Chad Johnson Sued Head-Butt Arrest Made Our Coconuts Look Bad!
Chad Johnson's head-butting arrest last year reflected poorly on the coconut water company who hired him (then fired him) as a spokesperson -- and now they want him to PAY UP!!!
Zico Beverages LLC filed a lawsuit against Chad in Los Angeles Superior Court today. The company -- which specializes in primo coconut H2O -- says it struck a deal with Chad in July 2012, for him to be a "positive spokesperson."
In docs, Zico says part of the deal was that Chad was to "refrain from engaging in any conduct that reflects unfavorably upon Zico."
Fast forward to August 11, 2012 (one month after the deal) Chad was arrested for domestic violence. The next day, he was FIRED from the Miami Dolphins.
Zico says the incident received "significant negative publicity" and therefore damaged Zico's rep. The company says it decided to terminate Chad's agreement for breach of contract -- and asked for all their money back ... but Chad refused.
Now Zico is suing for damages of no less than $40,886.76.
Chad's lawyer had "no comment."

Ronaiah Tuiasosopo Performs 'Lennay' Voice On 'Dr. Phil'
Ronaiah Tuiasosopo performed his "Lennay Kekua" voice for Dr. Phil ... re-performing the same voicemails he left for Manti Te'o ... but from behind a curtain.
Dr. Phil gave Ronaiah the curtain because Tuiasosopo said he felt uncomfortable doing it in public ... and the curtain gave him a false sense of privacy he needed to get back into character.
During the episode that airs today, Tuiasosopo not only read the voicemails ... but also called a producer for the show on the phone ... simulating the same conditions of the original voicemails he left Te'o.
Experts for the show concluded the voices were a match.
Tuiasosopo also revealed he was molested as a child ... and says he concocted the online hoax as a way to escape from his real life.
You gotta hear all the calls. They air on "Dr. Phil" Friday.

Barry Sanders Gay NFL Players Will Get Teased If They Come Out
Gay football players NEED to have thick skin ... 'cause there's a 100% chance they'll get "teased" in an NFL locker room if they come out ... so says NFL legend Barry Sanders.
The Detroit Lions icon had just touched down in New Orleans last night when we asked him if gay players pose a "problem" in NFL locker rooms.
Sanders response -- absolutely not -- adding, "I don't know that there haven't been MANY gay players [in the past]."
He adds, "If somebody comes out, they're gonna get teased, but they need to have thick skin and go on about their life."

SF 49ers Superstars Gore, Crabtree, Willis STRIP CLUBBIN'
How do SF 49ers superstars Frank Gore, Michael Crabtree and Patrick Willis stay relaxed before the Super Bowl? They hit up one of the BEST STRIP CLUBS on Bourbon Street!!!
TMZ has footage of the running back, wide receiver and linebacker hitting up the legendary Penthouse Club in the Big Easy last night ... a 3-level adult fantasy land.
You can spot Frank by his green beanie -- that he was wearing earlier in the day while hanging out with Crabtree and Willis at the team hotel.
It's possible the guys were just hungry ... because the Penthouse Club is famous for its "Naked Sushi" ... in which paying customers can eat raw fish off of naked strippers. Sounds appetizing.
Then again, we spoke with someone inside the club who told us there were roughly 120 STRIPPERS working the floor last night.
One source, very familiar with the strip club scene in New Orleans, tells us ... "Penthouse Club is the real deal ... but you have to be a baller in that place. That's a high-end spot."
Guess Chris Culliver won't have to worry about these guys in the locker room.

Reza from 'Shahs of Sunset' 49ers Will LOSE Super Bowl Thanks to Anti-Gay Player
Openly gay "Shahs of Sunset" star Reza Farahan is wishing a POX on the 49ers this weekend at the Super Bowl ... all because of cornerback Chris Culliver, who said gays don't belong in the 49ers' locker room.
Reza was out in L.A. yesterday when he unloaded on Culliver for his homophobic remarks -- throwing the double bird in the camera, saying, "I hope you guys lose 'cause you're a douchebag!"
For the record, Culliver has since offered a half-assed nonsensical apology for his anti-gay comments, but we still gotta ask ...

Beyonce Sings National Anthem LIVE Suck It, Haters!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beyonce was on a mission today to PROVE she can sing the national anthem like a pro – belting out a LIVE version of "The Star-Spangled Banner” moments ago on TV … without the help of a backing track ... and she KILLED IT.
Beyonce was at the news conference for her upcoming Super Bowl halftime show when she launched into the impromptu performance -- and when she finished the song, she simply said, “Any questions?”
During the conference, Bey was asked about the lip-syncing situation at the Presidential Inauguration last week, and she admitted she used a backing track -- claiming, "I am a perfectionist ... I did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra [at the Inauguration]. It was a live television show and a very important moment for me."
Beyonce added, "Due to the weather, due to the delay, due to no proper sound check, I did not feel comfortable taking the risk … so I decided to sing along with my pre-recorded track, which is very common in the music industry. And I’m very proud of my performance."
A reporter then asked Beyonce if she planned to sing live at the Super Bowl, and she replied vaguely, "I always sing live" ... but she didn't say whether she planned to use a backing track as well.
So let this settle it once and for all ... girl can sing.

