Andrew Bynum WAR WITH NEIGHBORS Allegations of Guns, Drugs, Racism
Bynum -- a former member of the L.A. Lakers -- claims that ever since he moved into his fancy home in Westchester, CA more than 7 years ago, he's been constantly harassed by his neighbors, Ramond and Cindy Beckett.
According to his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Bynum says ... the Becketts have objected to his "profession, his race, his friends, his cars and his taste in music."
Bynum claims the Becketts have behaved like petulant children -- throwing coins at his Ferrari (which chipped the paint), screaming at him about his music, and even banging the side of his house with "a long stick."
But the Becketts quickly responded to the lawsuit with a countersuiit of their own -- TRASHING Bynum as the neighbor from hell who only sued them to preemptively strike against the lawsuit they had been planning.
In their legal docs, the Becketts UNLOAD on the NBA star -- claiming he's guilty of the following misdeeds:
-- brandishing FIREARMS in an attempt to intimidate the Becketts
-- "apparently" using drugs and allowing weed smoke to drift next door
-- blasting loud, profane rap music (including the song "Currency" by Trina)
-- blasting his video games at "window-shaking volumes"
-- letting his dogs run loose through the neighborhood
-- constantly racing his luxury cars at dangerous speeds
Bynum has denied the allegations ... and according to docs filed by Andrew, the Becketts have sold their house since the lawsuit was filed ... so they're no longer neighbors.
We reached to both sides -- no word back from either.

New Orleans Saints' Players We Got Egged by Falcons Fans
The New Orleans Saints got a rude and messy welcome to Atlanta last night ... as airport workers hurled eggs at a charter bus carrying the team!
The smelly assault went down moments after the Saints got off the plane in Atlanta and boarded a bus. Officials at Atlanta's airport confirm that eggs were thrown at the bus as it drove off the tarmac.
Several Saints players, including star tight end Jimmy Graham, blamed airport workers for the incident.
Graham tweeted ...
Bus just got egged after landing in ATL by the ramp workers. Classy! "RISE Up" smh
@TheJimmyGraham
Airport officials say they are scrambling to find out who's unleashed the eggy hell.
The Saints flew in for tonight's game against the Atlanta Falcons -- and we're guessing the egg culprits are big fans of the dirty birds.
Fun fact: Eggs can really mess up your paint job, guys.

Ex-WWE Star Maven Loses Ugly Trophy In Storage Auction
The wrestler in question is Maven Huffman – who famously won the inaugural WWE reality competition “Tough Enough” in 2001 – scoring himself a corny gold trophy … and a contract with Vince McMahon’s sports entertainment biz.
When Maven’s career fell apart, the trophy ended up in a storage unit in Virginia … until he stopped paying the bill. The contents of the unit went up for auction earlier this month (a la “Storage Wars”) and was sold for $100.
When the dude who bought the unit discovered the trophy, we’re told he immediately reached out to Maven to try and return it … but didn’t hear back. So, naturally, he turned to eBay and sold it to a dedicated wrestling fan in Northern California for a cool $600.
TMZ spoke to Maven … who admits he’s bummed about the situation … but hopes the new owner of his trophy “cherishes [it] as much as I did.”

Viagra to NFL Players Boner Pills WON'T Give You an Edge on the Field
The people behind Viagra want NFL players to know ... the magical penis pills should NOT be used to enhance performance on the field ... despite what Brandon Marshall may have heard.
Marshall -- one of the best wide receivers in the league -- gave an interview today and discussed the lengths some of his peers will go to get on edge on the field, saying:
"I’ve heard of some crazy stories. I’ve heard (of) guys using like Viagra, seriously. Because the blood is supposedly thin, some crazy stuff. So, you know, it’s kind of scary with some of these chemicals that are in some of these things so you have to be careful."
Shockingly, a rep for Pfizer -- the company behind Viagra -- tells TMZ the pills are "indicated solely for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED)."
The company explained, "Pfizer has not examined the safety of Viagra in men without ED and does not promote or encourage the use of Viagra for any use but the treatment of ED."
There you have it -- straight and to the point.

Kanye West DEPOSED In Kim K Divorce
Kanye West has officially been dragged into the longest, most ridiculous divorce case ever -- Kris Humphries made Kim's rapper/bf sit for a deposition ... TMZ has learned.
Kim's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, is in court right now, essentially asking the judge to make Kris either s**t or get off the pot. As Wasser put it, "She [Kim] is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."
Wasser mentioned Kris and his lawyers are now raising issues over the prenup he signed, which we know gives him squat.
Wasser also expressed frustration that Kris is dragging his feet -- he hasn't even deposed Kim yet. Wasser calls the whole thing a "fishing expedition."
The judge said he'll set a trial date February 15. Hey, it's the day after Valentine's Day. Sweet.

