Former L.A. Dodgers outfielder Milton Bradley's estranged wife told police he beat the crap out of her this week ... the third time she's accused him of attacking her -- this according to law enforcement sources.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Milton's wife Monique filed a felony domestic violence report with the LAPD, claiming she and Milton were in their house when a verbal altercation turned physical ... leaving her with visible marks on her body. Our sources couldn't be more specific.

Milton and his wife have been through the ringer in the last year. Both filed dueling divorce petitions after Milton was arrested for felony assault ... when he allegedly swung a bat at her.

The bat incident occurred in September 2011. Milton was arrested for a separate domestic violence incident in January 2011 -- also involving Monique -- making this the THIRD time Milton's been accused of domestic violence.

So far, Milton's just been named in the police report. Officers haven't arrested him yet, but law enforcement sources tell us, cops really want to speak to him.

Milton is also suspected of violating the restraining order Monique currently has against him.

Ronda Rousey just made MMA history ... becoming the very first female fighter to join the UFC ... TMZ has learned.

Rousey -- a former U.S. Olympian -- has officially joined Dana White's MMA organization ... and automatically becomes the 135 lb women's champion.

We're told 25-year-old Ronda will defend her title in 2013 -- possible opponents include Sara McMann, Cris Cyborg and rival Miesha Tate.

Rousey has been fighting in Strikeforce since last year and emerged as a superstar ... beating the living crap out of just about everybody she's faced. In fact, she's undefeated. Just check out this highlight reel. (WARNING: SHE SNAPS SOME CHICK'S ELBOW IN THE VIDEO)

And there's more ... sources say Strikeforce, which airs on Showtime, will be running its last event in January before folding up shop for good. A rep for Strikeforce had no comment.

It's a pretty crazy turn of events -- considering last year, Dana told TMZ women would "NEVER" fight in the UFC.

Olympic snowboarder Shaun White has agreed to seek alcohol treatment after his crazy face-bruising public intoxication arrest in September -- and he could end up beating the rap, altogether.

Shaun struck a deal with prosecutors today -- agreeing to undergo alcohol treatment, perform 24 hours of community service, and pay restitution to the Nashville hotel he allegedly trashed in a drunken stupor.

As we reported, Shaun was arrested following the Nashville wedding for Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney -- where he got sloshed on beaucoup vodka. According to police, Shaun left the wedding and wreaked havoc on the hotel where he was staying ... pulling the fire alarm and breaking a telephone.

If Shaun holds up his end of the deal with prosecutors by January 25th -- they have agreed to dismiss the public intoxication charge against him.

In exchange for Shaun's cooperation, prosecutors have already dropped the vandalism charge.

Detroit Tigers star -- and World Series failure -- Delmon Young has pled "guilty" to aggravated harassment after shouting an anti-Semitic slur at a panhandler earlier this year ... and tackling another person to the ground.

Delmon was arrested for the incident in NYC in April -- when he was approached by a Jewish-looking panhandler (whatever that means) outside a hotel, and shouted, "F**king Jews! F**king Jews!"

Delmon was confronted by another person on the street after shouting the slur, and the baseball star tackled the man ... who then called 911. Cops showed up and arrested Delmon for aggravated harassment.

Delmon has now pled "guilty" as part of a plea deal -- in which he was sentenced to perform 10 days community service, and participate in a hate crime program at the Museum of Tolerance in NYC.

Boston Celtics superstar Rajon Rondo crashed the boards at a Boston high school today ... guest teaching a freshman algebra class ... on his day off.

Rondo -- rolled into Ms. Oshodi's class at Burke high school this morning -- where he taught the kids how to solve for X (it's 14 ... we think).

Rajon didn't stop there ... the 26-year-old -- who attended the University of Kentucky -- also visited nearby Harbor Middle School to preach the value of a quality education.

And get this -- we're told Rondo planned the visits by himself ... without the help of any public relations personnel ... just because he wanted to.

Rajon will be back on the court tomorrow to face off with the Washington Wizards -- a team that's currently 0-2 ... and with the power of math, we are able to determine they're horrible.

Several Houston Texans players -- past and present -- are banding together today to make sure their local senior citizens don't get screwed out of their right to vote ... TMZ has learned.

Former Texans offensive lineman Chester Pitts has organized a group of his gigantic NFL friends to help shuttle seniors in the Houston area to their local polling place.

We're told Pitts has rented several 15-passenger vans ... and will be joined by several current Texans linemen including Duane Brown (DT), Antoine Caldwell (C), Chris Myers (C) ... along with safety Danieal Manning.

Some of Chester's former Houston teammates are also expected to help out ... including Moran Norris, Travis Johnson and Charlie Anderson.

"I'm a firm believer that everyone has their own voice and has the right to be heard," Pitts tells TMZ.