Ronaiah Tuiasosopo I'm a Recovering Homosexual
The man behind the Manti Te'o girlfriend hoax -- a deeply religious Christian -- told Dr. Phil he believes he suffers from homosexuality ... and desperately needs to "recover" from it.
During his interview, Dr. Phil asked Ronaiah Tuiasosopo straight ... "Are you gay?"
Ronaiah replied, "If you look at this situation and everything that I've been through, I would say yeah I'm gay. But honestly I'm so confused."
Ronaiah -- who admitted he had deeply romantic feelings for Manti -- added, "It takes a lot of courage to recover from homosexuality and this type of thing and coming back to your real life. As hard of a task it is, I'm going to do all I can to live right."
Dr. Phil was blown away by Ronaiah's response, saying, "This is for another time, but I have so much to say to you about what you just said, because a lot of it bothers me so much." He added, "But we will talk about that another time."

X Games Snowmobiler Dies After Horrific Crash
A 25-year-old professional snowmobiler has died from injuries he sustained during a horrific crash during the Aspen X Games last week.
Caleb Moore passed away this morning in Colorado, a family spokesperson said.
Moore's family declined to release further details about the death, but stated on Sunday that he had suffered a "brain complication" stemming from the accident ... on top of a severe concussion and bleeding of the heart.
Moore was competing at the snowmobile freestyle final last Thursday when his 450-pound snowmobile flipped over and landed on top of him.
ESPN released a statement Tuesday, saying, "We've worked closely on safety issues with athletes, course designers and other experts for each of the 18 years of X Games. Still, when the world's best compete at the highest level in any sport, risks remain."
Caleb -- once an avid all-terrain vehicle rider -- was a 4-time X Games medalist who first began competing in 2010, after just one month of practicing on snowmobiles.

49ers Legend Ronnie Lott Chris Culliver Is DEAD WRONG
Chris Culliver should have paid closer attention to Barack Obama's pro-gay rights inauguration speech ... this according to one of the greatest 49ers of all time ... Ronnie Lott.
We spoke to Lott in the wake of Culliver's anti-gay comments -- when he told Artie Lange gay players shouldn't be allowed in the team locker room (see video below).
Lott responded, "Everything [Obama] mentioned in that speech I stand for-- inviting gays and inviting people of color, inviting all of us to understand what we're doing right now, is the right thing."
FYI -- Obama talked about the importance of gay rights during his speech ... telling Americans, "Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law."
So far, the 49ers have not said if Culliver will play in Sunday's game.

SF 49ers Player Chris Culliver I'm a Hateful Bastard ... But Only In My Head
San Francisco 49ers player Chris Culliver says HE's not really a homophobe ... but the voices inside his head sure are.
Culliver has released a nonsensical, insincere statement to save his ass after saying gay players are not welcome in his team's locker room and should stay in the closet until 10 years after they retire.
"The derogatory comments I made yesterday were a reflection of thoughts in my head, but they are not how I feel," Culliver said.
"It has taken me seeing them in print to realize that they are hurtful and ugly. Those discriminating feelings are truly not in my heart. Further, I apologize to those who I have hurt and offended, and I pledge to learn and grow from this experience."
So the following questions are raised:
1) Is Chris' head disembodied from the rest of him?
2) Will he say or do anything to play in the Super Bowl no matter how detestable he is?
3) Doth he protest too much?

49ers Player Chris Culliver Gays Are NOT Welcome In Our Locker Room
3:15 PM PT -- The 49ers organization is speaking out AGAINST Culliver ... saying the team "rejects" Chris' comments.
A rep for the 49ers says the team has already addressed the matter with Chris ... and adds, "There is no place for discrimination within our organization at any level."
"We have and always will proudly support the LGBT community.”
Gay football players are NOT welcome in the San Francisco 49ers locker room ... at least according to one current 49ers player.
Chris Culliver -- who started 6 games as cornerback for the team this season -- made the homophobic comments to Artie Lange during a radio interview at a Super Bowl media event earlier this week.
When asked if gay players would be welcome on the team, Culliver said ... "I don't do the gay guys man. I don't do that."
Artie then asked if Chris knew of any gay players on his team ... to which Culliver answered, "No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do."
He continued, "Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah … can't be … in the locker room man. Nah."
Culliver also said ... if a gay player were to make it in the NFL, he should not only keep his sexuality a secret from the other players ... but stay quiet for 10 YEARS after that.
Culliver and the 49ers will take the field on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens -- a team which features a very outspoken pro-gay rights advocate Brendon Ayanbadejo.
Culliver's feelings are NOT shared by his entire team ... earlier this week, several members of the 49ers spoke in SUPPORT of gay players ... including coach Jim Harbaugh.
“I ask all players to play through their own personality and be who they are. What you ask of a player is to be a great teammate and be a good player. My expectations would be the same,” Harbaugh said. “Personally, there’s no discrimination in my heart.”
Linebacker Larry Grant echoed Harbaugh ... saying, "At the end of the day, we are all family in this locker room, and we accept each player for whoever they are."
Ditto for cornerback Tarell Brown ... who said, "Whatever makes you happy, do it. I just feel like, you shouldn’t hide it. At the end of the day don’t be embarrassed with what you are, or what you do. If you are that way, that’s you.”
Earlier this year, several members of the team participated in a video for the "It Gets Better" campaign to provide support for the LGBT community. Culliver was not featured in the video.
