Suspended Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito left a vicious and racist voice mail for his teammate Jonathan Martin earlier this year, calling him a "half-n*****" and threatening to kill him -- this according to a new report.

ESPN's Adam Schefter claims he's heard the voice mail -- which Incognito allegedly left on Martin's phone in April -- and transcribed the message:

"Hey, wassup, you half n***** piece of s***. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s*** in your f****** mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f****** mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F*** you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

Schefter claims both the Dolphins and the NFL have heard the voice message. It's unclear what started the beef.

You'll recall, the Dolphins announced last night they'd be suspending Incognito indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team. Martin, meanwhile, voluntarily took leave from the Dolphins following the alleged harassment.

It's not clear whether Martin will be returning, or whether the Dolphins will recoup what's left of his salary for this season. Under his contract, he's reportedly owed a base salary of $607,466 for 2013-2014. He still has two more seasons left on his contract after this one.

Houston Texans' head coach Gary Kubiak remains in a Houston hospital after collapsing on the field at halftime yesterday ... team officials say he's being monitored by doctors .... but he's "alert, coherent and in good spirits."

Kubiak had to be carried off the field on a stretcher ... after he fell to the ground complaining of dizziness during the Texans-Colts game. Team officials say he didn't have a heart attack and never lost consciousness.

Team doctors treated Kubiak on the field before he was taken by ambulance to the hospital. A statement from the Texans' front office says he was admitted overnight and will be watched by doctors for the next 24 hours to try to figure out why he collapsed.

Eddie Alvarez took home more than just the Lightweight title from Bellator 106 this weekend ... he also left with GNARLY stitches over his eye.

Alvarez and Michael Chandler went toe to toe for 4 rounds ... but Eddie took home the belt after a split decision.

The 29-year old fighter showed off his intense victory stitches from the hospital the following day and surprisingly said he was "all better."

Don't feel too bad for Eddie ... 'cause when he got home his neighbors had setup a huge banner in the new champ's front yard to welcome him home.

Rip Hamilton believes he can DEFEAT the common fever ... through DA FEET ... with some help from Apple Cider Vinegar and some plastic bags.

The former Detroit Pistons sharpshooter (and 3-time All Star) claims to have the ultimate anti-fever home remedy -- and is currently trying out the method on his own kid, who's a little under the weather.

Here's the trick, according to Rip:

Step 1 -- soak a pair of socks in chilled Apple Cider Vinegar.
Step 2 -- put soaked socks on feet
Step 3 -- put plastic bags over socks and seal them (with tape or rubber band)
Step 4 -- re-soak the socks every 20 minutes.

And if that doesn't work, you can use the remaining Apple Cider Vinegar as a hair wash -- seriously, ACV contains properties that leaves hair silky smooth!

Miami Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito isn't the overly aggressive a-hole he's made out to be ... at least that's what he tells Dolphins fans before each and every home game.

TMZ has learned ... before the allegations of locker room bullying went public, Incognito shot a PSA video that plays at Sun Life Stadium -- in which he reminds fans to behave properly in the stadium.

"Players have called me overly aggressive," Richie says ... "but off the field, and on the croquet lawn, I'm quite civilized."

RI then reminds fans to be "respectful and civilized."

Someone call Calvin Klein, 'cause if a college football program expects to recruit top notch players, they gotta LOOK GOOD ... so says former University of Oregon star Joey Harrington.

Harrington -- who's now an analyst on "Fox College Football" -- was rollin' into Boa in Hollywood this weekend when he was asked about Oregon's penchant for pushing the envelope with its flashy uniform combinations.

Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak COLLAPSED as he was walking off the field during halftime of the "Sunday Night Football" match up ... and was carted off the field while appearing to be in extreme pain.

Medical personnel immediately ran over and began treating the 52-year-old coach, who couldn't sit up or even open his eyes.

So far, it's unclear why Kubiak collapsed -- according to NBC, Kubiak has no history of heart problems.

As he was wheeled off the field, Kubiak was talking. He was put into a waiting ambulance, which raced to a nearby hospital.

Texans assistant coach Wade Phillips, who took over the head coaching duties, said Kubiak appeared to be OK, and went to the hospital just to be safe.

A rep for the Texans says Kubiak never lost consciousness. His family is with him at the hospital.

Rob Dyrdek walked away from the Breeders' Cup a few pounds heavier yesterday ... cause the MTV star won a TON of money!

