Kurt Warner Screw It, I'm Putting My House Up for Auction

Published | Updated

NFL legend Kurt Warner is throwing in the towel after waiting over a year for his giant mansion to sell on the open market -- finally agreeing to auction the place off to the highest bidder instead.

Warner listed the 11,300 sq. ft. Paradise, AZ home for $5 million in 2011, but it hasn't sold. Shocking because the place is awesome -- featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, a workout room, theater room, its own elevator ... and even an in-ground trampoline.

But it's good news for buyers -- because an auction nearly guarantees the home will fetch considerably less than its original asking price.

If you got a few milly lying around, the auction -- which is being run by NYC-based Concierge Auctions -- is scheduled to go down on February 27th.

Rob Gronkowski SORRY FOR PARTYING

Published | Updated

Rob Gronkowski is SORRY -- sorry for putting his busted forearm in danger last week in Vegas while partying like a dumbass ... just ask Gronk's tank top.

A Patriots fan posted the photo on Twitter this weekend -- showing Gronk wearing a tank that reads, "Sorry for partying." According to the fan, the photo was snapped Sunday at Universal Studios in Orlando.

The shirt's obviously a reference to the video TMZ posted last week, in which Gronk body slams his friend on stage at XS nightclub in Vegas ... and lands hard on his broken left forearm, which was wrapped in a support sleeve.

Patriots fans were outraged over the clip, pissed that Gronk -- one of the best tight ends in the league -- would risk re-injury by acting like an idiot.

So, here's your apology, New England. Satisfied?

Will Ferrell They Call Me 'Ted Vagina'

Published | Updated

Will Ferrell is a Vagina ... Ted Vagina, to be exact ... at least according to the name tag he wore at the Lakers game last night.

Ferrell -- sporting a nicely manicured moustache -- threw on a Staples Center usher uniform (complete with the Vagina name tag) ... and went to work on the court ... keeping the floor safe from basketball hooligans.

At one point, Ted put Shaquille O'Neal in an arm bar -- and escorted the big guy off the court.

Vagina always gets his man.

Kim Kardashian's Lawyer Kris' Lawyer Is a LIAR!

Published | Updated

Kris Humphries is threatening to destroy Kim Kardashian's reality TV career, unless he gets what he wants in their divorce case ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Disso queen Laura Wasser complains in new docs ... Humphries' lawyer, Lee Hutton, was LYING when he told the judge he didn't tell her he was on a mission to "blow the lid off reality television"

What's more ... Wasser strongly insinuates Humphries and Hutton have been threatening to use the divorce case to "expose" Kim's show, unless they get money and/or an annulment.

As for Hutton's threat, Wasser says he bluntly told her, "The Kardashians or Bunim-Murray [producers of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'] do not want that to happen."

Wasser says Hutton has virtually ignored the divorce ... she says 95% of his deposition questions have been about the ins and outs of Kim's show. Among the questions Hutton asked producers:

  • "Is any aspect of season 6 [which features Humphries] scripted? If so, who maintains those scripts?"
  • "Are storyboards created for season 6?"
  • "It's not uncommon for a producer ... to give direction to cast members during a particular scene, is it?"
  • "Can you tell me who gave direction to the characters for the Bora Bora episode on what topics they should discuss? [The episode in which Kris finds out Kim had previously been married]."

Wasser also calls BS on Humphries' claim he can't deal with his divorce case during basketball season. Wasser says he has plenty of days off, including the upcoming All-Star Game -- which she's certain will not require his participation.

Ouch.

The Iron Sheik isn't just a WWE legend ... he's also a veteran Olympic wrestler ... and he's so pissed that his sport is getting booted from the Games ... he's now threatening violence.

As we previously reported, the International Olympic Committee has moved to drop wrestling from the 2020 games ... in favor of other sports like field hockey. Seriously.

Now, Sheik -- who says he competed for Iran in the 1968 Olympics and then became an asst. coach for Team USA in the '70s -- tells TMZ (in his trademark broken English) he's looking to take matters into his own hands.

"After 1000 years they take away the best sport in the world? This is the first time the dumb motherf**kers have no balls for they make the walking an Olympic sport."

He adds, "If I see anybody on the street that work from the IOC I swear to the Jesus I suplex them put them in camel clutch break their back make them humble."

"The #TEAMSHEIKIE respect the Olympic now they can all go f**k themselves and make the Curling Olympic sport because they all the biggest piece of no good s**t and I never watch the Olympic again. Also buy my t shirt [on my website] or go f**k yourself.”

