Kris Humphries' relatives have a major bone to pick with Kim Kardashian ... claiming Kim K's 72-day-marriage to the NBA star was nothing but a "sham" and it's about damn time she fess up to it.

Kris' aunt Dedria -- who attended K & K's wedding back in 2011 -- is adamant Kim duped her nephew into tying the knot as a ploy to boost ratings for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," telling The UK Sun, "[The wedding] was a sham."

Not only that, Dedria says Kim needs to own up to her fraud so Kris can get the annulment he desires, explaining, "An annulment says it wasn’t valid in the first place. She should admit that it was a sham at the very least.”

As TMZ previously reported, Kim wants a simple divorce, but Kris is hell-bent on fighting for an annulment ... claiming he was defrauded, which could render any pre-nup illegitimate and free the NBA'er from his confidentiality clause.

That said, Kris' Uncle Mike believes his nephew's legal battle is motivated by revenge, telling the paper, "I believe he wants payback."

Los Angeles Clippers Star Ronny Turiaf is finally playing ball again in L.A. ... and the welcoming committee presented him with THREE traffic tickets in one day.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Turiaf -- who signed with the Clippers back in July after a 5-year absence from L.A. -- was driving in Santa Monica Friday when he caught the attention of cops, because Ronny was blasting music with the windows down.

Police quickly noticed Ronny's whip was one big moving violation -- his front windshield was tinted (violation), he had no front license plate (violation) and he didn't have the proper registration sticker (violation).

Ronny got three fix-it tickets -- meaning he can skate with a small fine if he corrects the problems.

Honoring Macho Man Randy Savage's death with a national holiday is NOT a ludicrous idea -- just ask his brother -- who tells TMZ he is 100% on board with a new White House petition trying to make that happen.

If you didn't know, the folks over at Mandatory.com petitioned the government (thanks to their handy online forum) to make May 20 -- the day Macho died in 2011 -- an official "Day of Remembrance."

The petition reads, "Macho Man Randy Savage was a national treasure loved by everyone ... no matter if you knew him from Slim Jim commercials or his wrestling career, you felt a deep connection with Savage ... keep his legacy alive for future generations to appreciate and enjoy."

Macho's brother, Lanny Poffo, tells TMZ that he couldn't be happier the fans want to honor his bro that way AND he's all for it, adding, "The fans will never let Randy Die. He made it cool to love wrestling."

FYI: The group needs 100,000 by April 4 in order to get Obama & Co. to review it -- so far it's only got 2,425 and one really supportive brother.

Olympic skiing champ Bode Miller is firing back at his baby mama ... claiming she's lying when she says he's bad dad material with a drinking problem.

TMZ broke the story ... Bode's baby mama Sara McKenna filed legal docs demanding primary custody of their newborn son ... claiming Bode's a drunk and an unsuitable father who lives recklessly on a yacht in San Diego.

She also said Bode didn't even want the kid and asked her to abort it.

Bode's lawyer tells TMZ ... the skier does NOT have a drinking problem and has wanted to be a part of the child's life ever since he found out he was the father. It's true ... Bode filed a paternity lawsuit earlier this year, asking for JOINT legal and physical custody.

As for his fathering skills -- Bode's lawyer says the skier's been a great dad to his other child ... and wants nothing more than to be a good one for his new son.

The lawyer says, "He is going to support his son. He wants to be part of the child's life."

Jennifer Capriati may be a wanted woman ... because she may be on the receiving end of an arrest warrant after allegedly beating on her ex-BF.

The North Palm Beach Police Dept. is reportedly seeking an arrest warrant, after Jennifer -- who won 2 Australian Open and one French Open -- allegedly punched Ivan Brannan in the chest several times ... this according to Gossip Extra.

Interestingly ... Brannan was shut down after trying to get a restraining order against Capriati, claiming she called his place of work north of 100 times in a single day.

BTW ... Capriati has had a troubled past ... which includes arrests for shoplifting and possession of weed.

Guess Kim Jong Un just isn't a Lakers fan ... 'cause Kobe Bryant claims he was NEVER approached by the North Korean dictator to come visit ... a la Dennis Rodman.

Bryant appeared on Jimmy Kimmel last night and talked about the missile crisis ... saying, "You know it’s a crazy world ... I mean, our President is a Chicago Bulls fan. Dennis obviously has great history with that and North Korea."

He added, "I mean, I think we are all just as shocked as everybody is here about that ... but it’s a weird world."

When asked if KJU ever reached out to him, Kobe replied, "No, I haven't heard anything yet."

And then came the zinger ... when Jimmy asked if Kobe would consider heading over to N. Korea if called upon.

Kobe: "Yeah, I would probably pass, I’d probably pass."
Jimmy: "Oh, for once you are passing!?"

Wrestling legend Paul Bearer will be laid to rest tomorrow following his funeral in his home state of Alabama.

The funeral services will be taking place at St. Vincent Catholic Church in Mobile, AL at 10AM. Paul -- real name Bill Moody -- will be buried after in neighboring Serenity Memorial Gardens.

As we reported, Paul passed away Tuesday evening after suffering a blood clot. He was 58.

Paul is survived by his parents, children, and grandchildren.

Transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox was a stereotypical manly man before she became a woman ... and TMZ has obtained the photos to prove it.

An ex-GF tells us ... she met Fallon back in 1999 when he was serving in the Navy. Fallon -- born Boyd Burton -- went by "Woody," after "Woody Boyd" from "Cheers."

