US Open winner Justin Rose -- the first English golfer to win the tournament in 43 years -- definitely isn't Jewish ... because he celebrated his historic victory last night with the least Kosher meal of all-time.

The owner of The Gypsy Saloon in West Conshohocken, PA, tells TMZ, 32-year-old Rose and his crew dropped by last night after he took the title -- beating out Phil Mickelson by two shots -- and ate "like a king."

We're told the kitchen had been closed for hours by the time Rose and his team got there, but the owner fired everything back up just for the new champ ... dishing out heaping plates of lobster mac and cheese, strawberry and caprese salad, calamari, wings, NY strip steak, chicken, pasta, and eggplant rolls.

No surprise, we're told Rose was in great spirits the entire meal -- chatting up the waitresses and other customers -- and the champagne did flow.

We're told Rose was with a party of 6 (including his wife) and the bill came to $550 ... plus a "very generous" tip. The trophy didn't leave his side for a second.

As for Tiger Woods ... dude didn't even crack the top 10.

Terrell Suggs is no punk bitch ... and tells TMZ if Vladimir Putin ever tried to jack his Super Bowl ring (a la Robert Kraft) ... he'd MAN UP and get it back.

The Baltimore Ravens badass was leaving Boa in Hollywood this weekend ... when we asked how he would react if he was in Kraft's shoes when the Russian prez reportedly strong-armed the New England Patriots owner out of his ring during a 2005 encounter.

(FYI -- Putin's people swear Kraft offered the ring as a gift. Suuuuure.)

"I would get it right back," Suggs said ... "He would give me MINE back for sure."

When we insinuated that Putin was "kind of a scary guy," Suggs shot back -- "That's OK. I know a lot of scary guys."

Chad Johnson will be a free man TODAY ... because the judge who sent his ass to jail has agreed to release the former NFL star, 1 week after the infamous butt slap.

Johnson appeared in a Florida courtroom today ... where he faced off with Judge McHugh -- the judge who tore him a new one after he slapped his attorney's ass in open court during last week's hearing.

Johnson was brought into the courtroom wearing handcuffs ... and from the moment the hearing began, the judge blasted Chad for his history of disrespectful behavior.

But after the scolding, the judge agreed to release Johnson today -- but extended his probation by one month ... meaning he won't be in the clear until October 16.

During today's hearing, the judge also revisited the 2012 domestic abuse incident involving his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada -- and said what he did to her was "horrific."

Former NBA star Allen Iverson has abducted his own children ... so says his ex-wife, and now she's begging the court to force Allen to give them back.

Tawanna Iverson just filed legal docs, claiming Allen recently asked for permission to take their five kids on a short vacation to Charlotte, NC from May 22nd-May 26th (and Tawanna agreed) but when May 26th rolled around, the children hadn't been returned.

The kids range in age from 3 to 16 years old.

In the docs, Tawanna says she tried to set up an exchange on June 4th at a neutral location -- a nearby Target store -- but A.I. never showed up.

Tawanna -- who has sole legal and primary physical custody of their children -- now believes Allen never took their kids to Charlotte at all ... and is currently keeping them at a Sheraton hotel in Georgia.

Tawanna claims she's especially concerned because Allen's an alcoholic who drinks around their kids.

She now wants the court to force him to return the kids ... and punish him as well, even suggesting the judge lock him up in jail.

It's not the first time she's tried to get Iverson locked up ... she had previously begged the court to send him to the pokey for allegedly not paying more than $40,000 in child support.

George Lucas thinks he won an "NCAA" award for his movie "Red Tails" ... which is incredible since he neither rebounds nor shoots well from the paint.

Lucas was accepting his first Emmy for his animated series "Star Wars: Clone Wars" ... when he TRIED to reference the NAACP award he won earlier this year for his WWII drama about the Tuskegee Airmen.

