We're told the retired NFL superstar sustained injuries in the wreck -- cops are on scene. TMZ obtained these photos of Seau's Cadillac Escalade which landed at the bottom of a cliff several feet from the beach.

Seau has been transported to a local hospital. The accident happened just south of Oceanside, CA ... where the former San Diego Charger had just been released from jail hours earlier.

As TMZ first reported, Junior Seau was arrested early this morning for domestic violence.

"Cookie" was leaving a wrestling convention in Jersey with her special friend "Robbie E."... when she blasted Jwoww for unleashing that "4-on-1" beatdown last week.

Cook then began to yap away about a rematch -- saying, "If [Jwoww] wasn't scared she'd come fight me again ... but obviously she's scared for a good reason, she's not gonna come back."

According to police, cops were dispatched to Junior's Oceanside home at 10:13 PM last night to investigate a domestic violence report.

Once police arrived on scene, Junior had already left the home -- and the alleged victim told cops she sustained minor injuries that did not require medical treatment.

Shortly after midnight, Seau drove back to the scene and was arrested without incident. He eventually posted bail and has since been released.

Cops say an investigation into the incident is ongoing.

We're told Seau was arrested in San Diego early this morning -- and booked into the Vista Detention Facility around 2:00 AM.

Seau -- who rose to NFL stardom with the San Diego Chargers -- was released around 3:20 AM.

Seau also played for the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots.

Wearing his sunglasses indoors, The King rolled into LIV nightclub with a few of his boys -- and ordered up three bottles of Wódka Vodka and two bottles of Dom Pérignon.

We're told LeBron "wasn't around any girls" -- but he did take over the DJ booth for more than an hour.

LeBron's table was two over from Jenny McCarthy -- who also tried her hand at the DJ thing -- but we're told the crowd was more into LeBron than her. Go Heat!

The various protesters were holding signs that read "Big Ben's a Jagoff," "No Means No," "Don't Let Ben Rape Again" and "Consent Is Not a Game."

But they were upstaged by Ben supporters -- who had signs of their own and shouted down the protesters as they made their way into the stadium.

Cookie, Jwoww's opponent, tells TMZ, “I really think that girl needs to look into some counseling. Her anger issues are obviously out of control."

She adds, "Then again if my face looked like that, I'd be pretty pissed at the world too.”

Jim Agate -- who owns the printing company suing IMG for gambling-connected tax losses -- filed phone records today with the court which he says prove Forstmann called Agate the night before the 2007 French Open final, and that Agate immediately called a Costa Rican betting service to place the bets.

Agate also filed wager reports allegedly detailing the Federer bets. Ironically, Federer lost the '07 French Open to Rafael Nadal -- also an IMG client -- allegedly costing Forstmann a bundle.

All tolled, Agate claims Forstmann lost $96,000 in the days surrounding the Federer/Nadal match ... and Agate filed a receipt for a $96,000 wire transfer to prove it -- money Agate says Forstmann paid him for the gambling losses.

Forstmann's rep, Michael Sitrick, tells TMZ the allegations that Federer gave inside information to Forstmann is an "absolute lie" made by a "desperate man." Sitrick hasn't seen the documents Agate filed today, but says he wouldn't be surprised if they're phony.

TMZ broke the story ... Agate Printing, Inc. filed a lawsuit against IMG and its owner, Ted Forstmann, claiming Federer gave Forstmann information about a match he played in at the 2007 French Open ... and Forstmann later used the information to make a $40,000 wager on Roger.

But moments ago -- at a press conference during an event in China -- Federer said, "It’s disappointing that someone’s throwing my name around. I would never do such a thing."

T.J. Lavin -- a BMX star and host of MTV's "The Challenge" -- is currently in a medically induced coma after losing control of his bike and crashing during a jump at a BMX event last night.

Lavin was competing in a Dew Tour event in Las Vegas -- when he hit a dirt ramp, lost control, and slammed down onto the ground. Friends and crew workers immediately rushed to Lavin's side, but he didn't appear to be moving.

Lavin was rushed to nearby University Medical Center hospital ... where he was placed into a medically induced coma.

We're told Lavin is also experiencing brain swelling and is listed in critical condition.

UPDATE: A rep for MTV tells us, “Our thoughts are with TJ. He is an important part of MTV’s extended family and we’re all praying for him."

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson told us something we didn't know. Wrestling is not as fake as you think, especially when you're on the receiving end of a steel chair.

Curry is being sued by a company called Mojo Development -- who claims they loaned the 7-footer $200,000 back in 2008 ... but Curry never paid it back.

According to the lawsuit, filed days ago in L.A. County Superior Court, Curry is also on the hook for a $25k "consulting fee" and $136,000 in interest from the loan.

Curry has a storied history of financial problems -- just a few months ago, a NY judge authorized a lender to seize 3 of Eddy's cars because he was behind in loan payments.

Warren tells us he was in the far left lane on a Miami freeway when he tried to change into the center lane ... at the same time that a cop decided to change into the same lane.

Warren says he saw the cop and tried to speed up to "safely make the lane change" -- and that's when the cop flipped on his lights and took Warren down.

TMZ broke the story ... Agate Printing, Inc. filed a lawsuit against IMG and its owner, Ted Forstmann, claiming Forstmann left Agate holding the bag for a fortune in tax liabilities over gambling losses.

Among other things, the suit alleges Forstmann quadrupled a bet on Roger Federer after Federer allegedly gave him inside info about a match. And, the suit claims, Forstmann bet against his own client, Tiger Woods.

We've now obtained an internal memo sent to IMG employees, addressing the lawsuit and proclaiming, "We intend to hand over all of the relevant information to the appropriate criminal authorities and to ask them to prosecute this individual [Agate] to the fullest extent of the law."

UFC legend Chuck Liddell may have gotten hit in the head one too many times -- because last night outside of Boa, dude (who, by the way, has been a guest on our show) couldn't remember the very forgettable Harvey Levin.