Miami Dolphins Player Arrested for Choking Taxi Driver
Miami Dolphins safety Jonathon Amaya was arrested in Miami Beach early this morning ... after he allegedly choked out a cab driver.
According to the Miami Beach PD, 24-year-old Amaya -- 6'2", 185 lbs -- had given the cab driver $100 to take him outside the cab driver's usual area ... but during the ride, the NFL player got "aggressive."
The taxi driver told police he tried to kick Amaya out of the cab -- and even offered to return the $100 -- but Amaya refused. Instead, the cab driver claims, Amaya “leaned forward and wrapped his hands around his neck and started choking him."
When cops arrived to the scene, Amaya was still inside the cab. The driver told the responding officers, "This man is trying to kill me."
Cops say the cab driver did not have any visible injuries.
Amaya was eventually "escorted" out of the vehicle and arrested for battery just after 4AM.
FYI -- Amaya didn't record a single tackle in the Dolphins victory over the Seahawks on Sunday ... and only has 4 tackles on the year.
10:45 AM PT -- A rep for the Dolphins tells TMZ ... "We are aware of the situation and are in the process of gathering information.”

Warren Sapp About that Child Support ... I Need a Discount
Ex-NFL star Warren Sapp is desperate to lower his child support payments ... even though he struck a deal with one of his baby mamas to NEVER change the amount -- of course, that was before he went broke.
Sapp filed legal docs in Florida, requesting his child support to Angela Sanders be decreased from $2,500 per month ... because he's fallen on hard financial times since retiring from the NFL, a.k.a. he went bankrupt.
Problem is, back in 2001 -- when Sapp was a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cash-making superstar -- he and Sanders added a clause to their child support agreement that said ... neither party could "seek modification" based on changes in income.
Presumably, Sapp was trying to protect his millions.
Sanders tells TMZ she's "frustrated" by Sapp's request ... because she was fine sticking to the $2,500 a month while his pockets were getting fatter -- so it's unfair for him to lower it now.
According to the docs, Sapp is also trying to modify child-support payments for his 4 other baby mamas.
A judge has yet to rule.

Kevin Durant I Can't Be Sued for a Nickname I Don't Use!
Kevin Durant is fighting back against a lawsuit claiming he stole the nickname "Durantula" from a 1980s musician ... arguing that he didn't give himself the moniker and doesn't even use it to make money.
As TMZ first reported, the Oklahoma City Thunder star was sued by guitarist Mark Durante, who claimed he had trademarked the name and used it to sell merchandise long before KD came along.
But in his response -- filed earlier this month in Illinois Federal Court -- Durant claims the media and his fans have been calling him by the name his whole career. Durant says he has NEVER used the name to sell merchandise ... so Durante's lawsuit has no merit.
In addition, Durant claims that no one would ever confuse him with Durante (who has played with the likes of Public Enemy, The Aliens and The Next Big Thing).
KD wants the lawsuit tossed completely and wants Durante to cover his legal fees.
A judge has yet to rule.

Hector 'Macho' Camacho DIES From Gunshot Injuries
Hector "Macho" Camacho has died from injuries he sustained in a drive-by shooting in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Ernesto Torres, director of the Centro Medico trauma center in Puerto Rico, said Camacho went into cardiac arrest early Saturday. He was then taken off life support and died shortly thereafter.
Camacho and a childhood friend were shot several times Tuesday night while sitting inside their car. Camacho was hospitalized following the attack, but went into cardiac arrest a short time later. He died Saturday. Camacho's friend died at the scene.

Terrell Owens Unloads Another Condo For Massive LOSS
More bad news for unemployed NFLer Terrell Owens ... TMZ has learned the former football star took a major hit on his Georgia condo ... selling it off for nearly HALF of what he paid for it.
T.O. -- whose finances have taken a turn for the worse as of late -- has been dumping his real-estate collection right and left (both his Miami and Dallas condos were already sold) ... and now he finally unloaded his 1,060-square-foot Atlanta crib.
The deal wasn't so great for T.O. -- he purchased the pad back in 2005 for $324,600 and then listed it in 2011, where it sat on the market for over a year. He finally unloaded it earlier this month for a mere $180k.
But it's a steal for the new owner ... the cool digs is rockin' 2 bedrooms, 2 baths ... and primo amenities like a 24/7 concierge service, rooftop pool, fitness center, yoga studio and a club room -- with Xbox & Playstation.
Maybe T.O needed a little less "Call of Duty" and little more time with the pigskin.
