Chad Johnson's legal war over his sex tape isn't over -- the former NFL star is now suing two websites that posted footage of him having sex with a tattooed woman ... TMZ has learned.

Chad's lawsuit names WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, claiming the two websites posted the sex footage without his consent ... footage that was allegedly stolen from him in the first place.

Chad wants unspecified damages ... plus a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again.

As we reported, both websites removed the tape last Thursday following Chad's cease-and-desist letters ... but Chad insists the damage was already done.

Former NBA star Latrell Sprewell spent his New Year's behind bars -- after cops arrested him Monday night for blasting ridiculously loud music at his house.

According to law enforcement, Latrell was arrested for disorderly conduct following multiple complaints from neighbors about the volume of music coming from his Milwaukee home.

Police wouldn't release details about Sprewell's arrest, but said they had received two noise complaints within one hour -- and several others in the months preceding Monday's incident.

42-year-old Sprewell was booked into jail at 9:16 PM, but wasn't released until after midnight.

The 32-year-old son of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling was found dead Sunday night.

Sheriff's Homicide Detectives were sent to a home on the 22600 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu around 11:30pm last night, where they found the body of Scott Sterling.

The coroner's office says he died of a possible drug overdose, but the cause of death will be confirmed by an autopsy.

No other details were immediately available.

Scott's father, Donald, bought the Clippers in 1981 for $13 million.

Kobe Bryant made an extremely rare appearance on the Sunset Strip for New Year's Eve -- and he did it with his sometimes estranged wife Vanessa Bryant.

Kobe and Vanessa -- both dressed to the nines -- sure looked like things are back on for 2013 as they walked out of BOA Steakhouse.

According to docs filed in Broward County, Taylor and his wife Katina hired a company called HouseWall back in April 2009 to install a posh garage storage system in their $3.6 million Weston, FL mansion.

HouseWall claims they transformed the garage as requested ... but the couple refused to cough up the $11,619.50 they owe.

Now, HouseWall is suing them for breach of contract ... and asking for the original balance, plus interest and attorneys fees.

We reached out to Jason's lawyer for comment -- so far, no response.

Olympic legend Michael Phelps has broken up with girlfriend Megan Rossee ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Phelps felt the relationship wasn't going anywhere, so he decided to end it so he could pursue other options.

And apparently in the world of Michael Phelps, those options are somehow better than this.

Magic Johnson is whipping out a full court defense -- claiming the ex-flight attendant who's suing him for wrongful termination wasn't canned for her old age ... she was just TERRIBLE at her job.

As TMZ first reported, over-40 flight attendant Lanita Thomas claims Magic unfairly fired her earlier this year after 8 years of service on his private jet ... all so he could hire a much younger woman. Lanita sued for age discrimination and a slew of other things.

In his response (filed earlier this week in LA Superior Court) Magic claims Lanita's termination was because she started sucking up her job ... not because she got old.

Specifically, Magic says, "[Lanita] failed to use ordinary care and diligence, or exercise a reasonable degree of skill [in her employment] ... she failed to perform her job duties ... and failed to substantially comply with all directions concerning her employment."

Magic also says the suit is "frivolous" because Lanita was employed by Clay Lacy -- the company responsible for staffing his jet -- and thus the decision to axe her was NEVER his.

DeShawn Stevenson's defensive skills are wearing thin ... because the Atlanta Hawks star has dodged a $190,000 bill from his ex-agent for almost a year, but now a judge has ordered him to pay the piper.

According to legal docs, Mark Barelstein claims he repped DeShawn since 2006 and brokered some massive deals for the NBA star -- specifically for the Washington Wizards in 2007 ($15 million), the Dallas Mavericks, AND the New Jersey Nets in 2011 ($2.5 million).

In January 2012, Mark filed docs claiming DeShawn failed to cough up the commission he was owed to the tune of $190,043.80. An arbitration court agreed and ordered the NBA star to pay up back in August.

But Mark says DeShawn STILL hasn't shown him the money, so he recently filed legal docs earlier this month in Georgia (where DeShawn lives and works) to have the judgment enforced there and start the process of collecting.

That's right, before UFC fighter Derek Brunson was a face-smashing bad ass ... he was a sweater-wearing, spirit-filled, HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADER with amazing moves ... caught on video.

Brunson -- who dominated in Strikeforce and is now making his Octagon debut in UFC 155 -- tells TMZ ... he ditched the "sport" after snagging a wrestling scholarship at UNC Pembroke.

As for his upcoming bout tonight, Brunson says ... "I'm getting my hand raised. GO BIG OR GO HOME."

Nick's already the undefeated belt holder in the Xtreme Fighting Championship, but tells us he'd kill to cross over to UFC -- however, White's expressed reservations because, as he puts it ... "It's hard to fight with two arms, you know what I mean?"

Nick's response to Dana is honestly, brutal -- "I've won by arm bar, rear naked choke, guillotine, heel hook, TKO and knockout. In 9 pro fights I have never been out struck."

He adds, "If you have followed this sport, or know anything about it, you would be able to see that I'm amongst its elite. Just because I'm not in the UFC doesn't mean I wouldn't beat most of the guys in there."

Manny Pacquiao ain't retiring ... and he WILL fight Juan Manuel Marquez for a 5th time -- at least according to boxing promoter supreme Bob Arum.

Arum was outside Madeo last night when he dropped the bombshell boxing fans have been waiting to hear ever since Marquez KO'd Manny's face into the canvas on December 8.

Arum said Manny is vacationing in Israel, but when he gets back ... "We're gonna, I think, do another fight with Juan Manuel Marquez. That was a great fight."

And even though a lot of critics think Manny should hang up the gloves -- Bob thinks he'll have a decent shot in a rematch, saying ... "He ran into a really good right hand, and we'll see what happens next time."

Chad's Johnson is leaving the Internet -- slowly -- courtesy of an angry cease and desist letter fired off to the 2 websites that originally posted the ex-NFL star's sex tape ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Chad tell us the sites removed the video late Thursday after they received the letter from his attorneys ... which stated the tape was stolen property which they did not have the right to publish.

We're told CJ's attorneys are now taking aim at several other smaller websites that have posted still images from the sex tape -- and they are threatening legal action against any sites that refuse to pull the material.

An 18-year-old looking after a 3-year-old is pretty ordinary, but when that 18-year-old is Justin Bieber and the kid you're watching is the son of L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul ... AND you do it courtside at Staples Center ... it's just awesome.

Bieber had a front row seat last night as little Chris Paul II watched his daddy and the Clips dismantle the Boston Celtics, 106-77 -- which propels the team's winning streak to 15.