Dyrdek was betting on the ponies at Santa Anita Racetrack in Los Angeles and dropped beaucoup bucks on the horse who eventually won the B.C. -- Mucho Macho Man.

Mucho came in second last year ... but took first Saturday afternoon after winning the $5 million prize by a nose.

Before the race Dyrdek said he'd get "a whole lotta cash" if M.M.M. won.

Once it was over, Rob didn't divulge the amount ... instead he posted the photo above.

Denver Nuggets mascot Rocky the Mountain Lion's motionless body was lowered from the Pepsi Center ceiling last night before their home opener ... but the big mystery is why.

The plan called for Rocky to be lowered from the rafters with a spotlight on him ... but when his descent to the floor began -- Rocky didn't move a muscle ... and instantly collapsed when he touched the ground.

According to reports ... the guy in the suit was checked out right after and walked off the court on his own, but so far ... the team has been hush-hush on what happened.

Good news -- the team should have Rocky back for their next game.

Kobe Bryant's having a pretty good Friday -- 'cause he just got a check for $24.4 MILLION dollars, courtesy of the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Mamba had pre-negotiated his deal with the team to get roughly 80% of his $30.5 million salary for this season up front in one giant balloon payment -- and today is payday.

Total payment -- $24,363,044.

As for the remaining $6 mil, that'll be paid out by the end of the season (unclear if it'll be broken up into weekly payments).

Floyd Mayweather challenged Lindsay Lohan to the ultimate fight last night -- he brought the recovering alcoholic into his booze-filled VIP booth during a raging Halloween party ... where she battled to resist temptation.

Floyd and Lohan hosted the Oct. 31 costume bash at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut. Floyd dressed up as Freddy Krueger and Lindsay dressed up as a bloody Carrie from "The Rage."

Sources at the party tell us ... Floyd and Lindsay got along like two old friends -- with Floyd inviting her into his private VIP booth ... which was stocked with several bottles of champagne.

It's a tough spot for Lindsay -- who LOOOVES to drink -- but has been in and out of rehab because, well, she's got an alcohol problem.

Our sources tell us ... Lindsay was seen drinking out of a cup -- but it's unclear if she was boozing or sipping on something of non-alcoholic variety.

Lamar Odom was drunk -- very drunk -- at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood Wednesday night ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ -- and it's a dramatic, depressing turn in his life.

People who were present tell us ... Lamar showed up with several guys. In short order Lamar was hanging at the bar doing shots of Patron. For the next 3 hours, Lamar could not be seen without a glass of champagne.

Our sources say he was "hammered." One witness -- who knows the difference -- says Lamar didn't seem like he was on drugs. It appeared to be alcohol-fueled.

Lamar stayed until closing at 2 AM. By 2:30 AM he was in the valet area talking about where to go for the "after party."

Olympic gold medalist and failed reality star Ryan Lochte still has tons of cash -- or maybe just sucks at math -- because he just dropped a 200% tip at an expensive Las Vegas steakhouse ... TMZ has learned.

Sources at Andiamo Italian Steakhouse in the D Casino & Hotel tell us, Lochte stopped by with a bunch of dudes Wednesday night and ran up a $314 tab -- on top of which Lochte added gratuity of $606, for a grand total of $920.

We're told Ryan -- whose reality show "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" was canceled after one season -- asked all the waiters to split up the ridiculously generous tip evenly.

But we know ... you're still wondering why Lochte's pockets are so damn fat?

Deion Sanders will get a slap on the wrist ... for the violent physical confrontation he had earlier this month with a school official in Dallas ... TMZ has learned ... but Deion tells us his fight for justice isn't over.

According to police documents obtained by TMZ ... Sanders was given a Class C citation for misdemeanor assault -- the lowest level of misdemeanor that carries no jail time but is punishable by a fine of up to $500.

As we've reported ... Deion locked horns with Prime Prep Academy official Kevin Jefferson during a heated faculty meeting. Sanders -- who co-founded the school -- insists he never assaulted the guy but admits there was a confrontation.

In his statement to police ... Jefferson says Sanders got in his face and "grabbed [him] by the collar and pushed him into the wall hurting the right side of his back" ... before other staff members stepped in to stop the fight.

According to Dallas PD ... Deion now has two choices -- he can either pay the fine – or contest the assault citation in Dallas City Court.

Deion is choosing door number two. He tells TMZ, "I'm glad to go to court with several teachers who witnessed the non-assault."
