As TMZ first reported, Josie Harris told Las Vegas cops that before Mayweather Jr. allegedly attacked her last week ... he demanded to know if Harris was dating Watson ... and she responded, "'Yes, that is who I'm seeing now.'"

But multiple sources close to C.J. -- including his father Charles Watson -- tell TMZ that the NBA player is only in a relationship with his longtime girlfriend Danielle -- with whom he has a child.

C.J.'s dad -- who says he talks to C.J. every day -- also tells us, "I know for sure that Josie is not his girlfriend ... she did some event planning for C.J., but other than that, they have no relationship whatsoever."

The lucky fan is a dude named Will Ditullo -- a die-hard Pats supporter who built a friendship with Ochocinco through Chad's iPhone app.

After learning that Will recently lost his mother to diabetes ... Ochocinco made an effort to connect with the guy in Boston before the game.

We're told the two met up at a fancy restaurant near the Bengals' hotel in Boston -- and Will had the "night of his life" ... in which the two talked about everything from sports to how he coped with his mother's death.

As we previously reported, Mariotti -- a frequent guest on ESPN's "Around the Horn" -- was arrested on August 21 after allegedly roughing up his girlfriend following a spat at a Santa Monica nightclub.

Now, the L.A. City Attorney has charged Mariotti with 7 misdemeanors ... including 4 domestic violence charges, false imprisonment, vandalism and grand theft.

We're told Mariotti is accused of taking his girlfriend's purse and keys -- and the purse is valued at more than $400.

According to the report, Mayweather read text messages on Josie's phone ... which included messages from C.J. Watson (pictured below), who plays for the Chicago Bulls. According to the report, Mayweather screamed, "'Are you having sex with C.J.?' Harris replied, 'Yes, that is who I'm seeing now.'"

According to the report, the 10-year-old son of Mayweather and Harris told cops he "saw his dad was on his mother and was hitting and kicking her."

According to the report, "Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at Harris, 'I'm going to kill you and the man your (sic) are messing around with.' He also stated, 'I'm going to have you both disappear.'"

The police report says Harris was taken to Southern Hills Hospital and treated for "minor facial injuries and a sore left arm." Pictures of the injuries were taken.

The police report goes on to say while Harris was at the hospital Mayweather called Georgia Parker -- Harris' friend who lives in the house -- and told her to get out of the house.

As for why Mayweather was arrested for grand larceny Friday ... the police report says he left with her Apple iPhone 4 ... valued at $322.17.

Mayweather didn't have a thing to say about his arrest on a grand larceny charge earlier today ... an arrest that stemmed from an alleged domestic incident at his baby mama's house.

The LVMPD claims Mayweather surrendered to authorities earlier this morning in connection with an alleged domestic incident with his baby mama Josie Harris.

Cops tell us Mayweather was booked on one count of felony grand larceny ... but the LVMPD claims they have recommended that the Clark County District Attorney's Office also hit the boxer with "the additional charge of battery domestic violence."

As we first reported, Josie Harris called the police at around 5 AM yesterday from her home in Vegas -- and when cops arrived she told them the professional boxer had attacked her and threatened to kill her.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mayweather was arrested and booked for grand larceny related to the domestic incident. According to the report, Mayweather allegedly took personal items from Harris' house.

Mayweather reportedly has not been arrested for domestic violence -- at least not yet.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s baby mama claims the boxer struck her "multiple times in the head with his fist" and then threatened to kill her ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Josie Harris went to court yesterday and filed a request for a restraining order against Mayweather -- and in the docs she states that Floyd came into her Las Vegas home Thursday morning and awoke her by, "pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head."

She claims Floyd then began "dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back ... in attempt to try and break it."

According to the documents, Josie claims Floyd "continued to beat me in front of [the couple's three children]."

Josie claims that Floyd threatened the children -- saying if they "ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way."

In the docs, Josie also says Mayweather "yelled and screamed that he was going to kill me and my boyfriend and make sure we are taken care of."

Interestingly -- Josie claims, in the docs, Mayweather had been at the house roughly two hours before the alleged attack -- and was yelling at her about her new boyfriend.

Josie claims she had to call police ... who arrived and escorted Floyd out of the home.

Devon James -- mistress number 20ish -- is still featured on the website for the world famous Bunny Ranch in Carson City, where owner Dennis Hof confirmed Devon was employed as a sex worker for "a while."

But Hof tells us he recently fired Devon's ass after she injected herself into the Tiger Woods media circus because she "broke the code -- which is privacy and discretion with all clients."

Hof continues, "She is a disgusting excuse for a working girl ... she's a scumbag and a snitch."

As for Devon's rate during her stint at the ranch -- Hof explains, "It's negotiable depending on what you want ... but it could get into the thousands."

Hof ended with this parting shot -- "Now that she doesn't work here anymore ... I wish nothing but the worst for her."

A rep for Devon tells us, "She worked there one time before the Tiger thing."

Fiddy just posted the following message on his Twitter -- "Another case of angry baby mama wanting money. Police are looking for [Mayweather]. I just got off the phone with him."

50 then added, "She's claiming he hit her but has no bruises. Floyd went to see his kids last night if a fighter of floyd caliber hits u, u would b bruised."

As we first reported, the Las Vegas PD are looking to speak with Mayweather about the domestic violence allegations made by his baby mama Josie Harris ... and will decide whether to arrest him.

According to Hulk, once he gets home he's making his fiancee do a little manscaping ... and then he's going to "move this wedding up, and will be marrying Jennifer right away."
