Just hours before Jose Canseco allegedly committed rape ... the alleged victim posed for a very flirty pic with J.C. in a Vegas casino and joked that they had just gotten married, TMZ has learned.

The pic was taken on the floor of the MGM Casino at 2:51 AM on May 10 -- with the woman cozying up for a couply shot with Jose ... with her open right hand placed on the center of his exposed chest.

The person who took the photo says he's a huge Canseco fan (apparently those still exist) ... and had recognized Jose strolling around the casino with a female companion.

The fan asked Jose if he could snap a shot -- and Jose obliged, striking a pose with the woman while she giggled and told the photog she and Jose had just tied the knot.

For the record -- we've done some digging, but couldn't find any proof of a Canseco marriage.

The photog told us the two seemed happy ... no signs of distress.

Of course, things changed -- 'cause the woman reportedly told police Jose drugged and raped her later that day.

Jose has denied the allegations -- claiming his accuser is making up the story for publicity.

Steve Nash is making a full-court press to block his ex-wife from moving from Phoenix to L.A. with their 3 kids so he can avoid paying child support ... this according to court docs filed by his ex.

Nash and his ex Alejandra are locked in a legal battle royale over where she's allowed to move. Alejandra wants to relocate from Phoenix to L.A. ... so the kids can be closer to Steve. But the b-baller has vigorously tried to block the move, which is curious because he famously chose the Lakers over the New York Knicks to be closer to the youngins.

Alejandra says Nash has told her he didn't want her to move out West because he might be traded or forced into retirement ... which would mean uprooting the family again.

But Alejandra says Nash is simply blowing smoke -- and that the REAL reason he wants her to stay put in PHX is because California courts are likely to impose huge child support obligations against him -- something the Phoenix courts have not done.

Alejandra claims Steve is not paying a cent in child support ... zip, zero, zilch ... and he doesn't want to blow a good thing.

Alejandra says Steve's admitted that living so far from the kids is tough on him and them ... and it would be better for everyone if they could spend more time together ... but his desire to save a few bucks on child support is trumping his obligation to his family.

Jose Canseco's ex-GF tells TMZ ... she believes J.C. is COMPLETELY INNOCENT ... and claims the woman accusing the former MLB star of rape is nothing more than a lying publicity whore.

We spoke to Leila Knight -- who dated Canseco for more than 4 years -- and she tells us she's spoken with Canseco at length about the sexual assault accusations that have been made against him in Las Vegas.

"I've been talking to him all day ... it's obvious that it's a publicity stunt, I mean -- the girl's an aspiring actress," Knight says.

Knight also says Canseco is a "gentle person" who always tells the truth -- "If anything, he's too honest."

An internationally-known MMA fighter ... claims a gel that is supposed to enhance sexual performance has ruined his ... claiming he now has a bum penis that can't ejaculate.

Waylon Lowe claims in a new lawsuit ... he bought a tube of Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm Prolonging Gel at a Philly sex shop -- which is supposed to desensitize the penis and enhance stamina. He lathered the gel on his junk and then covered it with a Trojan Magnum latex condom and began having sex with his fiancee.

The sex didn't last long, because their baby started acting up in the next room. While the fiancee tended to their daughter, Lowe claims he began experiencing excruciating pain in the penis. He removed the condom and says he was horrified to see a significantly swelled penis.

Lowe says he ended up in the ER and has suffered "catastrophic and permanent damage" to his penis. Among his many beefs:

-- permanent scarring and disfigurement
-- permanent loss of sensation
-- permanent loss of functioning
-- permanent nerve damage
-- loss of life's pleasures
-- inability to ejaculate

Lowe is suing for a minimum of $50k ... we're guessing he wants a lot more.

Lowe strongly insinuates in the lawsuit ... the damage was caused by placing the condom over the gel, despite the fact that the label gives users the green light to wrap it.

Evelyn Lozada has a message for Chad Johnson ... wait, no she doesn't ... 'cause she doesn't ever wanna speak two words to her ex-husband ever again.

The "Basketball Wives" star had just arrived at LAX yesterday when we asked if she had spoken with Chad since Monday's arrest ... stemming from the time he attacked her last year.

But Evelyn -- who immediately divorced Chad after the incident -- told TMZ ... she doesn't want anything to do with the ex-NFL star ever again.

Jose Canseco is under investigation in Las Vegas after a woman filed a report accusing the former MLB star of sexual assault ... but Jose says it's all BS, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... the 48-year-old retired baseball player has been named as a suspect in a police report filed with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.

We're told ... the person who filed the report says the incident went down on May 10.

Canseco went to his Twitter page moments ago and said, "[The accuser] told police that I druged [sic] her and then raped her. hmmmmm. lets find out what really happened."

The accuser appears to be a fitness instructor who lives in Vegas.

The only thing Denver Nuggets star JaVale McGee likes more than a goofy outfit ... IS A GREAT RIDDLE ... and last night, he challenged TMZ to a quality brainteaser right on the street!

Here's the deal ... McGee was leaving Crustacean in L.A. last night when one of our photogs hit up the 7-footer with a bunch of random, weird questions ... like, "How much would your $44 million contract weigh in gold bars?"

The home of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice was struck by a burglar this weekend ... and the scumbag made off with two guns and $2,000 in cash ... this according to police.

Cops say Rice wasn't home at the time of the burglary -- which went down between 8:30 am Friday and 12:50 am Saturday -- but a friend was staying at Rice's Maryland home and reported the incident to police.

The good news ... cops say there is surveillance video of the crook entering through a rear window and ransacking the home.

Exactly two years ago, "Macho Man" Randy Savage died in a car crash in Florida -- and today, the wrestler's family is honoring his memory by eating at a restaurant dear to his heart ... the Olive Garden.

Randy's brother Lanny Poffo tells TMZ he and his 86-year-old mother Judy decided to celebrate Randy's incredible life with a special lunch ... and they picked Olive Garden in Tampa, FL because it was always the go-to spot for family functions.

Lanny says ... the family shared so many happy memories at the O.G. -- so today, they wanted to focus on his life and the good times ... and not his death.

As for Randy's widow, Lanny tells us ... she's still having an especially tough time getting through the day, considering she was a passenger in Randy's car when he suffered a heart attack and veered into a tree back in 2011. He was 58.
