Now that he's confirmed he's dating 28-year-old Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, Tiger Woods has his choice of rooms to make the magic happen in his sick $60 million mega estate.

Tiger's ridiculous waterfront crib on Florida's exclusive Jupiter Island comes with all the bare necessities for an athletic super couple to work up a sweat together ... like a tennis court, diving pool and lap pool, running track, boat slip and the ubiquitous backyard golf course.

Lindsey will no doubt enjoy her time being the mistress of the house.

Joe Rogan -- the voice of the UFC -- is taking a stand on transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox ... saying  there's "no f**king way" she should be allowed to get in the ring with a natural woman.

Rogan unloaded on Fox during his podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience" -- saying, "She calls herself a woman but ... I tend to disagree."

He continues, "She used to be a man ... but now she has had, she's a transgender which is (the) official term that means you've gone through it, right? And she wants to be able to fight women in MMA. I say no f**king way."

"I say if you had a d*ck at one point in time, you also have all the bone structure that comes with having a d*ck. You have bigger hands, you have bigger shoulder joints. You're a f**king man. That's a man, OK?"

"I don't care if you don't have a d*ck any more," Rogan added ... "You're a man without a d*ck."

Once a cheater, always a cheater ... so says a former Tiger Woods mistress who tells TMZ Tiger's new GF Lindsey Vonn better know what she's getting herself into.

We spoke to former hooker/porn star/ Devon James -- who tells us she was shocked when she saw the pics of Tiger and Lindsey on Facebook yesterday ... saying, "I thought he would have picked a woman who was more petite and not someone who is more muscular and has a bigger head than his."

James continues, "But maybe his taste has changed since Elin and the 27 mistresses."

"But you know when the pics came out of Tiger and his new girlfriend ... somewhere, 15 other girls were going , 'Huh? I thought I was his GF!'"

Kobe Bryant is right ... Atlanta Hawks player Dahntay Jones is a dirty cheater who knew what he was doing when he hurt the Black Mamba on the court last week ... at least according to Lakers superfan Ice Cube.

Cube -- decked out in Lakers gear -- was at LAX this weekend when we asked the rap legend about Kobe's claim that Jones cheap-shotted him during a fadeaway jumper last week ... causing Bryant to injure his ankle.

"It's kinda whack when you gotta cheat to win," Cube said ... saying, "But [Kobe's] a champ, he'll come back. That ankle will be strong."

UFC star Nick Diaz sure made everyone THINK he was thrown in jail this weekend when he posted a pic of himself in front of a cop car, but TMZ has learned he was NOT actually arrested.

Diaz posted the pic with the caption "F**k they got us" ... leading many to believe he was referencing a recent prediction he made -- that he will end up in jail because he's never paid taxes in his life.

Seriously, Diaz said ... out loud ... that he's never paid a single cent in taxes -- EVER.

Turns out Diaz did have a run in with cops Sunday night -- but only because he was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for going the wrong way down a one way street.

Sgt. David Moranz from the Citrus Heights PD tells TMZ the driver of the car was arrested on an outstanding warrant and another passenger in the car was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis ... but Diaz "was never arrested and was released without incidents from the scene."

Diaz has since removed the pic from his Twitter page and if his claims about being a tax evader are true, it seems like he dodged a major bullet ... at least for now.

Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn just admitted what we've all known for weeks -- they are dating ... and they've already posed for the kind of cheesy couple photos normally reserved for people about to get married.

Tiger and Lindsey each posted the dating confession on their Twitter and Facebook pages. Tiger's said ... "Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating."

Lindsey posted a very similar comment ... "Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy."

But the best part of their coming out is definitely the corny photo shoot.

The woman suing Michael Jordan for paternity and child support -- claiming he fathered her 16-year-old son -- has dismissed her case against the NBA star ... but he might not be out of the woods yet.

TMZ has learned Pamela Smith has filed legal documents in Georgia asking the judge to dismiss her case against MJ -- and her request was granted without prejudice (meaning she can refile at a later time if she wants to).

It's unclear why Pamela wanted the case dismissed -- considering she had recently asked the court to order a DNA test ASAP.

It's possible MJ and Pamela reached some sort of settlement ... or agreed to halt legal action while they try to work things out. It's also possible she simply decided to walk away thinking she would lose in court. We simply don't know.

Either way, MJ has succeeded in taking the situation out of the public eye ... at least for now.

Pamela's attorney Randy Kessler tells TMZ ... she dropped the case on his advice that "dismissal at this time, without prejudice, is in her son’s best interests."

If O.J. Simpson's new goal in life is to be on the IRS' s**t list forever ... he's doing a great job ... because the agency just filed ANOTHER tax lien against him to the tune of $63,413.79.

Uncle Sam filed the lien in Florida earlier this month, claiming Simpson still needs to cough up income taxes from the year 2006.

TMZ broke the story (ies) ... Simpson's knee-deep in tax debt already. He has federal liens against him totaling over $190,000 for the years 2007-2011, and the State of CA issued a tax lien against him for $318,566.04 for the year 2000.

All totaled ... it's about $580,000 of debt.

The owners of the nightclub where Chris Brown and Drake brawled last year are doing whatever they can to get out of paying Tony Parker for his injuries ... saying the two rappers should cut him a check if he wins his lawsuit ... and not them.