Rachel Uchitel and hubby Matt Hahn decided to get divorced after an argument erupted over a bungled trip to the grocery store which then triggered allegations of kidnapping. We will explain.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the morning Rachel called the cops on Matt -- she woke up only to learn her hubby hadn't gone to the grocery store like he had promised. So Rachel had to schlep to the store with baby Wyatt and the family dog. And when she got back, all hell broke loose ... name-calling on Matt's part and a little slapping on Rachel's.

We're told Matt called her a "dictator" for ordering him to perform chores on her timeline. It escalated to the point Rachel called 911, pleading with cops to eject Matt from the house.

When the cops wouldn't give Rachel what she wanted, Tiger's ex executed Plan B. She took her 1-year-old daughter to their hoity-toity weekend home in Connecticut and stayed for 5 days. That set Matt off, alleging she kidnapped their kid.

Matt moved out of their NYC, $8,000-a-month rental, and Rachel returned with Wyatt.

As TMZ first reported ... Matt alleged "cruel and inhumane treatment" in filing for divorce, but now it looks like they're ending the marriage peacefully.

Chad Johnson's money woes have gotten so bad, his expenses outpace his income to the tune of $45,982.76 per month ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Johnson has been battling his baby mamas in an effort to lower his child support payments ... seeing as he no longer makes the cash he used to at the height of his NFL career.

In docs filed in April, Johnson claims to only make about $3,000/month ... but that immediately disappears thanks to the $16,525 he already pays in child support.

Then when you get to his own expenses, Johnson forks over $9,063.24 in mortgage payments, $2,500 for food, $2,650 on car expenses, $3,500 on clothing, $250 for grooming, $5,000 on entertainment, $1,000 for pet expenses along with various other expenses that total $31,154.76.

Add it all up ... and Johnson is in the red $45,982.76/month.

But it's not all bad news ... Chad still has two houses, two cars, and a few bank accounts that put his assets at a nice $4,720,672.57.

Maybe 30 days behind bars wouldn't be such a bad thing ... FREE MEALS!

Los Angeles Lakers executive Johnny Buss -- oldest son of deceased Lakers owner Jerry Buss -- has filed for divorce from his wife, who happens to be an ex-Clippers dancer, TMZ has learned.

Johnny -- who's currently the V.P. of Strategic Development for the Lake Show -- filed divorce docs in L.A. County Superior Court ... seeking to end his marriage to Christy Curtis Buss ... a marriage that began in 1991.

Here's the weird part ... in the court docs, obtained by TMZ, Buss states that he and Christy separated back in 2000 ... which means they've been split up for 13 YEARS!

Apparently, Johnny finally felt like cutting the cord ... because he filed the docs himself on June 11, 2013. It's unclear why he waited so long. They have no minor children.

In the docs, Buss blames the split on irreconcilable differences ... but checked the box that acknowledges he'll have to pony up spousal support.

Ex-UFC champ Ricco Rodriguez has just dodged the strong arm of the law in his drunk driving arrest ... TMZ has learned.

The "Celebrity Rehab" Season 1 alum was arrested in March on suspicion of DUI.

Rico copped a deal, and pled no contest to "wet reckless" -- reckless driving involving alcohol. It's not as serious as DUI, but gets the point across. The DUI charges were dropped.

The former champ won't spend any time in the pokey, but he will be on probation for 3 years. And he was socked with the obligatory $300 fine and a 12-hour alcohol ed program.

WNBA legend Chamique Holdsclaw just pled GUILTY in that crazy attack on her ex-GF -- where she FIRED A GUN inside the woman's car -- but she won't spend a single day behind bars.

TMZ broke the story ... Holdsclaw -- one of the WNBA's all-time greats -- was arrested in Atlanta last year. Cops say the 35-year-old trailed Jennifer Lacy's car in November, then attacked it with a baseball bat and fired a gun into the backseat while Lacy was inside the vehicle.

Earlier today, Holdsclaw pled guilty to 2 counts of aggravated assault, 4 counts of criminal damage, and 1 count of illegal firearm possession.

