Oscar Pistorius' GF Set to Give 'Abuse' Speech ... Day She Was Killed
Oscar Pistorius' GF Reeva Steenkamp was supposed to give a speech on the hardships of abusive relationships on Feb. 14th -- the same day she was shot dead in her boyfriend's home.
Reeva was set to speak to a group of teenagers at Sandown High School in South Africa ... to talk about her own experience suffered at the hands of a previous boyfriend -- not Oscar -- this according to the Daily Telegraph.
In the notes for her speech, the former model reportedly urged the school kids to "be brave, always see the positive" and "make your voice heard."
The Olympian is now charged with her murder.

Tony Hawk on Backflip Dude Adam Miller Nearly Broke Himself
Tony Hawk says the only thing more impressive than Adam Miller's amazing skateboard-to-skateboard backflip -- is the fact Miller survived 3 bone-crushing days of practicing the ridunkulous maneuver.
Miller was at Tony's Southern Cali skate park when he pulled off the stunt -- which Tony describes as "part gymnastics, parkour, and skateboarding." Video of the move racked up nearly 2 million views on Tony's Ride Channel in less than a week.
But when TMZ caught up with the godfather of skateboarding he told us Miller busted his ass over, and over, and over (below) on pavement -- and without a helmet or pads -- before nailing the backflip.
"He tried it for a couple days and he kinda broke himself off ... He goes hard, and he takes it ... one after the other just slamming into the cement."
Tony added ... Miller deserves all the attention he's getting because "it's hard to come up with something really brand new and different" in skateboarding.
As for attempting the backflip himself ... Tony says, "I would love to try stuff like that, honestly, but I don't have that body sense, and that gymnastics background at all."
Uhh, it's cool Mr. 900 ... you don't have to prove anything to us.
SIDENOTE: It should go without saying, but don't try this stuff at home kids. Duh.

Owens was NOT arrested ... but according to law enforcement sources, the woman who lives in the home says she couldn't get the guy to go away after she made it clear he wasn't welcome.
When cops arrived to the scene, the woman told police she was not afraid for her safety ... she just wanted him off the property ASAP.
Cops passed the message along to the ex-NFL star ... who obliged ... and just like that, the crisis was over.
We reached out to T.O. for comment -- so far, no word back.
Kris Humphries Gets 3-Month Reprieve ... Divorce Trial Set For May
Kim Kardashian will not be able to shake Kris Humphries out of her life for 3 more months ... because a judge just set their divorce trial for May 6.
Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, had been gunning for a trial next month -- claiming Kris' lawyers have abused the legal system by stalling for no good reason. The judge finally laid down the law and set a trial date, but the first available time for the trial is May.
Kris' lawyer predictably tried to get another delay before setting a trial date, but the judge wasn't buying what he was selling.
TMZ broke the story ... one of Kris' lawyers bailed on his client yesterday, citing "irreconcilable differences." Sources tell us ... the lawyer felt Kris was full of BS wanting an annulment, because there was no proof of fraud.

Oscar Pistorius TRANSFERRED to Handi-Capable Jail
Accused girlfriend murderer Oscar Pistorius has been transferred into a NEW JAIL ... after officials in South Africa decided his old cell wasn't suitable for the double amputee's "special needs" ... TMZ has learned.
We spoke to a rep for the South African Police Department handling Oscar's living situation ... who told us, "Oscar has now been moved from the Boschkop Jail to the Brooklyn Police Station in Pretoria due to his handicap needs."
The rep explains, "The normal cell he was in was not suitable for Oscar so he was moved in order to accommodate to his special needs."
We're also told Oscar will no longer be allowed to accept visitors -- or home-cooked meals -- as he did during his first night in jail. Cops say Pistorius will only be allowed to meet with his legal team.
Officials say Pistorius is now "resting comfortably" in his new cell ... and will be checked on every 30 minutes.
Pistorius has been accused of shooting his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp inside of his South Africa mansion. Cops say he is the only suspect in the case.