Parker, an NBA star with the San Antonio Spurs, was one of several people who claim they were injured in the June 2012 melee that went down at W.i.P. and he filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club shortly thereafter.

But the owners of W.i.P. (who are facing several lawsuits) filed docs last week in New York saying Parker's beef should be with Brown and Drake ... claiming they were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the fight.

The club wants any and all damages awarded to Parker to come from Brown and Drake.

The case is still pending.

Michael Jordan's alleged baby mama believes the proof is in the puddin' ... so she wants the former NBA star take a DNA test STAT ... to prove he's the father of her kid.

Pamela Smith filed new legal docs this week in her ongoing paternity suit with Jordan asking a judge to force the b-baller to pony up some fluids or hairs ... or skin -- this after Jordan recently denied fathering her son, Grant Taj Reynolds ... born back in 1996.

In the docs, Pamela says she KNOWS Jordan's the dad because they had sex approx. 9 months before Grant's birth -- something she claims Jordan's NEVER denied -- and genetic testing will prove it resulted in the pregnancy.

As TMZ previously reported ... Jordan filed docs of his own earlier this month, DENYING he's the baby daddy -- and claimed paternity for the teenager was established YEARS ago in a previous case.

Lil Wayne had no shortage of famous visitors last night -- Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul and his wife Jada stopped by Cedars-Sinai to see how the famous rapper was doing.

Cameras also caught Drake, Weezy's protégé, visiting Wayne last night as well.

As TMZ first reported, Wayne was hospitalized twice this week for seizures. His situation was dire last night, but his condition eventually stabilized. According to our sources, Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge between his hospital visits and doctors had to pump his stomach three times to flush the drugs from his system.

11:13 AM PT -- Despite initial reports, cops say the sting did NOT involve "male" prostitutes ... but rather prostitutes of the female variety.

World Series of Poker champ Greg Raymer -- aka the FossilMan -- has been busted for trying to bury his bone ... after allegedly soliciting a prostitute online.

A rep for the Wake Forest PD in North Carolina says Raymer was popped at a Wake Forest hotel on Wednesday.

Police say the 48-year-old poker legend was one of six men who responded to an advertisement posted by an undercover cop on a website frequented by prostitutes. The men have since been released on $1,000 bond.

According to Raymer's website, he is currently married.

Raymer -- famous for his lizard-eye hologram glasses -- won the 2004 World Series of Poker main event. He reportedly owns a nearby NC house valued at nearly $1.6 million.

They were as close as a man and his speedo-wearing bodyguard could be ... but now, The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase tells TMZ his relationship with Virgil is completely nonexistent.

DiBiase was leaving JFK with his wife yesterday when we asked the WWE legend if he had read recent reports that Virgil was now broke and selling t-shirts on a subway platform in NYC to survive.

"That's what I've heard," Ted told us ... "I haven't talked to him in a long time."

Still, Ted says he still considers Virgil a friend and sounded concerned for his former wrestling partner.

As for Virgil, a TMZ staffer saw him in the subway recently and tried to speak with the guy ... but Virgil made it clear he didn't want to talk.

Transgender MMA fighter (and former man) Fallon Fox has NO PLACE in women's mixed martial arts ... so grouses her next opponent ... but the challenger is still confident she'll kick Fallon's ass.

Allanna "Hands of Stones" Jones -- who's scheduled to fight Fox next month in Florida -- tells TMZ, "It doesn't matter what he [Fox] had changed ... he was still born and developed a man."

Jones believes Fox's participation in the sport will distract from the accomplishments of "real" female fighters, saying, "[WMMA] is just making a name for itself and this will have a negative impact on it.”

Worth noting ... Fox is a postoperative transsexual who has undergone hormone therapy and has been living as a woman for years. Any advantage she might have over other female fighters is debatable.

But despite claims it's not a fair fight, Jones is still convinced she'll wipe the floor with Fox -- telling us, "I am not scared to fight him because I know I can win."

Guess we'll see about that.

WNBA legend Chamique Holdsclaw insists she's no violent gun-slinging psychotic ex-girlfriend ... pleading not guilty to aggravated assault after allegedly firing a gun inside her ex-GF's car.

Holdsclaw entered the plea in Atlanta this morning -- also pleading not guilty to criminal damage in the first degree, criminal damage in the second degree, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Holdsclaw -- who's currently free on bond -- was charged with the laundry list of crimes last month.

We broke the story ... Holdsclaw -- considered one of the greatest players in WNBA history -- was arrested in Atlanta last year for a violent encounter with ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lacy.

TMZ has learned ... Vick -- who cancelled his book tour after "credible threats" were called in to several Barnes & Noble stores across the country -- says he refuses to let his haters control his life.

Vick's rep tells us ... "Regardless of the past threats, he has millions of fans around the world and has been receiving countless messages of support. He will continue to keep an active schedule working with charities."

Mike will continue to work with the Team Freedom Outreach (recreation and visitation programs for youth detention centers) and the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization. We're told Mike has security measures in place in case more threats are made and plans on giving cops a heads up before he visits the centers.

"Mike is committed to helping make his community a better place," Vick's rep says ... adding, "[he] is determined to continue his work with charity and helping others."