If you ever wanted to be in Tiger Woods' house, or one of his mistresses ... pay attention, 'cause Joslyn James is punching in at a whore house -- while Tiger overhauls his non-whore house.

Terry Bradshaw is "really upset" he's being accused of racism after comparing a Reggie Bush TD run to someone chasing a "bucket of chicken" ... but tells TMZ there's a simple explanation -- Jimmy Johnson is a freak for chicken!

We just spoke to FOX NFL analysts Johnson and Bradshaw ... who said he was unaware there was any controversy until friends started calling him this morning.

Bradshaw explained it's a Sunday tradition for JJ to order a bucket of KFC after they wrap the pregame show -- and yesterday was no exception. Bradshaw says Johnson "won't share it with anybody" ... and everyone on set rips him for it.

Johnson backed up the bucket tale ... telling us, "Every Sunday I get 4 pieces of fried chicken, dark meat, and I eat it right there on the set."

Bradshaw tells us yesterday's chicken comment was an innocent shot at one of his co-stars ... something he commonly does during highlights.

TB says, "I'm having a hard time with this ... because that's not me. I never put those two things together because I don't think like that."

But Bradshaw adds, "I understand why people are upset because they don't know the inside story."

Plaxico Burress -- the unemployed NFL star who famously shot himself in the leg -- just skated on a speeding ticket because the cop shot himself in the foot!

Plaxico was cited for going 125 MPH in Broward County, FL -- 70 miles over the speed limit in his 2012 Ferrari.

So how, you ask, does someone beat the rap? You hire Bradford Cohen, who showed the judge the ticket, which cited the wrong law. The cop amended his copy of the ticket after the fact, but it didn't match up with Plaxico's copy.

Call it a technicality, but it did the trick.

Terry Bradshaw made the biggest fumble in the NFL on Sunday when he compared Reggie Bush TD run to "chasing a bucket of chicken" -- but the jaw-dropping comment was intended to be an inside joke ... TMZ has learned.

Hall of Famer Bradshaw was describing Reggie's play during yesterday's halftime highlights show on FOX NFL Sunday -- when he spewed, "Look at this Jimmy, like he was chasing that bucket of chicken that the wind was blowing the other day."

Sources who were inside the FOX studio yesterday ... tell TMZ Terry was not trying to insult African-American Reggie -- but instead was taking a shot at fellow FOX analyst Jimmy Johnson.

Shaquille O'Neal knows ... being rich and buying houses is fun ... so despite living in a GINORMOUS 70,000-square-foot mansion ... he dropped $235k on a second, regular person house 30 miles away.

Shaq -- who is reportedly worth around $250 million -- currently lives in an 11-bedroom, 13-bath PALACE outside Orlando, FL ... which includes a 20,000-square-foot basketball court and garage filled with DOZENS of sports cars!!!

But that just wasn't enough ... 'cause in July the former NBA superstar laid down $235k on a very normal 3,900-square-foot abode ... in a place called Mount Dora, FL.

It's unclear WHY the Shaq-ster bought the spare pad ... Investment? Gift? Kicks and giggles? But we do know the house is pretty nice -- for those of us not sitting on fat bank accounts.

The new pad is rockin' 5 bedrooms, 4 baths ... granite counter tops ... wet bar ... entertainment room ... and cherry cabinets. Which would all be really awesome ... if his other house wasn't WAY MORE awesome.

We reached out to Shaq's people to ask him about the new purchase ... but so far no word back.

Harvey: "I'm nervous about Tony Romo. The Jessica Simpson thing still bugs me ... he took that boat and then dumped her. It must be weighing on his conscience still. It's distracting. But I'm still going with Dallas because boating season is over."

Question: You're not worried about Atlanta? They've got the best record in the league.
Harvey: "Good for Atlanta ... they got the Falcons, TMZ and now TMZ Live! But I think they're getting a little cocky."

Question: What makes you say that?
Harvey: "I have nothing really to base it on."

It's been 3 years since Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren smashed his SUV with a golf club -- over a massive cheating scandal that derailed his life -- and now, Tiger's finally starting to rebuild ... starting with the Florida mansion where it all went downhill.

Construction is already underway at Tiger's Windermere home -- the same home where Tiger famously crashed his SUV following a blowout argument with Elin over his endless philandering ... and Elin attacked the car with a freakin' golf club.

Neighborhood sources tell TMZ, Tiger's uprooting the pool and replacing it with a brand new outdoor swimming facility. We're told he's also adding a new deck in the backyard, as well as a new spa.

Tiger has already obtained the requisite legal docs to commence building.

It's unclear if Tiger's renovating the home for his own personal enjoyment, or whether he plans to sell the place.

Tim Tebow may be a couple of yards closer to scoring, because he's kinda gone public with his new GF Camilla Belle. Both say they're pure as the driven snow. So we gotta ask ...
