating.

It's unclear when or where the video was recorded, but Chuck just posted it online along with the caption, "A soldier asked me to kick him wearing his iotv kit so I obliged."

The man who shot and killed former NFL star Sean Taylor has just been found guilty of 2nd degree murder ... and now faces life in prison.

A Florida jury just convicted 23-year-old Eric Rivera for his role in the 2007 incident -- when Rivera and 4 others broke into Taylor's home in a botched burglary attempt.

Rivera and his crew believed the house was empty at the time -- but they were wrong -- and when Taylor confronted the burglars, Rivera opened fire ... striking Sean in the leg, severing his femoral artery. Taylor bled out and died from the wound.

Taylor -- a rising defensive star in the NFL -- was only 24 at the time of his death.

A judge will now decide Rivera's sentence -- and he could face life in prison.

Marilyn Manson finally made his highly-anticipated cameo on "Eastbound & Down" last night ... and even though he was only on screen for 20 seconds, he still managed to feel the wrath of Kenny Powers.

The goth rocker threw on some yellow shorts and a pair of roller skates to play an awkward server at a roller skating rink ... who interrupts Kenny while La Flama Blanca is arguing with his wife.