The ex says Woody was a "manly man" -- athletic, short-cropped hair, leather jackets, big into heavy metal -- and she never suspected he'd become a transsexual. The two eventually broke up because of distance ... no other relationship problems.

Years after the breakup, the ex says she reached out to Fallon after she announced her transition on Facebook -- and that's when Fallon informed her she always felt she was in the wrong body.

Michael Jordan's gettin' serious about settling down ... TMZ has learned the NBA icon applied for a marriage certificate in Florida this morning in preparation for his April wedding.

MJ and his longtime GF Yvette Prieto were spotted at the counter at the courthouse in Palm Beach County, FL ... and a court spokesperson confirmed the couple had filled out the paperwork.

Jordan and Prieto are reportedly set to get hitched on April 27.

The move seems to be proof that Prieto isn't fazed by the paternity lawsuit MJ is facing in Georgia ... filed by a woman who claims the NBA legend fathered her 16-year-old son while he was still married to Juanita Vanoy.

LeBron James has finally selected a WEDDING DATE ... which is great news ... for everyone except LeBron's Jewish friends ... 'cause it's all going down on Yom Kippur ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained a copy of King James' "Save The Date" ... which instructs his friends to block out Friday Sept. 13 through Sunday Sept. 15 for the NBA star's destination wedding to fiancee Savannah Brinson in exotic San Diego, CA.

The "Save the Date" even came with a fun caricature of Bron, Savannah and their 2 children ... each dressed in their finest wedding outfits. Cute.

But here's the problem ... Sept. 13 is the beginning of Yom Kippur -- a high holy day in the Jewish religion in which Hebrews and Shebrews are supposed to fast for roughly 24 hours while praying their faces off in temple.

And for the record, James DOES have Jewish friends ... including the famous Rabbi Yishayahu Yosef Pinto (pictured below) ... a man known around New York as the "Rabbi to the Business Stars."

The good news ... LeBron will probably save a bunch of cash on the buffet.
The bad news ... he won't be able to brag about the savings to the people who would appreciate it.

Kim Kardashian went to the doctor yesterday because she was having pains in her stomach, and the doc warned she needed to slow down.

We're told Kim was flying home from Paris when she started feeling "severe stomach pains" on the plane. It freaked her out and she started bawling in front of other passengers.

Sources say Kim is "stressed out" ... we're told because she's prepping for her deposition in her divorce case with Kris Humphries and she's moving to a new house.

When Kim landed she went to her doctor, who told her she had flu-like symptoms and it was not a miscarriage warning.

We're told the baby's fine. In related news, we're told Kris Kardashian has already signed her.

Dennis Rodman was given full dignitary treatment during his visit to North Korea, which included a ridiculous presidential feast ... TMZ has learned.

During Dennis' 3-day excursion, we're told North Korean leader Kim Jong Un threw a lavish dinner -- 15 courses, which included sushi, turkey, beef filet, kimchi, and a whole roasted pig.

After the feast, Dennis and Kim Jong were entertained by an all-girl orchestra -- the Moranbong Band. They were serenaded with American TV and movie theme songs, including "Dallas" and "Rocky."

We found video of the girls playing the "Rocky" theme song last year (below).

As for what Dennis and Kim Jong talked about ... he's not saying. We're guessing the payoff will be the HBO show which filmed the spectacle.

Bode Miller's baby mama claims the Olympic champ is an unfit dad because he lives on a floating-baby-death-trap and gets high a lot -- this according to legal docs.

Sara McKenna -- who Bode knocked up back in 2012 -- is asking for primary custody of their newborn son ... claiming in docs ... Bode's too high a risk to care for their son for 2 related reasons:

1. Bode lives on a yacht in San Diego ... not a safe place for a baby.
2. Bode has drug and alcohol problems.

She also says Bode never even wanted the child ... claiming he asked her to abort it.

TMZ broke the story ... Bode first filed a paternity lawsuit earlier this year, asking for JOINT legal and physical custody.

Dennis Rodman is already planning his next trip back to North Korea, TMZ has learned ... and his goal ... Rodman wants to broker lasting peace between the United States and the DPRK.

Rodman's publicist tells TMZ, for all The Worm's life accomplishments -- the Basketball Hall of Fame, rebounding records, defensive player awards -- the NBA legend says securing peace between Kim Jong Un and Barack Obama would be his greatest honor. Ya think?

The rep says Rodman wants to use his newly-minted friendship with Kim Jong Un to set the stage for a peace deal, convincing the dictator to engage in talks with Obama. He plans to return to North Korea in the next 6 months to host another kids basketball clinic.

And when he goes back -- Rodman will be a LOT more careful about calling Kim Jong Il and Kim Il Sung "great leaders" ... in fact, he wants to apologize for making the comment in the first place.

According to the rep, Rodman regrets complimenting the former dictators without fully understanding the extent of their human rights violations. The rep says Rodman is deeply sorry for offending anyone.

Shirtless Spanish tennis hunk Rafael Nadal proved he's got game off the court too ... by showing off his hot bikini girlfriend Maria Francisca Perello in Mexico the other day.

He's finally met his match.

Dennis Rodman -- America's unofficial pseudo-ambassador to North Korea -- is already getting a great head start on his career in politics ... hitting up a strip club in Florida just days after his triumphant return from the DPRK.

The photos were snapped inside Dean's Gold last night in North Miami Beach -- where Dennis is a regular.

We're told Dennis came in with a few friends around 8:30pm to watch some sports on TV and hang out with the dancers. He stayed for roughly three hours before leaving.
