If you've always wanted to get Gloria Allred in a boxing ring (yes, you Tiger Woods) ... here's a photo to make you drool -- it's the 'Princess of Payouts' all laced up and ready to answer the bell.

Gloria will be with her client -- WBC female champ Christy Martin -- for a news conference this morning announcing Christy's first fight since her husband allegedly shot and stabbed her in November.

The undisputed men's champ of promotion -- Don King -- will also be at the Times Square newser announcing the Miguel Cotto-Ricardo Mayorga matchup.

So ... Allred and King in one room? Ain't enough microphones or cameras in the world.

Naturally, we be there.

Denver Broncos Star -- The Dreaded Mug Shot

TMZ has obtained the mug shot of Denver Broncos running back Laurence Maroney -- who was arrested in St. Louis on weapons and drug charges late Monday night.

Maroney -- a star running back for the Denver Broncos -- was allegedly high on drugs while in possession of a firearm.

Maroney's rep insists he had a permit to carry the weapon -- and has since been released from jail.

Cops: NFL Star Was High on Drugs, Carrying Gun

Denver Broncos running back Laurence Maroney was high on drugs AND in possession of a firearm when cops arrested him in St. Louis last night ... this according to law enforcement.

The St. Louis PD tells TMZ ... 25-year-old Maroney was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a weapon.

Cops say while Maroney has a valid "Conceal and Carry" permit -- he was arrested for packing the gun while under the influence of drugs.

Maroney was in a car with 5 other people late Monday night when cops say they observed "several occupants" of the vehicle smoking what was believed to be marijuana.

Five of the six people in the car were arrested and three firearms were discovered during the bust ... including two handguns and a rifle. It's unclear which gun cops have associated with Maroney.

Maroney's rep had released a statement saying, "Mr. Maroney was unlawfully arrested for possession of weapons. He holds a permit to carry a concealed weapon and he had his permit on his person when he was arrested."

The rep added, "He was not arrested for any drugs nor was he involved in a high speed chase. He was released without being charged with any offense and we do not anticipate he will be charged with any criminal offense."

UPDATE: The Broncos tell TMZ they know about Maroney's arrest but have no comment for now.

Brett Favre Retires (Again) ... In Writing

This time Brett Favre means it -- he's retiring from football ... and he's gone so far as to file paperwork with the NFL saying he's done ... TMZ has confirmed.

TMZ confirmed with the Minnesota Vikings that Favre filed the documents.

Of course, this is just a technicality. The 41-year old future Hall of Fame QB could still decide to return next season -- as he did the last three years.

Then again, Favre's never been this beat up -- he didn't even play in the Vikes' last two games.

So, we gotta ask...

Brett Favre Masseuse -- QB Did NOT Harass Me!

Brett Favre deals with sext rejection like a pro -- and knows just when to back off -- at least according to the mystery masseuse who turned down the QB's advance back in 2008.

Amanda Oswald -- who was hired by the New York Jets to work on Brett for a day in 2008 -- confirms to TMZ that Favre sent her a text message soliciting her for a sexual encounter after a massage session.

Oswald tells us that unlike two OTHER masseuses who worked on Jets players on the day she was contracted, Oswald and her lawyer Andrew Campanelli will NOT be pursuing a sexual harassment case against the NFL star ... because she doesn't feel Brett violated her rights.

Oswald explains ... after Favre sent the text asking for a private session with "bad intentions" -- Oswald said she texted back, simply informing him she wasn't game for anything sexual.

According to Oswald, Favre replied, "OK" ... and never pursued her further.

Oswald tells us, "I do believe it was inappropriate ... I can't say I was being harassed."

Oswald has not worked for the Jets since the day of the text incident ... but she tells us she's not opposed to taking another gig with the team if the opportunity presents itself.

Rick Fox Busted -- Traveling Violation

Rick Fox could end up paying the City of Los Angeles nearly $500 -- because TMZ has learned, the ex-NBA star got popped for running a red light recently ... and the cop didn't let him off with a warning.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Fox -- who was driving a brand new BMW 7 Series -- was cruising around west L.A. when he accidentally stopped too late at a red light ... and had to proceed through the intersection.

We're told a cop saw the whole thing and pulled Fox over, citing him for running the red.

The ticket itself costs $446 ... but with traffic school, the final bill could be a lot more.

Jose Canseco's Twin Brother Busted for DUI

Ozzie Canseco -- the twin brother of infamous MLB star Jose Canseco -- was arrested early this morning for DUI.

