TMZ has learned ... the Vancouver Whitecaps captain showed up at a bar called The Vault in Portland, Oregon Saturday night -- after suffering a brutal loss to the Portland Timbers -- and ran into a group of 25 of his BIGGEST fans.

Jay tells TMZ -- he was pretty pissed, but when he saw the fans -- who call themselves "The Handbags"-- he changed his 'tude.

Jay knocked a few back with the group, pounding vodka-sodas, beer and a specialty drink called "The Handbag." In return the group taught him some awesome soccer chants.

The MLS captain covered the $600 tab -- He tells us, "The fans paid a lot of money to travel from Vancouver and if I can give them a good memorable night, then why not?"

Evelyn Lozada says despite his arrest for allegedly head-butting her, she still loves estranged husband Chad Johnson -- but adds she can't imagine speaking to him any time soon.

In an interview with "Nightline" that airs tonight, Lozada described the alleged domestic violence incident as "a bad choice that destroyed his life ... But it was his choice, it wasn't mine."

Lozada said she hopes Chad is getting help and she wants "the best for him," but says that being apart is "the right thing."

Rhonda Aikman tried to GUILT police officers into letting her off the hook during her drunk in public arrest by throwing around the name of her famous ex-husband ... and TMZ has the shameless footage.

It all went down when Rhonda was sitting in the back of the Murphy PD cop car ... after she was busted for allegedly being wasted in a high school parking lot.

As the camera in the squad car rolled, Rhonda begged for her freedom ... at one point telling the officer, "Do you know what this is gonna do to him? Troy?”

The officer replied, "I have no idea. You can have him call me.”

Rhonda continued, “If you do this, it’ll be on the TV and it’ll hurt … it’s gonna hurt Troy, it’s gonna hurt me, is that what your goal is?"

"Is this really what you want to happen? To Troy? And me, and my kids? Is this what you want to happen? Or can you not just take me home?”

The officer shot down Rhonda's attempt ... and merely explained, "I'm just doing my job."

As we first reported, Rhonda was eventually booked for public intoxication and released a short time later.

TNA's heavyweight championship belt -- valued at roughly $6,000 -- was stolen earlier this month from right under a stagehand's nose ... but thankfully, the suspected thieves have been caught ... with the help of TECHNOLOGY.

TNA sources tell TMZ, the alleged belt-snatching took place on August 18th in Ottumwa, Iowa before a non-televised event while a stagehand was unloading props from his truck.

We're told the stagehand turned away for a split second, and one of the suspects grabbed the $6,000 belt -- along with a $400 replica -- and took off.

The two suspects were later identified by police using surveillance footage.

33-year-old Joel Luke and 39-year-old Forrest Jamison were arrested Wednesday before posting bail and being released. Luke was charged with 2nd-degree theft and Jamison was charged with accessory.

Andy Roddick has announced he is retiring from tennis after the U.S. Open ... leaving him plenty of free time to bang his hot model wife Brooklyn Decker.

Roddick -- who's only 30-years-old -- has reportedly made over $20 million in prize money during his career ... plus a FORTUNE in endorsement deals with Lacoste, Rolex, Lexus and American Express.

Roddick -- who famously won the U.S. Open in 2003 -- has been plagued with injuries during his 12-year career ... affecting his knees, ankles, shoulder and back.

Roddick is currently ranked #22 in the world and is scheduled to play his next round in the U.S. Open tomorrow night. Hopefully, Brooklyn will be there to cheer him on.

Kris Humphries says he's "100 percent sure" he did not transmit herpes to a woman he allegedly nailed back in 2010 ... claiming she's a liar who's making a shameless and baseless money grab.

TMZ broke the story ... Humphries has been sued by Kayla Goldberg ... who claims Kris knew he had the herp when they hooked up in 2010 and didn't tell her.

Now, Kris' rep tells GossipCop.com the allegations are "completely bogus."

The rep also says Kris is “100 percent sure [Kayla] did not contract [herpes] from him."

The rep also says Kayla threatened him with the lawsuit last year and warned him she would go public unless he paid her at least $1,000,000.

NBA star Matt Barnes tells TMZ ... there's one cop in Manhattan Beach, CA who simply doesn't like him ... and targeted him for TWO HOURS back in July in a plot to ruin Matt's life.

Barnes -- who's now a free agent -- was hangin' at the beach last night when he told us, "Manhattan Beach doesn't like me very much ... I don't know why they don't like me, but they don't like me."

Barnes was referencing an incident on July 30 ... when he was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant. We're told the arresting officer lurked near Matt's car for two hours on the night of the arrest to make sure he didn't miss the chance to arrest Barnes.

When asked if he thought he was being watched that night, Matt told us, "Someone waits outside your car for two hours ... I would say that's watching."

Barnes explained that his beef isn't with the entire Manhattan Beach PD ... saying he "loves" the cops ... and insists. "We're not gonna let a couple of situations take us away from living our lives."

So there he was ... Charles Barkley MURDERING a karaoke rendition of "End of the Road" at a bar in North Carolina ... when suddenly the guys from Boyz II Men appeared on stage and saved his ass.

It all went down at a bar in Raleigh -- Charles and B2M were in town for the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic to raise money for cancer research.

After Charles hit the links, he grabbed the mic during a karaoke event ... and proved once and for all that his voice is EVEN WORSE than his golf swing.

But just when the crowd at Lucky B's couldn't take any more ... Boyz II Men emerged from the crowd, and blew everyone away.

Kris Humphries has just been sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes ... TMZ has learned.

Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd in L.A. -- long before Kris met Kim Kardashian. The two flirted, exchanged numbers, and Kayla claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times ... including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.

The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes -- and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.

Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.

She's suing for sexual battery claiming Kris knew he had herpes when they hooked up and didn't tell her.

Kayla -- who put her full name in the lawsuit -- is suing for unspecified damages.

WWE superstar Cameron -- a member of the Funkadactyls -- allegedly offered police $10,000 to let her go after she was arrested for DUI last week ... this according to police.

TMZ obtained the arrest report filed by police in Tampa Bay, Florida ... which shows Cameron -- real name Ariane Nicole Andrew -- was arrested at 2:23 AM on Friday morning outside Tampa International Airport.

The report says Cameron blew a .20 ... more than twice the legal limit in Florida.

After cops took her into custody, the report says Cameron offered one of the officers $10,000 to "let her go because she would lose her job."

In the docs, cops say Cameron listed her employer as the WWE.

Cops say Cameron had a male passenger in the car ... who told police the two had been drinking martinis before getting in the car.

Cameron was booked for DUI ... but eventually released.

Chad Johnson's estranged wife Evelyn Lozada has cut herself off entirely from her husband -- telling TMZ, she hasn't spoken a word to the former NFL star since he allegedly headbutted her earlier this month.

Evelyn was out in NYC this morning when we asked if she has had any contact with Chad since the August 11th incident -- when Chad was busted for domestic violence -- and Evelyn replied, "No."

It's the first time Evelyn's spoken a word in public following that fateful night. She has since filed for divorce.

Three men have been arrested for allegedly beating the crap out of superstar college running back Montee Ball near the University of Wisconsin campus.

Cops say the three men are all 21 years old ... and have each been charged with battery for the August 1st attack on the 2011 Heisman Trophy finalist.

One of the men who was arrested had sustained serious injuries during a fight at a house party a few days before the campus attack.

The man suffered serious injuries to his face and head in the attack ... and told police Ball was involved in the attack.

Cops later determined Ball was at the house party when the fight went down. Ball has denied participating in the fight.

Tony Parker is insane to think the people at W.i.P. nightclub should've known about the "bad blood" between Chris Brown and Drake BEFORE their infamous brawl ... this according to new legal docs filed by the club.

Parker had sued the club for $20 mil ... claiming it should pay for the damage he sustained when he took a shard of glass to the eye in the bottle-throwing melee back in June.

In his lawsuit, Parker claimed W.i.P. should have been aware of the "bad blood" between the two stars ... and never should have let them inside the establishment on that fateful night.

But now the nightclub is firing back, claiming Parker's got it all wrong ... because it's not the club's job to keep tabs on its patrons' personal lives -- so it can't be held responsible for not knowing about the beef.

Parker also claims the nightclub supplied booze to extremely intoxicated patrons, which helped fuel the brawl that led to the basketball player's injuries -- but the club says Parker's got no case ... so he can pound sand.

W.i.P. wants the lawsuit dismissed in its entirety. A judge has yet to rule.

Troy Aikman's ex-wife was drunk off her ass at 9:30 AM ... when she was arrested for public intoxication in a high school parking lot in Texas ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

According to the doc, the Murphy Police Dept. claims officers were dispatched to McMillen High School around 9:30 AM on Monday ... to check out a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

When cops arrived to the scene, they discovered Rhonda Aikman in the driver's seat ... with the engine turned off.

Officers claim Rhonda "fumbled" to open the door ... but once she did, cops say they could immediately "smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle."

In the report, cops say Rhonda was slurring her words when she talked and had little control over her body movement. Still, cops say Rhonda denied being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Cops asked her to step out of the vehicle, but she allegedly refused ... so two cops "forcefully removed" her from the car.

Cops then determined she was a danger to herself and others and was arrested for public intoxication.

According to the report, cops went through Rhonda's vehicle and found 2 water bottles half filled with a yellow liquid that was cold and smelled like alcohol. They also allegedly found a bottle of Colozapam ... a prescription drug commonly used to treat seizures and panic disorders.

Cops say they also found a small dog in the car. The dog was transported to a police animal shelter. The dog has since been recovered.

Aikman was reportedly cooperative once she arrived to the police station. She has been released from custody.

USC quarterback Matt Barkley -- considered the best college quarterback in the country -- crashed into a man on a bicycle on Saturday night ... and TMZ has the pics.

A witness at the scene tells TMZ ... Matt was driving his Ford Escape out of a Mobil station near the USC campus Saturday night around 8:20 PM ... when he collided with a bicyclist.

We're told the rider was knocked off the bike ... and Matt immediately stopped the car to check on the man.

Sources say one of the bike pedals was lodged in the bumper of Matt's ride ... but the two men were able to pry the part from the car.

After a quick conversation, we're told both men decided it wasn't necessary to call police ... and went their separate ways. We're told the biker did not appear to suffer any serious injuries.

It took us almost 4 weeks ... seriously, 4 WEEKS ... but the draft has finally been completed for the 4th Annual TMZ Fantasy Football League ... and they're all pretty terrible (with one exception).

After Gary's abysmal performance last season, he's been kicked out of the league ... and replaced by Shevonne. He will be missed ... because he was terrible and everyone enjoyed destroying him.

Zak -- the defending TMZ FF champion -- got the #1 pick this time around and selected Aaron Rodgers.

Ray Rice went #2. Charles betrayed his NY roots and selected Tom Brady with the #3 pick.

Leslie's draft was most impressive ... taking ZERO kickers this year ... 3 fewer than her previous draft.

Office bragging rights are up for grabs ... this is serious.