But despite the fact she FIRED A GUN ... Holdsclaw wasn't sentenced to any jail time ... instead, she got 3 years’ probation, a $3, 000 fine ... and is not allowed to possess a gun for the next 3 years.

She's also been ordered to stay away from Lacy and complete anger management ... along with 120 hours of community service.

Reid Flair -- son of wrestling legend Ric Flair -- died from an accidental overdose of heroin and other drugs ... this according to an official autopsy report released today.

As TMZ previously reported ... 25-year-old Flair was pronounced dead on March 29 after his father discovered him out cold in a Charlotte, NC hotel room.

According to the autopsy report ... traces of the muscle relaxant clonazepam and Xanax (anti-anxiety medication) were also found in Reid's system.

Reid -- who had just returned from a wrestling stint in Japan -- had struggled with heroin in the past ... according to several reports, he overdosed 3 times in 2 years.

It's the deck that created a legend ... and now the very first skateboard that Tony Hawk ever owned is going to be enshrined forever in the Smithsonian!

Hawk just posted a photo of his original beat-up board -- made by the Bahne skateboard company -- and we're guessing the item has got to be worth a friggin' fortune.

Seems Kobe Bryant started a German trend ... 'cause NBA star Jermaine O'Neal took Kobe's lead and flew out to Germany for a special medical procedure that ain't exactly legal in the U.S. of A..

34-year-old O'Neal -- a 6-time NBA All-Star -- just posted a photo standing next to famed German surgeon Dr. Peter Wehling along with the caption, "Just finished up my last day of a week long of treatments out here in germany with the great Dr Wehling!"

There's only one reason O'Neal would go to Germany -- Regenokine ... a special procedure involving the manipulation of red blood cells that's believed to accelerate the body's healing process.

The only catch ... the procedure ain't exactly approved by the American FDA ... 'cause according to Grantland.com, it violates an FDA regulation that mandates that all human tissues (such as blood and bone marrow) can only be "minimally manipulated."

Obviously O'Neal isn't afraid ... neither is Kobe ... and even A-Rod is reported to have gone to Deutschland for a quick German fix-me-up.

It's unclear which body part O'Neal was hoping to fix -- but last year, Wehling reportedly worked on Jermaine's knees ... and it seems to have worked. J.O. played 55 games in the 2012-13 season ... the 2nd highest he has played in the last 10 seasons.

The NBA doesn't seem to mind the procedure ... 'cause Kobe never faced any repercussions from the league -- in fact, he played noticeably BETTER after he came back.

As for O'Neal ... he's not just hungry for an NBA championship ... he's also craving some high quality food ... recently tweeting, "Anybody know what's the best steakhouse to go to out here in Dusseldorf, Germany?"

The World Wrestling Federation doesn't even exist anymore, but rapper Gunplay is joining the ranks of Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and more ... as the new WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMP -- at least according to his new tattoo.

The heavily-tatted Gunplay was in NYC Wednesday when we asked if he'd gotten any new ink recently, and the guy lifted up his shirt -- revealing a tattoo of the most famous championship belt in wrestling history ... the winged eagle belt.

The belt was first worn by Hulk Hogan in 1988 -- and subsequently by legends like Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior, The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Yokozuna, Shawn Michaels, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The belt vanished into obscurity in 1998, and no one really knows where it went.

The nasty feud between Mark Cuban and Jason Kidd is officially OVER ... at least for now ... 'cause Mark tells TMZ the two have made up -- and have even started emailing each other again.

Cuban famously TRASHED Kidd in the media last year after Jason decided not to re-sign with Cuban's Dallas Mavericks ... and instead struck a deal with the NY Knicks.

Cuban had said he was "more than upset" with Kidd -- and said there was "no chance" he'd ever honor Jason by retiring his Mavs jersey.

But something happened over the last few months ... 'cause when we asked Mark how he felt about Jason landing the Brooklyn Nets head coaching job this week, M.C. told us:
