Our friends at SpyOnVegas.com managed to recognize Jerry with his trusty new mustache Saturday night ... wearing the most baller piece of nightclub jewelry possible -- his ring from Super Bowl XXIII.

Bron's famous Nike commercial just got cut up by local Cleveland filmmaker Dan Wantz ... who's giving Cavalier fans a chance to answer all those philosophical questions LeBron asks in the commercial.

Wantz -- who shot, produced, and edited the short film -- tells TMZ he "just wanted Cleveland to have a voice" and that James was "more than just a basketball player" to the people of Ohio.

The most biting line, and there are several, "Traitors don't leave legacies."

The Giants' badass closer strolled out of Voyeur Nightclub and made it clear ... his World Series celebration is just getting started.

Dude's beard is a 24-hour party.

It all comes down to state tax -- back in Minnesota, the former Viking had to set aside 7.85% of his multi-million dollar salary to pay the state income tax.

But now that he's employed in the state of Tennessee -- where they don't have a state income tax -- multiple financial experts tell us that extra $200,000 Moss was planning to kick over to MN, could now remain in his own pocket.

Back when MJ returned to the Bulls in 1995, dude released a two word press release that simply read, "I'm back" .... and since Weezy is such a huge sports nut (and not crazy about grammar) we're guessing he took his cue from His Royal Airness.

Just a few hours after the Titans plucked Moss off waivers ... Arrested Development (they're still together and recording) and their leader Speech celebrated with a ditty set to their hit, "Tennessee."

The report says when police entered the surfer's hotel room at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas they discovered Irons' body on the bed "laying on his back with the sheet pulled up to his neck. The bed covers and pillows were neatly set and nothing appeared out of the ordinary."

According to the report, police found bottles of alprazolam (the generic version of Xanax) and zolpidem (the generic version of Ambien) on the tables near the bed.

The Star Advertiser claimed in a previous report that investigators discovered methadone inside a zolpidem bottle -- but there was no mention of methadone in the police report.

A crime scene investigation was conducted -- and a report on the investigator's findings are forthcoming.

In a statement, released today, Slater says, "I feel blessed that we worked through the differences we had and I was able to learn what I'm made of because of Andy."

Slater continues ... "He was the most intense competitor I've ever known and one of the most sensitive people. He had so much life left in him and it hurts to think about."

According to the Association of Surfing Professionals, Irons' friends Roy Powers and Dusty Payne led the paddle out -- followed by fellow ASP World Tour surfers, friends, industry representatives
and fans who carried bouquets of flowers.

It's adorable ... Roddy and his son Colt Toombs bonded outside the L.A. Improv last night -- RRP is a comedian now, if you haven't heard -- and the former wrestler really rubbed in the schmaltz, telling us, Colt is "beautiful."

According to Hawaii's Star Advertiser newspaper -- the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office claims the methadone was found inside a container of a prescription drug called zolpidem (sleep aid) ... which was on Andy's nightstand inside the hotel room.

An investigator with the Tarrant County M.E. tells TMZ they did not release any information about methadone to the Star Advertiser -- but we spoke to the reporter, who tells us someone at the M.E.'s office volunteered the info to him when he called. The reporter did not specify who he spoke to at the M.E.'s office.

As we previously reported, the 32-year-old surfing champ -- considered by many to be one of the best in the world -- was found dead yesterday at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dallas.

TMZ spoke with former Marshall University head coach Bob Pruett -- who led Randy and The Herd to a conference championship back in 1997 ... and dude tells us the Randy he knows was "always a role model."

In case you've been in a cave this week -- Moss was the victim of a surprise cut by the Minnesota Vikings ... and since his release, Moss has been getting killed in the press for allegedly creating drama in the locker rooms of both the Vikes and the New England Patriots.

But Coach Pruett -- who says he still talks frequently with Randy -- tells us. "[Moss] definitely wears his emotions on his sleeve" ... but insists "He's just a competitive athlete who wants to win ... he's always been a team guy."

Pruett did have one interesting criticism about the Vikings -- saying, "It seems like the people at Minnesota are having problems with players other than [Randy]."

The 32-year-old was found by a hotel employee around 10:00 this morning.

According to reports, Irons had planned to travel back to his home in Hawaii -- but fell ill and that's why he booked his room in Dallas.

The local medical examiner tells us an official cause of death has not been determined.

The Irons family has released a statement saying, "[Andy] had reportedly been battling with dengue fever, a viral disease."

Maloof -- owner of the Palms Casino Resort and co-owner of the Sacramento Kings -- is now officially charged with DUI, speeding, improper turn, driving without a valid license, and operating a vehicle without security.

Back on October 9, Maloof was doing 72 in a 45 MPH zone -- and lost control while making a left turn ... according to the police report.

TMZ has learned Bonds was pulled over in his Silver Lexus last night around 10:00 PM -- and cited for talking on his cell phone while driving ... a violation that will set him back roughly $125.
