9:45 AM PT -- According to the Cobb County District Attorney's Office, Lawrence Taylor Jr. could face 25 YEARS TO LIFE in prison if convicted on either the sodomy charge or the child molestation charge.

The statutory rape charge carries a sentence of 1 to 20 years behind bars.

We're told LTJ is still in custody ... and has already appeared in front of the judge.

8:05 AM PT -- According to the warrant, obtained by TMZ, the accuser is a female under the age of 16.

Also, according to the doc, the charge of "sodomy" does not entail anal sex -- in the legal sense, the term "sodomy" can refer to oral sex ... as it does in this instance.

According to the warrant, cops responded to a home in Powder Springs, GA around 5pm on July 6 ... and the accuser claimed Lawrence Taylor Jr. forcibly performed oral sex on her.

The accuser told cops LTJ "first asked her if he could eat her out repeatedly in which she stated no."

The accuser says LTJ then "with force spread her legs then pulled her bathing suit to the side and gave her oral sex."

According to the warrant, there was ANOTHER underage girl at the scene ... who told cops she had sex with LTJ back in February 2012 approximately 5 or 6 times.

LTJ was hit with the aggravated sodomy charge and the child molestation charge for the alleged forced oral sex on the first accuser.

He was arrested for statutory rape for the alleged sex with the second accuser.

The son of NFL legend Lawrence Taylor has been arrested for rape in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Cobb County Sheriff's Office ... Lawrence Taylor Jr. was arrested on July 7 on 3 counts -- statutory rape (felony), aggravated child molestation (felony), and statutory aggravated sodomy (felony). The details surrounding the arrest are unclear.

According to LTJ's booking sheet -- the NFL legend's son was born in 1981 and is listed at 6'1" and 230 lbs. He also has a Japanese symbol tattoo on his back. He also has tattoos on his shoulders.

Junior was the "presenter" when his father was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio back in 1999.

LTJ's father was infamously arrested for rape back in 2010 after having sex with an underage prostitute. LT eventually pled guilty to one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct. He was sentenced to 6 years probation with no jail time -- and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

You'd THINK Los Angeles Lakers star Metta World Peace would be one of the FIRST one's to know that Dwight Howard ditched the team for the Houston Rockets ... turns out, he was one of the last.

Metta was leaving Mastro's in Beverly Hills on Saturday night with his GF Shin Shin when we asked how he felt about the move -- but to our surprise (and his), Metta told us he had NO IDEA Howard picked the Rockets.

The reaction seems legit ... considering Shin Shin seemed just as shocked.

"I don't know what happened," Metta said ... "He's going to Houston?"

Prince Jackson is one step closer to becoming a cold-blooded killing machine -- TMZ has learned, Michael Jackson's first born just earned his blue belt in Jiu Jitsu last week ... from one of the most famous martial arts schools in the world.

It's no small feat ... sources at the renowned Gracie Academy in Beverly Hills -- where the 16-year-old trains -- tell us, there are only 5 belts total in the Gracie belt hierarchy, and it takes a LONG time to move up in the ranks.

FYI, the Gracie family is Jiu Jitsu royalty -- and has trained scores of MMA stars like Brendan Schaub, Nate Diaz, Antoni Hardonk, Rani Yahya ... hell, even Tim Tebow.

As for the belts, blue is the second belt after white -- and in order to advance, we're told students must learn 34 different maneuvers (such as an arm bar, elevator sweep, and a guillotine) each with roughly 4 different techniques.

After blue comes purple, then brown, then black -- and to get to purple, we're told Prince will have to learn an additional 600 moves.

The whistleblower who claims to have proof Alex Rodriguez, Ryan Braun and other baseball players took steroids ... has been threatened and hounded so much ... he's being forced into hiding, TMZ has learned.

According to sources connected to Major League Baseball's steroid investigation ... Porter Fischer has been under constant pressure for more than six months from private investigators -- hired by players, he believes -- attempting to get their hands on his records from the now infamous Biogenesis clinic in Miami.

We're also told Fischer's received death threats.

As we previously reported the ex-Biogenesis employee has documents which allegedly nail several players for purchasing and using performance enhancing drugs from the clinic within the last year.

He's currently negotiating a deal to turn over the docs to MLB officials.

Although Fischer stands to make a fortune -- possibly seven figures -- we're told he plans to use the money to disappear, and to protect his loved ones ... sort of like his own witness protection program.

Screw Disneyland ... after Chris Weidman delivered his KO punch to Anderson Silva, the new UFC champ took his fists straight to a Vegas club to reap the spoils of his victory.

The celebration went down at Surrender Nightclub inside the Wynn hotel. We're told Chris rolled in at 1:30 AM with a crew of about 40 people ... including NBA champs Mike Miller and Udonis Haslem.

He also brought his giant championship belt.

Murray took the title today, beating Novak Djokovic in straight sets ... 6-4, 7-5, 6-4.