Canseco was busted at 2:13 AM in Tampa, FL by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. According to the arrest report, Canseco had a blood alcohol level of .109/.108 ... slightly above the legal limit of .08%.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office website, Canseco was released on $500 bond.

Ozzie had a brief major league career, having never hit a home run in 65 career ABs.

Kardashian Family Face-Off in Los Angeles

Khloe's Lakers defeated Kim's Nets, 100-88.

Ryan Sheckler -- On Warpath Over Vaporizer Picture

Ryan Sheckler just declared war on a website -- over a picture in which the pro skater unintentionally shows off a giant device used to inhale marijuana -- and he won't stop until it's taken down for good.

Sheckler -- who originally posted the pic to his Twitter account -- was modeling a new hat from his big sponsor Red Bull ... but unfortunately, he didn't seem to notice the ridiculous space-age vaporizer sitting behind him on a coffee table.

The pic -- which has since been deleted from his Twitter -- was reposted on TheDirty.com under the headline "Lay Off the Ganja Sheckler" ... and now the Sheckmeister is royally pissed, claiming the site is ruining his good name.

Sheck's lawyer fired off a cease and desist letter to the gossip site on Thursday -- demanding they remove the incriminating pic stat ... or face the wrath of the law. As of now, the pic is still up.

Brandi Favre -- Reaching Out to Brett

Brandi Favre still has a "very close" relationship with her famous older brother -- and TMZ has learned she plans on reaching out to Brett Favre for help in the wake of her meth arrest.

According to Brandi's attorney Richard Dymond -- who also happens to be a Favre family friend -- Brandi still talks to Brett on a "regular basis" and will be turning to the NFL star for guidance.

Dymond tells us despite Brandi's past brushes with the law -- she's never been convicted of a "serious crime" ... and insists, "Brandi is a good person."

As we previously reported, Brandi and 4 other people were arrested in Mississippi this week after cops claim they were operating a meth lab in an upscale neighborhood. Brandi is due back in court in February.

So far, no comment from Brett's camp.

Heisman Winner Cam Newton Running to the NFL

Cam Newton is no dummy -- the controversial and amazingly talented QB is done at Auburn University ... and says he's going to the NFL next year.

The Heisman Trophy winner -- who was in the middle of a recruiting scandal all season -- announced Thursday that he will skip his senior season and enter the NFL draft.

Monday night Newton lead the Auburn Tigers to a national championship victory over Oregon that went right down to the wire.

An NCAA investigation found that Newton's father attempted to sell his son's football services to Mississippi State ... although he eventually decided to play ball at Auburn instead.

Redskins' Haynesworth -- Stripper's Lawsuit Dismissed

Albert Haynesworth -- one of the NFL's highest paid defensive players -- will not have to shell out $10 million to the stripper who claimed he "abandoned" her when she got pregnant ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal documents ... a judge in New York City dismissed the lawsuit last month -- stating the court had no jurisdiction over the complaint because Haynesworth -- a Washington Redskins defensive lineman -- doesn't live in NY and has no business contacts in NY.

The woman, a NY resident, had claimed that Haynesworth refused to provide emotional and financial support to her when she got pregnant -- allegedly with his child.

Haynesworth has stated he would take care of the child if the woman -- a stripper he admits dating -- could prove paternity.

Lawrence Taylor Strikes Plea Deal in Rape Case

Lawrence Taylor just pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges as part of one helluva plea deal in his statutory rape case -- and will get off with no jail time but will have to register as a sex offender.

The NFL Hall of Famer was in court in Rockland County, NY ... and pled guilty to one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct -- all stemming from his arrest last May for having sex with a 16-year-old girl.

Taylor was originally charged with a felony ... and could have gotten 4 years in prison. Instead he'll get probation -- but as part of the plea deal he has to register as a sex offender.

Taylor has homes in Florida and New Jersey.

Mark Cuban Sues Unknown Football League (UFL)

Mark Cuban is suing the United Football League for allegedly stiffing him on a $5 million loan -- the first big sign the minor football organization you never knew a damn thing about ... might go belly up.

Cuban's HDNet filed the federal lawsuit this week ... claiming the UFL -- an upstart league of former and undrafted NFL players -- failed to repay the $5 mil it was loaned last April.

In the docs, HDNet says the league missed two deadlines -- in October and December -- to pay back the cash, plus interest.

A league rep said they don't comment on business matters.

The UFL started in 2009 and its games air on HDNet ... for now.
