Tony Parker Files for Divorce -- Read the Docs
TMZ has obtained the dueling divorce docs Tony Parker filed last week against Eva Longoria.
The documents, which were stamped at the court in Texas on Friday, were filed using initials only. Unlike Eva's docs, there is no mention of a prenup.
It is unclear how lawyers for Eva and Tony will work things out -- namely, where they get divorced ... San Antonio or Los Angeles.

Tony Parker's Lawyer Blindsides Eva Longoria
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker both want their divorce to go smoothly, but Tony's sudden move Friday to file his own divorce papers angered Eva and complicated the process.
TMZ broke the story ... Tony filed his own divorce papers in Texas, just days after Eva filed in California. Sources tell us Eva's side had absolutely no idea Tony's lawyer filed the docs -- and, we're told, Eva was "very upset" when she found out.
According to our sources, both Tony and Eva want their prenup enforced. But when Eva's lawyer filed the divorce papers, the attorney checked the box that reserved Eva's right to collect spousal support -- something we're told is inconsistent with their prenup.
Sources say ... since Tony's lawyer felt Eva's divorce papers left open the possibility she would challenge the prenup, he wanted to protect his client by filing in Texas, which several experts tell us could be beneficial to Tony in terms of enforcing the prenup.
In the end, sources connected with the couple tell us Eva and Tony are in sync -- all was calm on Sunday -- but right now there are two divorce petitions in two states, and someone's gotta give.

Lenny Dykstra's Doggy Could Be Repossessed
Lenny Dykstra is so broke -- a judge may allow a creditor to repo his prized German Shepherd ... this according to new court documents.
The former MLB superstar turned financial guru turned alleged deadbeat dad had filed for bankruptcy to protect his remaining assets -- but one creditor has filed new documents, asking a judge for a green light to sell everything Dykstra still owns.
The creditor has filed a list of Dykstra's assets, totaling $715,000 -- which includes $100k in jewelry, $15k in art and a $10k German Shepherd.
Just last year, Dykstra had bragged to HBO's "Real Sports" the dog was a "champion."
Sucks that the poor poochie ended up with such a loser.

Tony Parker Files for Divorce In Texas
Tony Parker has filed his own divorce petition against Eva Longoria in Texas, TMZ has learned, and it has all the markings of a legal battle.
Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date. Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.
Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.
According to the petition, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it. To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.
Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."
Tony's lawyer did not return our call. And no comment so far from Eva's camp. And how's this for a twist ...Tony is being represented by attorney Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who is repping Brent Barry, whose wife was allegedly sexting Tony.

Ex College Football Star: The Horrific Crash Photos
Former University of Hawaii star Colt Brennan has been upgraded to stable condition this morning -- which is a borderline miracle when you see the gruesome photos TMZ has obtained of his car accident yesterday.
Brennan was the passenger in a vehicle being driven by his girlfriend when it collided head-on with another vehicle. The photos above were taken just moments after the crash, before paramedics arrived on scene. Brennan was still inside the vehicle at the time.
Brennan suffered broken ribs, a broken left collarbone, and head injuries. His girlfriend reportedly suffered a broken collarbone, while the driver of the other vehicle suffered leg injuries.
Brennan finished third in the Heisman voting in 2007 and holds numerous NCAA records -- but he never quite made it in the NFL and was cut from the Oakland Raiders back in September.

NFL Star Mike Williams Arrested for DUI
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams was arrested for DUI last night -- but cops don't think the rookie superstar was drunk.
As ProFootballTalk first reported, Williams was pulled over in Hillsborough County, Florida around 2:48 AM after cops say he was going 57 in a 45 ... and weaving all over the place.
Cops say the 23-year-old failed a field sobriety test -- and eventually took two breathalyzer tests once he had been taken to a nearby police station. Cops say he blew a .061 and a .065 -- both under the legal limit of .08.
Law enforcement officials tell us Williams may have been under the influence of something that can't be detected by a breathalyzer -- so they asked him to submit to a urine test.
Williams obliged -- but the results of the pee test are still pending and could take weeks.
Williams was released early this morning -- and we're told he was "very cooperative with the arresting officer and agreed to everything that was requested.”
Tennis Legend -- $15,000 Surprise at Charity Auction
Tennis legend Martina Navratilova just broke every rule in the charity auction handbook ... and it paid off -- TMZ has learned, the ex-athlete raised $15,000 for cystic fibrosis ... by interrupting the entire event.
Sources at the Pam Shriver Silver Tennis Ball -- a charity auction for cystic fibrosis in Maryland -- tell TMZ ... Martina was so moved by Wednesday's event, she stood up in the middle of the proceedings (above) ... grabbed the mic and offered a one-on-one tennis session on the spot in exchange for a $15,000 donation.
It might have been extremely awkward -- but who cares ... we're told someone instantly pledged the money ... and the auction was a resounding success.
Martina -- who runs her own LGBT charity called "The Rainbow Endowment" -- tells us, "I was happy to support Pam at her charity event last night. In these economically tough times, I know how much every dollar counts."

Brent Barry's Divorce Docs: Insight On Eva's Divorce?
TMZ has obtained the divorce documents filed by Tony Parker's ex-teammate Brent Barry -- the man whose wife is at the center of Eva Longoria's divorce.
According to the docs, filed on October 29 in Bexar County, Texas, Brent says, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ..."
Brent's wife, Erin Barry, was allegedly sexting Tony Parker multiple times and that is what triggered the breakup of Tony's marriage to Eva. As we already reported, Tony's people deny he ever had a physical relationship with Erin.
The Barrys have 2 boys.