Oscar Pistorius Breaks Down Crying in Court
Pistorius -- a double amputee track star who competed in last summer's Olympics -- held his hands over his face and sobbed as the prosecution said it would bring a charge of "premeditated murder."
The bail hearing was postponed at the request of both the prosecution and the defense and the case was adjourned until Tuesday. Pistorius will remain in custody until then.
Pistorius' lawyer did not squarely say his client did not shoot GF Reeva Steenkamp, saying, "The alleged murder is disputed in the strongest terms."
It appears the defense will center around perceived self-defense -- believing Steenkamp was an intruder. In fact, on November 27 -- 3 months before Steenkamp was shot -- Pistorius went on twitter to talk about shooting an intruder: "Nothing like getting home to hear the washing machine on and thinking its an intruder to go into full combat recon mode into the pantry! waa."
Jenna Edkins, who claims to have been an on-again off-again girlfriend of Pistorius' over the last 5 years, tweeted, "NOT ONCE has he EVER lifted a finger to me or made me fear for my life."
Steenkamp was a 26-year-old model who was about to make her reality television debut.

Kris Humphries' Lawyer Kris' Annulment Claim TOTAL BS
Even Kris Humphries' soon-to-be ex-lawyer thinks Kris is abusing the legal system by fighting for an annulment from Kim Kardashian ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with Kris tell TMZ ... attorney Marshall Waller made it clear to his client ... there are NO legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, because there's absolutely NO evidence of fraud.
Our sources say Waller and Kris reached an impasse ... because Kris' out-of-state attorney, Lee Hutton won't budge from the whole annulment thing. So, as TMZ first reported, Waller filed legal docs Thursday asking the judge to get him the hell out of the case.
And get this ... In Waller's motion to be relieved as counsel, he zings Kris by saying they have "irreconcilable differences" -- EXACTLY the grounds for a garden-variety divorce.
One final thing ... lawyers for Kim and Kris are in court this morning, and as we previously reported, Kim's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, will demand a trial date as early as next month. The question now -- will Kris argue that since he just lost his California lawyer, he needs more time?
If the judge buys Kris' rather lame argument, it will be the 4th time the judge would have delayed the trial for a 72-day marriage that effectively ended nearly a year-and-a-half ago.

Oscar Pistorius' Blade Legs NOT Considered Weapons Behind Bars
Olympian Oscar Pistorius' carbon fiber blade legs could EASILY be used as a weapon behind bars -- but a rep for the South African prison where he's locked up tells TMZ, officials have decided not to confiscate the prosthetics.
The rep tells TMZ, Pistorius will be allowed to keep his legs ... at least until he faces a judge in a few hours -- at which point that decision might change.
Pistorius stands accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
We're told SA prison officials typically confiscate any item that can be used as a weapon -- shivs, clubs, anything that can be filed down to a point (including hard plastics) -- but this is a special circumstance.
We called a few jails on this side of the Atlantic for good measure ... and we were told Pistorius would be lucky to keep his legs behind bars, especially if he were placed in gen pop ... where another inmate could potentially use Pistorius' legs to cause real damage.
Competitive advantage: Pistorius.

Chad Ochocinco's already on the rebound with a new chick ... and there's no denying it, girl's got some SERIOUS JUNK ... even compared to a random girl in the background doing stripper moves.
The video was shot a few days ago in Miami -- showing Ocho and his new lady getting touchy-feely near the beach ... and she's got an ass like an onion. It makes us wanna cry.
BONUS: While Ocho cuddles up with the mystery woman, some random chick in the background felt it was a great time to practice her stripper moves on a pole. Gotta love Miami.
FYI -- it's been six months since Ocho's domestic violence arrest ... when he allegedly headbutted his wife Evelyn Lozada. The two have since divorced.
UPDATE: The photo agency that shot Chad and the unnamed "whooty" tells us the video is from February 7. Right now Chad is in Spain with a different woman -- Lauren Popeil ... heiress to the Ron Popeil infomercial fortune.
A source close to Lauren tells us she and Chad are great friends taking in a Real Madrid soccer match -- but they're not "dating" yet.
Who knew Ocho could juggle so well?
