Another NFL arrest ... this time, the man in the mug shot is Seattle Seahawks starting running back Marshawn Lynch ... who was arrested for DUI in Oakland over the weekend.

According to law enforcement, Lynch was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol on Saturday ... and during the stop, the officer noticed Marshawn seemed a little boozy.

The "Beast Mode" running back was eventually arrested after cops determined his blood alcohol level was above .08, the legal limit in California.

The 26-year-old was booked ... and later posed for an angry mug shot (see above ... if you dare).

6:10 AM PT -- According to ESPNDallas.com, Bryant had gotten into an argument with his half-brother on Saturday night and ended up pushing his mother, Angela.

Bryant was arrested for the incident on Monday after turning himself in to authorities.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was arrested on a family violence charge in Texas earlier today.

The details surrounding the arrest are unclear ... but according to local law enforcement, the charge is a Class A misdemeanor ... and Bryant was released after posting bail.

Law enforcement says Bryant's bail was less than $2,000.

When contacted by a local media outlet, Bryant confirmed there was an incident ... but wouldn't get into specifics. He did say, "I'm good."

Kim Kardashian just got a WARNING from a woman with whom she has something in common -- Kris Humphries ... and the warning is ... BACK OFF!

Myla Sinanaj just tweeted to Kim, "Why don't u enjoy ur Miami trip and stop sending private investigators to my house-Stop dragging me into ur drama."

Myla followed that up with, "I don't have to explain Or apologize for who I chose to be friends with. Subpoena or not!"

Myla is referring to a subpoena from Kim's camp ordering her to sit for a deposition at the end of the month. The depo involves Kim's divorce from Kris -- something Myla may know a thing or 2 about. Myla's ex-lawyer, Joe Tacopina, already accepted service on Myla's behalf, but it seems Kim's camp may be worried Myla may now say he didn't have authority to do that.

Myla also just tweeted, "Subpoena me twice for the same thing! Hilarious."

Well, Myla, you can never be too careful ... and that doesn't just apply to getting pregnant.

7/18/12 -- Taylor's lawyer, Raymond Robin, tells TMZ, "The allegations of Mr. Taylor being a colossal financial failure are completely untrue. Mr. Taylor has been very successful in his business ventures.”

Robin adds, "The allegations in our original complaint speak for themselves. We have copies of the checks that Mr. Kim wrote directly to himself to verify our claims."

Ex-NFL superstar Jason Taylor is a colossal failure when it comes to handling his money ... so says Taylor's former money manager who's now suing the future Hall of Famer for $1,000,000.

Taylor -- who played in the league for 15 seasons -- is being sued by Eric Kim ... an investment broker who claims the two used to be great friends. In fact, Kim says they golfed together, played high-stakes poker together and Taylor even invited Kim to watch Jason compete in the "Dancing with the Stars" finale.

According to the lawsuit filed by Behren Law Firm, Taylor eventually "begged" Kim to step in and handle his financial situation ... "due to a history of colossal failures in his investments."

Kim says he obliged ... and Jason began to make some serious profits. Kim claims he advised Jason to cash out while he was ahead, but Jason didn't listen.

In return for all of his hard work, Kim says Jason turned on him and began trashing him all over town ... calling him a "thief" and telling people he "stole from me."

We broke the story, Taylor SUED Kim last year ... claiming the guy is a fraud who scammed him out of $275k. Kim denies any wrongdoing.

Tony Parker is still feeling the impact of the glass bottle that hit him in the eye during the Chris Brown vs. Drake nightclub brawl ... 'cause a month later, he's wearing protective goggles to keep the injury from getting worse.

Parker -- who says he was merely an innocent bystander in club W.i.P. on June 14 -- was all Kareem'd out during an Olympic warm-up game with the French national team yesterday.

The footage is pretty insane ... an SUV of pumped up Lakers fans spot Nash in a yellow cab ... pull up next to the car ... pass the guy a Keystone Light ... and Nash accepts. The fans go wild.

Nash shot the video on his own cell phone ... which led many to believe it was all a premeditated viral video stunt to promote the beer.

But the honchos at Keystone insist it was as REAL as it gets ... telling TMZ, "While we can take credit for the 'Always Smooth' taste of Keystone Light, we had nothing to do with this video."

Kobe Bryant says his rape case in Eagle, CO helped him grow as a person ... saying he not only learned a lot about himself ... but matured in the process.

In an extremely rare moment with sports interview guru Graham Bensinger ... Kobe opened up about his state of mind during the 2003 legal battle ... calling the court proceedings a "dark time."

Kobe explained, "I think it challenges who you are as a person. To have to go through something like that not only individually but as a family. For the Lakers organization, my teammates. It was extremely difficult and you kinda had to do some soul searching, because you’re fighting numerous battles at the same time. You just kind of try to figure your way through all of this mess. And the only thing that you can do is put one foot in front of the other, and just continue to move forward."

Kobe ultimately settled with his accuser and admitted no guilt ... but did fess up to cheating on his wife Vanessa. He apologized ... and reportedly dropped $4 mil on some make-up jewelry.

