The Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome will be transforming their restaurant and bar into the ultimate NFL watching experience for fans that won't be able to attend the game at the overcrowded TCF Bank Stadium.

Reps at the hotel tell us they're encouraging people to "see the game at the Metrodome" by featuring Vikings and Bears themed drink and dinner specials -- as well as bringing in extra flat screen TV's so nobody misses out on the action.

Value Liquors -- which is right next to TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis -- tells TMZ they're preparing for huge business since officials nixed alcohol sales in the college stadium for the matchup with the Chicago Bears.

We're told the store ordered 50 cases of flasks, and over 4,000 airplane-size bottles of liquor. Hmmm ... wonder what fans are gonna do with those?

As we first reported, Floyd was arrested last night at a Vegas casino ... for allegedly poking a security guard in the face last month during a parking dispute in Las Vegas.

Floyd left the PD without posting bail -- on his own recognizance -- in a Rolls-Royce.

UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Floyd has been released from custody.

Romo reportedly popped the question while celebrating Candice's 24th birthday on Thursday.

Candice is Chace Crawford's younger sister and she's a sports reporter for KDAF ... the CW station in Dallas which, appropriately, first reported the engagement.

Romo is the second Jessica Simpson ex to put a ring on it recently.

According to court docs, the judge tossed out the case last week.

TMZ broke the story ... Tactical Operations sued Arenas in April -- claiming the Washington Wizards star purchased pistols and silencers, but racked up $70,000 in storage fees when Arenas didn't pick up the items.

A judge in Las Vegas has issued a warrant for Floyd's arrest -- stemming from the battery charge for allegedly poking a security guard in the face last month during a parking dispute.

The judge originally issued -- and then immediately recalled -- the warrant after a hearing on December 7 -- but after complaints from the prosecution that Floyd was receiving preferential treatment ... it was reissued.

As we first reported, security guard Shayne Smith claims Mayweather went ballistic after receiving two parking tickets outside of his own home in Vegas.

It all went down on Tuesday in Clearwater, Florida -- when the pap tried to shoot video of the nuptials.

Listen to the tape -- you hear the photog tell someone in the wedding party, "You're in my space and I'm carrying a gun."

The picture shows Eva -- dressed in black and wearing a black hat -- at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just north of San Antonio. Tony is behind the pillar.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ Eva flew to Texas to spend time with Tony. We're told it was all very friendly. The restaurant -- actually it's a gas station with a BBQ pit out back -- is a couple of miles from the huge house that Tony and Eva recently built.

The divorce is still on, but one source connected with the couple says not to rule out the chance for a reconciliation.

According to a source at the wedding ... security guard and family friend Ron Howard (not that one) approached the photographer and asked him to leave.

Sources say Howard told cops the photog -- Robert Martinez -- put his forearm on Howard's throat -- and then yelled, "I'm packing a gun." That's when the fight really started ... and someone at the wedding called cops. Clearwater PD confirms a gun was mentioned during the altercation.

And there's this ... we're told Martinez's video camera was rolling during the fight -- and cops watched his tape when they arrived.
