UFC kingpin Dana White confirms ... Cain is at a Las Vegas hospital, where doctors are performing arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder to repair a partially torn rotator cuff.

We're told Cain isn't sure exactly when the injury occurred ... but it may have happened during the Lesnar fight back in October.

No word on when Cain is expected to return to fighting shape.

34-year-old Brandi Favre was busted after cops broke up a meth lab hidden in a condo in an upscale neighborhood.

Cops told WLOX, "We discovered the full lab in the bathroom; it was still cooking. I think we collected pretty close to ten grams of finished product, which, that's a lot of meth."

Brandi -- and 4 others -- have all been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, transferring a controlled substance and generation of hazardous waste.

UPDATE 10:10 AM PST: Brandi appeared in a Hancock County courtroom this morning, where her bond was set at $40,000. If convicted, Brandi faces up to 30 years in prison on each count.

Ellison -- who started 9 games for the Chargers as a rookie in 2009 -- had been popped in Redondo Beach, CA for possessing 100 Vicodin pills without a prescription ... and was cut from the team in the wake of his arrest.

Kevin was later picked up by the Seattle Seahawks ... but they also let him go due to the pending charges.

However, Ellison has since completed the NFL Substance Abuse Program -- and the District Attorney's Office has agreed to throw out the case.

Brandi Favre was among 5 suspects rounded up on the scene ... and according to WLOX, the perps were taken to a local medical center for decontamination before being thrown behind bars.

It's not the first time Brandi's had a run-in with the law -- in the past, she's been arrested for shoplifting and unlawful use of a weapon.

Lebron James believes the SHALACKING that the Lakers put on the Cleveland Cavaliers last night was an act of "Karma" ... for all the anti-LeBron trash talk he endured back when he left the squad.

TMZ has obtained documents from Bexar County, Texas ... showing Brent and Erin's 13-year-marriage legally came to an end on January 5.

According to the docs, Brent and Erin will share joint custody of their two minor children. As for holidays and other important annual events, the couple will alternate custody every year.

The docs show Brent and Erin signed a prenup before they tied the knot -- which will determine how they will divide their property. The terms of the prenup are confidential.

But get this, Erin was awarded child support through 2013 to the tune of $4,000 a month -- but agreed to stop taking Brent's money three years after she graduates from law school ... with the expectation she can provide for herself.

As TMZ first reported, some guy who says he goes by the name "Iron" Mike Landrum sued Tyson for $115 million over use of the "Iron" moniker.

Tyson's legal team fired back at the end of the December, filing a motion to dismiss that claims Landrum's trademark suit is without merit on several levels -- including the fact that no one in their right mind would confuse a 58-year-old guy who last fought in 1985 ... with "one of the most famous (if not the most famous) and recognizable boxer in history."

Sources close to Angelina tell us she's been locked in discussions with TNA Wrestling officials for the past week -- trying to hammer out a deal to get her in the squared circle ASAP.