It's a little confusing ... but we think we get the point.

USA Wrestling Legend Furious After Wrestling DROPPED from Olympics

Published | Updated

It's a DEVASTATING day for wrestling fans ... after officials announced the sport will be 86'd from the Olympics starting in 2020 ... and now one former gold medalist is lashing out.

TMZ spoke with Rulon Gardner -- who won gold in 2000 and bronze in 2004 before going on to appear on "The Biggest Loser."

Gardner tells us he's "appalled" by the International Olympic Committee's decision to drop the sport -- saying, "As a two time Olympian, I think it's a shame to drop the sport of wrestling, one of the original Olympic Sports."

Gardner says he knows there's a SLIGHT chance wrestling could be saved -- but "seeing the hardship baseball has been through, I am not too confident."

Still, Gardner says he will do everything he can to bring back the sport he loves -- "I don't think we have heard the end of this."

Don't worry -- field hockey will still be included in the 2020 games. Seriously.

Larry Bird's Son ARRESTED Allegedly Tries to Hit GF with Car

Published | Updated

Larry Bird's 21-year-old son Conner Bird was arrested by Indiana University campus police Sunday after allegedly attacking his GF and trying to hit her with his car.

According to campus police, the alleged victim told cops Bird chucked a cell phone at her during an argument at Bird's apartment ... and it struck her in the wrist.

Later that night, the woman says she got into Bird's car to head to the stadium when they started arguing AGAIN -- and she got out of the car to walk home.

Campus police quickly located Bird -- and he was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, battery with injury, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

It's not Bird's first run-in with the law -- he was reportedly arrested in 2011 for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.

Octomom Super Bowl Vandal Smashed My Window!!!

Published | Updated

Octomom must live next to a bunch of 49ers fans -- because when she arrived home after watching the Super Bowl at a friend's house ... she discovered one of her windows had been SMASHED!

Sources close to Octomom -- real name Nadya Suleman -- tell TMZ, Octo and her 14 children had spent Super Bowl weekend at a friend's place ... and weren't home from Saturday afternoon to Sunday midnight, so the vandal(s) had nearly 36 hours to attack.

As soon as she noticed the damage, we're told Octo called Palmdale Police ... who showed up 15 minutes later to take pics of the damage ... and make sure no one was lurking inside (the place was empty).

As for whodunit ... sources close to Octo say she has a hunch it's the same person who's allegedly been harassing her and the kids for months now.

Doane -- known as Kenny Dykstra in his WWE days -- tells TMZ, he decided to become an author while rehabbing a knee injury suffered last month ... and wanted to address the topic of bullying.

The former tag team champ must be a badass with the pen ... because he's already lined up a publisher for "Billy's Bully" -- which shows one kid standing up to his tormentor, and teaches kids how to avoid becoming a bully.

According to Doane, his publisher hooked him up with illustrators and another author to put the finishing touches on the book -- and it should be released sometime in June.

Between Kenn and CM Punk, it's a positive week for wrestlers.

Published | Updated

NFL castaway Jeremy Shockey -- who once signed a $26 million contract with the Giants -- is now locked in a legal battle with a Miami landlord ... over $16,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Shockey filed a lawsuit against the landlord of a $14,000-a-month Miami beach mansion -- where he lived for ONE MONTH last summer -- claiming she's holding his security deposit hostage for no good reason.

Shockey claims he paid the landlord one month's rent, plus a substantial security deposit ... but when he moved out, she refused to return $16,000 he's owed.

Shockey claims he left the place in perfectly acceptable condition ... so the landlord's got no leg to stand on. Now, he's suing for $16,000 plus interest.

Calls to the landlord weren't returned.

Allen Iverson Accused of Owing Lawyer $60,000

Published | Updated

More bad news for Allen Iverson -- not only is he a terrible parent -- but his ex-attorney says he's a terrible client ... claiming the ex-NBA star needs to pony up $60,000 in legal fees STAT.

Jonathan Levine filed a lien against Iverson in GA court, claiming A.I. racked up a $61,098.86 legal bill during his nasty divorce battle -- which was just settled in January -- but has yet to pay it off.

Levine says the debt is from hours he clocked back in 2012 -- before he quit the case. He withdrew himself from Iverson's divorce at the end of last year, claiming he couldn't properly communicate with Iverson. A.I then hired a new attorney to replace him, who handled the recent settlement.

According to docs ... if Iverson doesn't cough up the cash, Levine could go after his assets.

Ummm... the few he has left.