During the in interview with Graham, Kobe revealed that he has discussed the case with NFL superstar Ray Lewis ... who was once charged with (and cleared of) murder ... because he could relate to the kind of pressure Bryant was facing.

There's a damn good chance Terrell Owens will be sentenced to JAIL if he once again blows off his child support hearing in Atlanta on Thursday ... but T.O. didn't seem to care this weekend because there was a BEACH PARTY in Malibu!!

Smiling like he wasn't $20k behind in child support payments, Owens took off his shirt and posed up with "Dancing with the Stars" pro Derek Hough and "Extra" host Maria Menounos at the Chapstick Beach House.

Just a few days before the party, Owens got himself into some hot water with an ATL judge after no-showing at a child support hearing. Owens allegedly owes $20k in back payments to the mother of his 7-year-old daughter.

Terrell's lawyer took responsibility for his client's no-show -- blaming it on a simple miscommunication. But according to reports, the judge was PISSED and has threatened to lock up the former NFL star if he misses the next hearing, scheduled for Thursday July 19.

Jason Kidd was sporting a bruise on his right cheek in his mug shot ... taken moments after he crashed his SUV into a pole and was arrested for DWI early Sunday morning.

As TMZ first reported, Kidd was described by several witnesses at a club in East Hampton as being incredibly drunk ... so much so that he had to be carried out.

Now that his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj says she's 100% not pregnant with his spawn, Kris Humphries celebrated by partying shirtless in South Beach this weekend.

4:45 PM PT -- Ward has since tweeted about the incident ... saying, "I just want to let everyone know that nothing happened to me and that this entire situation has been blown completely up. I'm sorry for this even being made relevant."

Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward was involved in a VERY heated dust-up outside a L.A. nightclub early Monday morning ... so intense that security discharged their pepper spray to control the situation.

TMZ obtained footage of an extremely pissed off Ward leaving Greystone Manor in Hollywood around 2AM ... in fact, his friends were trying to restrain the NFL player ... while another group of people restrained the man he was beefin' with.

It's unclear why the two men were charged up ... but minutes after they spilled into the street, a couple of men in uniform, who appear to be private security officers, followed the group into the street brandishing pepper spray in an effort to break up the situation.

At one point, one of the men discharged his spray ... and the mist actually hit our camera guy in the face.

As for T.J. ... the 25-year-old former 2nd round draft pick eventually left the scene ... and was never seen exchanging blows with anyone.

We spoke to the LAPD spokesperson -- who told us none of their officers were called to the scene ... no complaints were filed ... and no arrests were made.

Now that Blake Griffin has signed a five-year contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, the fate of the franchise rests on whether or not Chris Paul does the same next summer ... and TMZ may have uncovered a clue in the deed to his new home.

As TMZ first reported, Paul picked up a sweet Bel Air mansion that boasts 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms ... and used to belong to Avril Lavigne.

Paul paid $8.5 million for the house ... but according to the deed, he put a down payment of $3.5 million. The standard down payment on a house like that is usually around 30% of the total price, but Chris' payment represents 44% ... a pretty decent sign he plans to keep the house for some time.

Multiple witnesses tell TMZ ... NBA star Jason Kidd appeared to be so drunk in the moments leading up to his DWI arrest ... that he had to be carried out of the club he spent the night partying at.

TMZ has obtained a photo of the all-star point guard being carried out of a club called SL East. Multiple witness tell TMZ that Kidd appeared "incredibly drunk" -- so much so that at one point he tried to hang from a club light and broke it.

According to the multiple witnesses, after being carried out by a few friends, Kidd got in his car to drive off ... despite protests from his friends. Kidd left the club around 1:00 AM and crashed his car less than an hour later.

Earlier in the evening, Kidd tweeted a photo of himself (wearing the same gray shirt as in the photo above) alongside George Lucas at a charity event.

NBA star Jason Kidd was arrested for DWI this morning in New York ... Southampton Police tell TMZ ... after Kidd allegedly crashed his car into a telephone pole.

Kidd was the lone passenger in the accident, which police say happened around 1:56 AM. Police at the scene described Kidd as "being intoxicated."

He was taken to a local hospital to treat minor injuries. After being released from the hospital, he was transported to the local police station for processing.

Cops say the all-star point guard was then arraigned on a misdemeanor DWI charge in Southampton Town Justice Court and later released on his own recognizance.

Kidd won an NBA title with the Dallas Mavericks in 2011 ... but signed a three-year, $9.5 million deal with the Knicks on July 5.

Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Johnson has a $126-million contract tied to his name and now he's filed legal docs to make sure his son gets a piece of it ... TMZ has learned.

The All-Star guard filed paternity paperwork earlier this week in Georgia to legally establish himself as the father of his alleged 5-year old son, whose mother is named Shannon Beckton.

In the docs, Johnson says he still wants to test for DNA (just in case) ... but if he is the father, he is asking the judge for joint physical and legal custody, for his son to be able to inherit from him, and for his son to take on his last name.

David Beckham just can't resist a busload full of screaming fans -- at least not when they're on the TMZ tour bus! Who says Americans don't love soccer (stars)?