As for the historical significance ... Murray becomes the first British male to win Wimbledon in 77 years. Queen Elizabeth II was 10 years old.

Do as Game says, not as he does ... because while he plans on torching his Dwight Howard jersey, he recommends another mode of destruction for other Los Angeles Lakers fans.

Our photog caught up with Game outside Katsuya in Hollywood last night, where he actually defended Dwight's decision to bolt for Houston and thinks the Lakers will be just fine without him.

Some people said it couldnt be done ... but last night reigning UFC champ Anderson Silva LOST his first title fight in seven years ... when Chris Weidman knocked his ass out.

It all went down in Las Vegas as the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Chris and Silva faced off ... with Silva -- considered the best MMA fighter in the history of the sport -- defending his seven-year stronghold on the middleweight title.

But Silva was fighting cocky -- with his hands down -- and by the 2nd round it caught up to him ... when Weidman caught the Brazilian with a nasty left hook. Silva instantly went down and Weidman was crowned the new champ.

Hundreds of New England Patriots fans lined up outside the Patriots Pro Shop today to exchange their Aaron Hernandez jerseys, and one thing was clear ... they wanted NO part of the accused murderer.

According to ESPN's Adam Shefter, more than 500 Hernandez jerseys were returned by 11:00 AM ET, which was just 90 minutes after the program opened.

TMZ spoke with a few people who waited in line to turn in their jerseys ... a few of whom had bought the jerseys for their kids and wanted to exchange the AH ones for players who were "a better role model."

Kobe Bryant is pissed at Dwight Howard ... so much so he did the worst possible thing you can do to a person ... he UNFOLLOWED HIM ON TWITTER.

That's right, just after Howard announced he was ditching the L.A. Lakers for greener pastures ... i.e. the Houston Rockets ... Kobe made sure to axe D12 from his Twitter feed.

Fellow Laker Pau Gasol also unfollowed Howard -- but reportedly changed his mind 20 mins later.

The Black Keys just put local pizza places and hardware stores in Akron, Ohio to shame -- cause the group just sponsored their own little league team in town ... and hooked 'em up with some pretty kick ass jerseys!

Keys drummer Patrick Carney tells TMZ ... he used to play for the West Akron Baseball League in Ohio decades ago with his childhood best friend. So when his BF asked him to sponsor his lil bro's team this year, he jumped at the chance to give back.

The WABL's president says it only cost the group $300 to make it happen ... and everyone on the team couldn't have been happier with their involvement.

The best part -- after the season was over ... Patrick and keys band mate Dan Auerbach told the kids to send mail them their jerseys and they'll autograph every single one.

Dwight Howard has decided to make the entire city of Los Angeles hate him (except for the ever-growing number of Clippers fans) by spurning the Lakers and signing with the Houston Rockets.

No word on whether he will sign outright with Houston or work out some sort of sign-and-trade with the Lakers (which would net him more money).

D12 cannot officially sign any deal until July 10.

Howard spent one disastrous, injury-plagued year with the Lakers after they acquired him in a trade from the Orlando Magic.

The Black Mamba will not take this lightly.

eBay's profiting off "blood money" from Aaron Hernandez' alleged murder by allowing sellers to jack up jersey prices -- so say several New England sports memorabilia store owners ... and they REFUSE to do the same thing.

As you know, prices for Hernandez jerseys on eBay have soared in light of recent events -- with some jerseys reaching $1,500 or more -- but TMZ spoke with the owners of multiple New England sports memorabilia stores ... and not ONE of them plans to raise prices to meet demand.

The owner of Sportsworld USA in Saugus, MA, tells us, "We don't want to make money off this incident. It's what we consider blood money. We just want to get our money back."

The owner of Your Sports Memorabilia in Boston says, "I do not stand for what he allegedly did and wouldn't want to profit off an individual who was murdered ... Sports memorabilia is a dirty industry and this is one of the reasons why."

The owner of SureShot Promotions in Hanson, MA, says the store is even discounting some of the jerseys to get rid of them ASAP -- telling us, "It is a sad situation."

And for the record, the demand in memorabilia stores is just as crazy as it is online ... the owner of New England Pictures (Manchester, NH) says they sold more Hernandez jerseys the day his murder charge was announced than they did in the 6 months before.

Scottie Pippen fled the scene after knocking a fan unconscious outside a Malibu restaurant last month ... this according to the 911 tape obtained by TMZ.

During the call, an emergency responder communicates with 911 dispatch ... who says the victim was knocked out cold outside Nobu. The incident was described as an assault.

But the crazy part ... the dispatcher says the "suspect fled," leaving the victim unconscious in the parking lot. Pretty effed up.

As we reported, Pippen has accused the victim of calling him the n-word and spitting at him, which is why Pippen attacked. The victim has since denied the allegations, saying he just wanted a photo.
