Kobe's Beef Over "Dirty" Affair Allegations
TMZ has obtained a cease and desist letter that Kobe Bryant's attorney fired off to the owners of a website that accused the NBA star of having an affair with a Lakers cheerleader. Is it too late to bet on the Spurs?
TheDirty.com (aka the site that ran those Matt Leinart pics) published a post last week claiming it had info linking Bryant to one of the Laker Girls, who has since resigned. The girl has left the team, we're told, to pursue a "hosting" career. All references to her on the team's official site have vanished.
The letter demands the site remove Kobe's "name, image, and likeness, and any information that relates in any way to him" -- but thus far, it's still there. TheDirty tells us, "TheDirty.com strictly adheres to all laws when posting stories and/or images."
BTW -- Kobe's lawyer is none other than Adam Streisand. He's Barbra's cousin, and he tried -- and failed -- to inject himself into Britney Spears' conservatorship case earlier this year.

He could face up to six months in jail and a $500 fine for the marijuana charge.

Warrant Issued For Alleged Ice Dancer Drugger
Cops are on the hunt for James R. Halstead, the creep suspected of slipping the "date rape" drug in Olympic gold medal ice dancer Oksana "Pasha" Grishuk's drink during a business meeting at an O.C. hotel last month.
The shady insurance salesman faces one felony count of giving an unwitting Grishuk a "narcotic, anesthetic and intoxicating agent." This is not the first time Halstead has been in trouble with the law. The 61-year-old has been accused of defrauding investors out of millions of dollars.
And no, this guy is in no way affiliated with Tonya Harding -- that we know of.

Caesars to Pacman: Et Tu, Deadbeat?
Crazytown footballer Pacman Jones may want to avoid Vegas for his next vacation. The Clark County D.A. is seeking a felony arrest warrant for Pacman for allegedly running out on a $20K gambling debt at Caesars Palace.
The Bad Check Unit -- the same peeps who went after Charles Barkley -- say Jones hasn't paid back three markers, two for $5,000 and one for $10,000 to the casino. The warrant hasn't been granted by a judge yet, and his lawyer tells the Las Vegas Sun that he's going to pay up.
Jones is trying to get back into the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys after he was suspended by the NFL all of last season. He's been arrested six times since 2005.

But at the same time, I was just trying to have fun with (friends).''

Barkley Bounces More Than Basketballs
Charles Barkley's mouth is writing checks his wallet apparently can't cash. Last night the baller announced he's finally paid back the $400K he owes the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Vegas. Only he hasn't.
Immediately following Barkley's proclamation that he was paid in full, Clark County D.A. David Roger told the Las Vegas Sun, "We have no evidence to suggest that he has made any payments. We have neither heard from Mr. Barkley nor received restitution from him."
And get this -- Barkley not only has to repay the Wynn, he also has to pay an extra 10% fee -- $40,000 -- to the bad check unit.
He could be charged with a felony if he doesn't pay up.
